The Range of the weapon: Arm’s Reach. They’re gauntlets.
Description: In appearance, the gauntlets aren’t very special. They’re silver with black fingertips that come to a sharp edges. In the center of the palms are holes that reveal the palms of the user. The holes are two inches in diameter and there are rigid teeth inside of the holes for design. The gauntlets have two “abilities”. The first one is pretty minor. The holes in the gauntlets provide for an outlet for Fuuton techniques. Because Jeyan is a Fuuton Master and his Fuuton techniques don’t require handseals, it provides a central area for which his attacks can come from. The second ability is more valuable. For 10 CP for every post this ability is active, the gauntlets can “consume” Fuuton techniques. When the techniques make contact with the gauntlets, they absorb the techniques and the Fuuton becomes apart of the user’s chakra pool equal to the rank of the technique. So, essentially, a Chuunin level Fuuton technique can be consumed and adds 10 points to the user’s chakra pool. It has been... a red dawn.
Weakness: The holes of the gauntlets allow for entry and damage to be done to the hands of the user, especially since they can only consume Fuuton chakra and nothing else. Katon techniques are empowered by +1 when they make contact with the gauntlets. Also, Katon heats up the metal of the gauntlets, potentially burning the hands of the user if Katon repeatedly makes contact with the gauntlets. The last weakness is the limit to the gauntlets. They can only consume 50 CP worth of Fuuton techniques before they turn into normal gauntlets with a hole in the palms. At that point, they’re almost worthless.

Where it was found/Who made it: Lucius found them being used by an enemy ninja during the chuunin exams. They were used for their ink jutsu but after being miserably defeated, Lucius took the gloves to remake them for his own needs

Weakness: The gloves are made of chakra infused fabric. As such, weapons or jutsu will tear them and cause them to rip. Rendering them useless until a post is spent repairing them.
Description:
The gloves are made of a thin, white, chakra and ink infused fabric. The ink was infused by the clan of the original owner's clan as a substitute for using a brush and scroll to write in. As such, the ink is constantly moving and forming small animals on the palm of the glove. The new gloves use the same principle but in a different manner to make up for a small weakness of the Uzumaki sealing masters. The ink in the gloves is used to form the symbols that are usually required to be written down or sealing tags. This allows the user to alleviate themselves of tags. By performing the jutsu, the gloves will consume an extra five (5) chakra points in order to form the ink into the appropriate seal. As an addition, another five (5) chakra points may be consumed to form a whip out of the ink. This whip will last for four (4) posts and may transfer seals through the whip. However, only one seal may be transmitted at a time. This allows the user to form seals at a farther distance away if they are dangerous to themselves or squad mates. On larger surfaces, the seal would be the same size as normal. So the entire leaf hospital could not be used for a pull seal. Though it may be placed on a small surface in a .5 meter radius.

Name of weapon: Mugen Ittama (Infinite One Sphere)/Security Scarf

Who owns the weapon: Tsuki Mizutou
Where it was found/Who made it: The Mugen Ittama are a collection of tama metaru (the signature metal spheres of Kumogakure’s magnet release) that have been customized by Tsuki, inscribed with various seals. Both collectively and individually, Tsuki has named these spheres Mugen Ittama. Tsuki’s Security Scarf once belonged to Setsuna. It’s a piece of rather unconventional armor the now-deceased girl had made to order and now belongs to Tsuki. At least, that’s the story that Tsuki believes in. Considering Setsuna’s randomness, a story about Setsuna ordering a really long but otherwise normal scarf and considering it as armor really is believable. It was modified by Tsuki slightly so that it has multiple storage seals on its underside. It’s within these storage seals that the Mugen Ittama are stored, making the Mugen Ittama and the Security Scarf a set of two items that really just function as one.

