Using the funds he gained throughout his years of service, which unfortunately was cut once the knowledge of who his wife was, and purchased a home for his family. This wasn't all that bad... Celeste halted from being a brothel woman, and became a teacher in etiquette, tea ceremonies, ballet , and a opened up a studio for rather high classed performances despite the history of the owner; adding to her share of the money that had been so severely depleted after their love came to surface. One may curse her past but they could not curse her shows, which were deemed nothing less than a work of art. Odd as it may sound, despite how people felt about what she used to be, they could not doubt her talent in how good she was in those fields; even whilst holding a budding life within her.
Eight months and a week later, Rose came to the earth. As beautiful as his mother, and holding the pride and strength of his father. As Rose grew, he held something of a fan base growing. It seems his rather sharply looking parents procured quite an alluring child. One that had something of the seductive and teasing nature of his mother, and the charm, wit, and intelligence of his father. All combined into this child who took to his rather 'exquisite' looks as a gift rather than a curse. His Academy days, sprouted rather well. For his mother, not caring about his true gender, taught him how to dance in ballet as well as more... seductive dances. Even at times when money got short again, she dressed him up to do dances and perform. For it would take a rather intense looks at certain areas that one should only see in closed doors, to tell his gender when he danced; and his mother definitely abused that feature when she could. But it bothered not Rose. He in fact added the fluency, elegance, and elaborate moves of the dance to his fighting and creations. Making his fighting through puppety seem... beautiful... yet brutal due to his father's teachings. His father taught and trained him so hard, because due to his child having such...'elaborate' looks, the fear of him being picked on was with his puppets as he could; further teaching him poisons, seals, and as many things to protect his bon as possible. With the two parents teachings, he was something of a rose that one would fear to touch. Beautiful and illustrious to look at, taunting even... yet dangerous and lethal. For each opponent Rose faced was demolished in such an elegant yet monstrous manner that on-lookers could do nothing but watch in shock at the display. Mixed in views of what they have seen.

• Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current. • Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique) Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards. Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state. It cannot be used to flee. • Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique) Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.

• Raiton: Raikou Arashi no Yobigoe (Lightning Release: Thunderstorm Summoning) Rank: Chunin Requirements: Lightning + Water, 2 People This jutsu requires two people to use. One user gathers electrical energy between their hands, while the other at the same time gathering water vapor in the air to form clouds. The user then sends the gathered lightning chakra into the air where the vapor collected, creating dark clouds and causing a raging thunderstorm with lightning, thunder, and rain. If used by one person it takes two posts to set up. One to gather the water vapor in the air, and a second post to gather the lightning chakra and send it in the air. This jutsu is mainly used as a set up for other jutsu that need more water or need more lightning. • Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique) Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user. • Raiton: Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release: Lightning Armor) Description:The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. Adds +1/+1 to strength and speed as well as the effects of direct Raiton contact. • Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique) Description: The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move. • Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique) Descriptions: Flashing a number of Hand seals the user causes all lightning bunshins that are under his specific control to explode into a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them. • • • •

a c a d e m y • Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first. • Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone. • • • g e n i n • Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. • Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab) Description: A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival. • • • • c h u u n i n • Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword) Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks. Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu. Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however. Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu. • Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor) Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time. • Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique) Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals. • Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below. • Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken) Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.

