EASTER 2015: EEE EGG EXTRACTION CYOA!

Paws had been bouncing throughout the entire introduction and she just couldn't stop! She loved games, even if they weren't the kind you played over the Internet or on a console and it was her first time playing with such a large group in person. Oh my gosh, she was so excited! Her eyes frantically darted around their unfamiliar surroundings in search of eggs, but frequently lingering on the stuffed animals. Would it be alright if she just took-

The scattering of her competitors brought her attention back to the competition. Pursing her lips she pondered on where the best location to hide an egg would be. Inside something seemed like the obvious choice and she quickly booked it to the south side of the room.

Twilight wasn't really sure how she felt about this whole thing. She certainly loved Easter egg hunts. They were simply too much fun not to love! But the fact that Jump Scare was here... And the floating dolls... It just didn't seem to bode well for her and the other participants. Though she could only guess at what the outcome would be. She hoped, at the least, it would be a fun time!

Obi was mildly curious about this egg hunt. Though what type of eggs that was hidden, maybe she would find a spare one for Sweet Stripes since he was practicing his voice a lot. Seeing all the bags, she head straight for them, fully focused on finding some eggs. Sure she heard some ponies mumbles about unfair advantage.....but she always had a nose for eggs and their uses, in cooking pies and otherwise...

It was time for a family-friendly happy Easter hunt in which Shrill X was almost vibrating from the excitement that came from competition. It was clear from the particularly wild look in her eyes that she would trample and destroy anyone that got in their way, be they human, Phony, Babben or that odd little bear creature.

“Coming through!”

She zoomed towards the south wall and started pushing bags over, scattering plushies everywhere in her haste to find the first egg.

Emmy’s not entirely sure how she’s ended up here, not sure at all. She arrived outside the warehouse in a daze, feeling a little lightheaded even, but soon enough had pen and paper thrust into her hands. A waver she recalled, but before she’d gathered her wits she’d signed it and hadn’t it back to the… pony? Maybe it was a little too soon to consider her wits gathered.

Now inside the warehouse, surrounded by plush toys and with brightly coloured plastic basket under one arm, Emmy was really beside herself. She was among more… strange pony-like creatures and a few other people. There had been an announcement but she’d been distracted, still feeling a bit hazy. Glancing about she realised this was an egg hunt, like Easter…! Right. Yes. It was Easter. That was a thing. Quite unable to do much else, she decided to shrug it off and start looking for eggs, maybe it would make sense eventually. That or the drugs would wear off.

Well this feller looked right nice he did! Even had himself some stuffed animals to keep him company. Kit was kinda simple minded when it came to horror or and scary things, the only thing that really scared him was running out of gravy in his restaurant. Taking his basket he looked for the best place to start searching. Given his height he decided just to check the upper shelves. Maybe he'd have a chance of getting more if looking for place some couldn't reach.

Fireflight shook his head at the unfortunate plushie rejects, resisting the urge to steal a couple of the Prowl and Quill versions as he started to gamely nose along the lower shelves, trying to figure out how to smuggle them below his folded wings.

Lady Faire had no clue why she was lowering herself to participate in such a common game. Only peasants needed to search for eggs. When she wanted eggs, she just summoned someone to get them for her.

The alicorn fluttered up to the check the upper shelves. She looked around quickly. This endeavor was a waste of her skill and ability.

She gave Jump Scare a royal glare, "I demand that you forfeit all your eggs to me immediately. I do not have time for your games."

B. Lower shelves

Diamond trotted over to the lower shelves as nonchalantly as possible, smiling politely at the mare and the...uh...the interesting Babby, before sidling right up next to Fireflight, hissing, "Doesn't this place contravene our Health and Safety Regulations?"

She flashed another bright smile at the other two, studiously rooting into the shelves in an attempt to act normal.

E. Bags along the south wall.

Macaron started wildly as the game began. Why he decided to enter the event, well it was at Crooner and Candy's annoying insistence. He hovered his way over to a pile of bags, kicking at one with a hoof and turning up his nose. This place was filthy!

C: Boxes along the East wall

Silver watched everybody move to start their search. She was excited to be searching for eggs with all the others. Who would of thought she would be playing with them all! As everybody scattered, she went to the East Wall to look amongst those boxes.

Choice B: Lower Shelves

Rosewrite quietly scanned over the area, excited and a little scared for this years egg hunt. Expired was suppose to come with him today, but the little bugger backed out at the last minute. It be nice to find some eggs and candy to bring home for everyone, but at this point it might be easier just to ask for no plushie attacks. "Hmm, I'll check over here on the lower shelves," Rose said before checking out the sights.

A. Upper shelves

To Boss Revel, this wasn't an Easter celebration. It wasn't even an egg hunt. Like Paws Button, this colt considered the whole thing a game. The term 'game' was a serious term to the foal, though, and like Shrill X, he considered this an official competition. Competitive games were what Boss lived for; the way to prove his superiority over all others. Sure, it may not have been a video game (which he favored above all other types), but with this many phonies and other...beings around, it was more than enough motivation for him to want to show everyone there who was 'boss'.

Having signed the waiver in a rush, the Earth babben had hardly bothered to skim read the paper before grabbing a basket and heading on in. He listened to Jump Scare's lecture with a frown, eyeing the plushies and then the warehouse with a raised brow as the stallion spoke. He decided to categorize this game in his mind as a 'test of courage' type rather than a scavenger hunt. He wouldn't be fooled no matter what others - including the creepy bunny phony thing - called it.

Regardless, the objective remained the same. Once their game host confirmed it and everyone began to search for eggs, Boss carefully considered his options with his video-game-analyzing skills. He watched phonies he knew, phonies he didn't know, and the outsiders of Phonyland scramble to search different areas. Both the west and east walls weren't too crowded, only attracting two outsiders and one adult phony each. However, Boss wasn't interested in which areas were less crowded.

As one who went for the center of attention, the dark brown colt darted for the center of the room. He didn't seem to care that others were taller or had wings to reach higher places. Overcoming the obstacle of height was simple when an alicorn relative of his was busy attempting to demand eggs from their host. Seeing his opportunity, Boss Revel took a running start and lept for Faire's back from which he planned to spring onto the upper shelves beside her.