The Range of the weapon: The range of Tsuki’s magnetic control.
Weakness: Whatever is strong against metal balls controlled by magnetism.
Description: A large number of metal balls, each with a radius of approximately 4 in. and inscribed with multiple seals. Tsuki has found a way to increase the inscribing space on the balls by creating spheres with multiple layers, as many layers as she could to maximize seal space, and in the process has also found a much more reliable way of writing seals on metal besides engraving. Rather than carving her seals into the metal and thus running the risk of a scratch ruining the seal, Tsuki traces her seals into the metal with chakra, creating chakra-based seals that cannot be destroyed unless the sphere they are inscribed onto is also destroyed.
All spheres have a Higashinishi Minamikita seal, Explosion Creation seal, Seki seal, and Kyakko seal in addition to one other seal. If Tsuki knows a seal, then it’s definitely inscribed on multiple spheres in her possession. Spheres inscribed with weapon storage seals can release weapons and also store them if the weapons have been released. These storage seals can release generic ninja tools—10 shuriken, 10 senbon, 10 makibishi, 5 kunai, 3 katanas, or 3 fuuma shuriken—for 10 chakra points at speeds and accuracies up to Tsuki’s personal skill with projectiles.
The spheres are organized by the one seal that differentiates them and are stored in yet more seals, these seals being storage seal inscribed into the underside of the long, white scarf that Tsuki almost always has in her possession. The scarf is long and fluffy and has been infused with chakra to make it rather difficult to damage. As long as the scarf isn’t being thrust into dangerous situations, it’s very likely to finish a battle unscathed even if all of Tsuki, herself, is barely standing. Although, destroying the scarf hardly makes the battle any easier for the opponent. Upon destruction, seals on the scarf are set to release as many of the spheres stored in them, amounting to at least 5 spheres of each seal Tsuki knows, minus those that are inscribed onto every sphere, being released in exchange for a flat 50 chakra. Otherwise, though, the scarf is a normal piece of clothing that Tsuki gets rather frantic without.
Summoning each sphere one at a time takes 3 chakra. However, each sphere she summons in one post reduces the cost of the next sphere by one chakra, going down to 1 chakra at lowest. Summoned spheres can appear anywhere within one meter of the summoning scroll’s location. They can also either be shot in any direction the user pleases once they’ve been summoned, basing their speed and accuracy off of the sealer’s own skill with projectiles, or simply allowed to remain stationary. Through various fancy chakra tricks done upon their creation, the spheres can also passively float in place at any height up to five feet off the ground. This is mainly a cosmetic effect, one that Tsuki only keeps because it costs no chakra to have it, as the levitating spheres aren’t particularly easier to move or anything, and they can’t move vertically fast enough, without any other help that is, to pose any sort of damaging threat.
Tsuki often carries up to two of these balls on her person, usually in her projectile pouch, and has either remarkably good intuition or luck when it comes to picking out which two she wants to carry. Tsuki is allowed to start each fight with up to two Mugen Ittama of her choice that she does not need to summon.

Where it was found/Who made it: A graduation gift for Tsuki from her “siblings,” fellow orphans from Mizu no Kuni that she’d learned and lived besides. It was made by them together, each person contributing something, whether it was out of their own personal skills or paying for the handiwork of a stranger.
Users Class: Fuuinjutsu
The Range of the weapon: The gloves can affect water that is controlled by Tsuki, within Tsuki’s range of vision, or within 40 ft. of Tsuki. The only exception is water that is currently being used in someone else’s jutsu unless the other suiton user allows her to.
Weakness: Physically, the gloves are just like normal, leather gloves. While a small scuff won’t keep them from working, even the slightest tear, so long as its visible with the naked eye, will render the gloves unusable.
Description: Shodo is a pair of white leather gloves. Through a medley of workmanship done on the gloves, they are capable of transferring Tsuki’s chakra into water in a form that can be controlled throughout her own water or even water that isn’t her own as long as it is within a certain range. This chakra, which travels at surprising speeds, can be melded into any sealing script that Tsuki knows. Due to the fluid nature of water, the script must be activated the moment it is created and only up to five scripts may be created each post.

Weakness: Lightning causes it to break and it has to be repaired taking two days {in real life}
Description: It looks like a standard whip except with a picture of a dragon stamped on the grip. The grip is covered in pure leather with a wood as the base. The rest of the whip is leather covered in chakra. When the whip is cracked against the ground a small tremor is felt underneath, possible causing slight off balance possibly. This ability requires ten chakra points to even work. The whip has one weakness which is lightning. It does not have to be chakra based either natural lightning and that thing is broken. It is barely two feet long and is not very damaging.

1)To be able to use vibration your character is going to have to be a Raiton user or have sound as a sub element.

2) Vibrations of the magnitude that you are implying would create conditions not conducive to blade integrity. The heat alone from the friction caused by the vibrations would make the blade brittle. As such there needs to be a time period for how long Fueru's ability can be used before structural integrity is affected.

3) As stated above those vibrations are unhealthy for a blade. As such anything higher than jounin level usage is grounds for an instant break.

4)Jutsu nullification is not acceptable. It makes the weapon's ability unbalanced.

As of now, Fueru is denied.

1)If there are different outcomes depending on chakra input, I need to see this in the description. (In reference to the lightening and air attachments.)
2)I am limiting the amount of afterimages to 7 maximum.
3)The ability to alter flight trajectory is iffy. Limit its angle of change and I'll consider it. (max of 90 degrees) This is per turn mind you.