By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering. • • • • • • • g e n i n • Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique) Description: This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. a c a d e m y • Kugutsu no jutsu (puppetry technique) Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target. • Kugutsu Hensou (Puppet Disguise) Description Though it only lasts for five posts you may transform your puppet into something just like how the henge jutsu works for the human. If you will turn the puppet into a object like a sword and actually use that "sword" it will feel like the puppet though if the puppet had a sword then it will feel like the puppet. • Kugutsu Fukuwajutsu (Puppet Ventriloquism) Description: This jutsu allows you to use the mouth of the puppet to actually speak, this may be used to confuse your opponent if you are hiding or to hide and deliver a message.
g e n i n • Chakra String jutsu Description: Allows the puppeteer to create threads of chakra that may attach to objects. You may use this to guide a SINGLE weapon besides your puppet towards a target. This may also be used as a sort of blunt whip to tie up the opponent. • Bladed chakra string Description: At this point the chakra strings are just sharp enough to cut through wood. These may be used in conjunction with the chakra string jutsu or the kugutsu no jutsu making the strings bladed. At chunnin rank the blade can cut into iron but not through.
c h u u n i n • Sōen: Hitomi Gokū (Puppet Performance: Skillful Achievement with a Human Body) Description:A puppet performance technique where chakra threads are attached to various spots on a person's body; the head, torso, both arms, and both legs. The person being manipulated gains the ability to not only use their own techniques, but the skills of the puppeteer as well. • Invisible strings Description: By learning to suppress the chakra in the chakra strings you make it invisible. This is useful if you are trying to make a puppet attack from behind or attach your string onto your opponent. The sharingan and Byakugan eye can easily detect this and it only lasts 5 posts. • Sōshūjin (Manipulating Attack Blades) Description: This allows you to thread your chakra strings through several weapons and launch them at your opponent. Not really flashy but it may be useful if your target is fast • Chakra no Tate (Chakra Shield) Description: The puppet's arms will either open up or join together and then chakra will form a shield around this. The blow is sufficient against any jutsu up to the rank of a chunnin. • Senju Soubu (Thousand Hands Manipulation Military Art) Description: After preforming the correct seals the puppeteer extend his/her puppets arm. The arm will form a seal on it and out of that seal more arms will burst out and try to punch or grab the target.

Your puppet runs at the enemy and at the last second jumps back letting the enemy take the hit of the kunai. Then the puppet jumps up and hits the enemy from above with what ever weapon it has. • Kugutsu: Wild dance Description: Intentionally dismantelling the puppet into parts you unveil if it has any hidden weapons and these parts are used to strike out at the enemy. The puppet may form and reform at any time during this attack. The bladed strings are useful to create a higher threat. •

The person hit feels rather exhausted afterwards. • Kani Hokou (Crab Walk) Description: A fairly simple jutsu but can ruin many strategies, this switches how the brain works on moving and causes those hit by the genjutsu to walk around like a crab. • Doro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mud Clone Skill) Description: This jutsu creates the illusion of bunshins that try to reassemble themselves after being hit. They are, however, complete illusions incapable of any real action, and are often used to tire down the unsuspecting opponent. • •

Rank: D • • • c h u u n i n • Atsui( 暑い Hot) Pretty simple seal anything that this seal is placed on will heat up and keep heating up until the seal is removed which is sometimes harder than it sounds. Rank: C • Explosion Creation Simply enough the user is able to make exploding tags with their blood so that only they can explode these seals. They come in handy in all occasions and are a highly personalized form of regular exploding tags which are what are commonly used. These seals are often used by Sealing Masters. The seal must be be slapped onto the opponent in order for it to work.of course the user of the seal has to be the same rank or higher or their opponent in which they wish to restrain. Rank: B • Seki (斥, Repulse) -- Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it. this is a basic seal which is actually quite small in size it can only cover certain items, such as weapons actual shields, and walls to make them very tough to break. Rank:B • Kyakko (曲光, Curving Light) - Hides the target from sight, presumably by bending light. Another protection seal, much like the false place genjutsu however it simply hides a user from the target by making the seal and slapping it to a surface or having 4 in a square formation which will make a whole area invisible because of the bending of light. Rank: B • Hiku (引くto pull) The seal is simple it literally pulls certain items to it. If one would put the fire symbol next to it, fire would be attracted towards it. Same with any other element or combination of elements. Rank: B • Fuukoku Houin - Dark Sealing Method Fuukoku Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by the Sound Four. This seal is used in conjunction with the Shikokumujin. After the Sound Four seal the individual in the container, they further add this seal as another layer of protection.