This is Asher's trusty Hoshigaki weapon, passed down to him by his father, before his very timely death. Every weapon has a history, except this one. This sword was never used to kill anyone, in fact it's practically brand new. It's not really made for stabbing and slashing, although it can definitely accommodate for those tasks. It's real power is other worldly. While wield by Asher Heiland, he can turn water near him into ice almost instantly, utilizing his Hyton skills. An aura surrounds the weapon, exuding outwards 15 feet. People and objects within the aura are slowed, - [1].

Weakness: It's a scythe..soo yea it can't do stab only swing...so basically if he gets into a stab match he'd bite the dust..though he is a jashinist. while the other would only sustain a bruised stomach.
Description:
The weapon has 3 blade pieces. 2 Longer and 1 on the opposite side. The long 2 blades are purple fading into black, while the 3rd one matches the color of the black scythe. The end part is a special part. It hides a sword that namito uses to perform his ritual's of jashin on people.

"Oh my jashin look what we have here."
Said namito as he walked upon a group of ninja.
"So which one of you, will be the first to atta-"
he was inturruped by being stabbed in the stomach with a kunai.
"...as i was saying."
"What the hell!"
Shouted one of the attacking they then moved the kunai's across the body of namito before pulling them out.
"That freak should bleed out."
"........do you guys have anything for me to eat?"
asked namito as they then got angry.
"Don't mock us!"
They said as they all attacked after unsheathing a ninjato. Namito only smirked as he swung his scythe in the way of the ninjato's, catching them in between the scythes.
"So tell me why you thought this was a good idea."
he said as he pulled out a kunai. he then sliced across one of their faces as they all jumped back. He then used the scythe to cut his skin. as blood dripped onto the ground, he used it to create the jashin ritual symbol. Licking the blood from the kunai his skin changed dark, as skeletal markings appeared across his body.
"Scared yet?"
he said as one of them dropped to their knee's.
"What the hell are you?"
said one of them. Namito just laughed as he then pulled his hidden blade from the compartment of the end of the scythe. He then began laughing as he stabbed the blade into his heart area. Two of the attacking ninja were confused. as the one that had dropped to his knee's was expressionless, before dropping onto his face. Their he laid, dead and expressionless. While the two were focused on the dead body, namito created 2 shadow clone's that snuck around them. They snuck up behind the ninja's one grabbed a ninja by the neck and restrained him. while the other lodged a scythe in his back. The surviving ninja was restrained to the ground as namito walked over to him.
"So bad news is, your going to be a sacrafice."
he said as he ninja began to cower.
"Good new's is your going have a going away party."
The ninja knew what he ment and knew what his role was going to be causing to to flail his legs. Namito then grabbed his legs.
"I'm going to enjoy this."

Namito got to the last clothing item, his shirt, and put it on.
"That was fun."
he said as the other two clones dissapeared as he then kneeled over the worn out person. He then plunged his hand into the mans chest.
"Lord jashin, I offer this person's life, Too You!"
he said as he pulled out the heart. he then stood up and grabbed his sword. he sheathed it back into the hidden compartment of the scythe and walked off.
"hmm...i wounder if ,aside all the screaming and flailing, he enjoyed me...maybe i was hid first....nah...i should make me a sandwhich when i get home." he said as he left.

Description: These mats are simply a series of 30 Prayer mats that Firo created to aid him in combat. Each mat is 1m², and has the jashinist symbol drawn in it with Firo's blood. Firo can choose to use this to quickly use his ritual form and it's techniques without having to draw his own blood to create the symbol. However, the mats are easily destroyed.

Where it was found/Who made it: Kya's sister sent it to her from the north reaches of the world on a separate continent. She made it herself and had it ferried the entire way express. Exactly what she did is a mystery to Kya.

The Range of the weapon: It's a katana with two blades situated right beside each other.
Weakness: It has a rather long cooldown.
Description: The blades themselves are normal katana blades, forged from high quality steel. Once every six posts, when the blades are swung, if they make contact with an opponent, or anything they are touching such as clothing, a blade, headband etc. they will be put in a genjutsu where they see whatever they most want in the world basically in the palm of their hands. In that same post, however, that very thing will be seen being deformed and morphed into something twisted by their greatest fear, be it the very opponent they are facing being defeated only to have them seem to only grow stronger, or something like a BRAND NEW CARRIAGE only to have it turn into a giant spider. This only serves as a distraction, and only lasts for a post.
