"Don't disappoint!" Eyes going wide, Cale was ecstatic at the site of the large man, and the incredible mana presence he radiated. Gathering the man's expressed man, Cale reinforced the protection over his body, and propelled himself forward as well to attack the man. Being kept out of his unwilling contracts for long enough, Cale didn't recognize the man at all.

His otherwise intimidating appearance wasn't what sparked Cale to charge, it was just his mana. Moving much faster with enhanced reaction, Cale slashed at the man with his improvised melee tools. His brain was acting almost on full automatic as the two started brawling. "Keep it up. Keep it up!" The brute's magic usage just fueled Cale's berserk rage.

the Wall of a man was surprisingly fast, and skilled in shielding and fire magic, he kept right with cale blow for blow, using concentrated barrier spells to block what he couldn't dodge.y
however within seconds it was obvious cale had him outclassed, as his mana was slowly feeding cale's farce dance of death, about 5 minutes in he stumbled over some rubble and his magic shedding faltered as he did costing him his left arm. searing the wound closed he ran himself through laughing like a mad man as his body began to glow, as black runic characters began appearing as though his skin was being burned by some unseen hand as he spoke his voice echoing with a deep inhuman guttural tone"you die here anti- Mage, but not before your little mage-whores, and that softy you call a rival, the one they called the sleeping demon, all while you hang bu your neck so you can see them die"


Soko yelled out"cale the harpoon destroy it NOW!!!
he would be at cale's side soon,and he was almost seeing red fom the blood coming i out his left eye

”What you need to do is rest for now. You're out of mana; none of us want you shortening your life.” Kaylee told Kaiya gently, trying to soothe the girl. The situation worried her as well, especially since Cale was going off the deep end in his fight. Watching as the fight carried on, it was a small relief to see that Cale was winning. However, a chill ran down her spine as she saw the general impale himself and the runes appeared on his skin. Soko was close, but not close enough to help. Holding out a hand, Kaylee whipped up a wind spell to help him speed up and get to Cale faster. As much as she wanted to go to the guys and help, someone needed to stay with Kaiya and protect her. And given the unpredictable nature with these demons now, Kaylee wasn’t sure if Kimo would be enough to protect her.

As soon as that other guy appeared, shivers ran down her spine. Something wasn't right about this guy, him magic was literally off the charts in menacing. When she saw the runes appear, Kaiya got worried. Really worried. That spell was very powerful and very forbidden. It was dark, blood magic, "I need to use my shield spell." but she was extremely low on mana, using anymore could prove fatal.

Kaiya felt so helpless and guilty for not being able to fight, "Kay, you need to be out there, with them instead of protecting me. Take Kimo with you. I'll be fine if I hide here."

the spell took hold the man's body morphing, fingers elongating and forming into sharp claws, back arching, as spines began jutting out from his spine.his mana output skyrocketing

Soko felt kaylee's wind at his back, pushing him forward. he reached Cale's side as the transformation finished

Through the fight, each attack sending mana out of the general just fueled Cale's rage. Instincts honed from his training kicked in over reasoning, and his body began using mana as an excess energy source. With an increased flurry on the man, Cale gained the upper hand, severing the man's arm, the blood enticing the sadistic behavior to continue. Even as the man stabbed himself, entering a desperate state.

"STAY OUT!" Cale shouted, swinging his weapon as Soko came closer. "THIS IS MY FIGHT!" He didn't, couldn't think straight. All his senses went crazy with the mana being leaked from the man in front of him. He lunged at the man, eyes filled with excitement. "SHOW ME WHAT YOU CAN DO!"

the general gave a sickly grin and swept cale aside with ease laughing as he launched a fireball after him"is that all you got mage huntter"

soko jumped back dodging cales swipe, only to watch him swept aside like nothing and s fireball sent after him
acting fast soko jumped between cale and the on-coming flame holding out his hand he shielded cale using gravity magic to contain the flames, turning to face cale he sucker punched him on the crown of his skull
"get your head on strait, fight smart,use the mana,don't let it use you,and i swear if you even think of losing i gonnna argghhhhhh, ...just remember the only one allowed to beat you down but me,. got ir?"

Kaylee hesitated, uncomfortable with leaving Kaiya on her own. It wasn't that she doubted the younger woman, but she wouldn't be able to be there to protect her if anything bad happened. And she would never be able to forgive herself if that happened. ”Kimo, stay here with Kaiya.” Kaylee told her familiar, and he bobbed his head in acknowledgement. Standing up, she cast one more worried look at her friend before running towards the men. She reached them in time for Soko to punch some sense back into Cale, and while those two were occupied, she proceeded to take on the General. Punching the ground, a giant hand made of earth rose to punch the transformed man in the stomach. Not stopping for a second, she stomped on the ground, a gaping hole opened beneath the general. Kaylee hoped that she could hold him off, long enough for her two friends to get their s**t together.

Kaiya gave her friend a reassuring look. She hated to be alone but, they needed her more than she did. As Kimo slithered back next to her, she petted him, "Its going to be alright. If she needs you, you can go and get her, okay?" she felt helpless, hiding here trying to regain her strength. Well, more like her mana. If Kaiya went out now, she would only be a liability to them. For now, she had to remain hidden

((I'm the main reason this RP's going slow. I keep losing track of it sweatdrop ))

Swept aside, Cale crashed into the remains of an overturned APC, keeping in one solid piece only because of the amount of mana soaked in his body. Breaking himself free of the metal, still fueled from the mass of mana coming from the general, only to be sucker punched by Soko back into the indentation. With the forceful intervention, the mana began evening, and Cale regain control over himself. "He's got... A lot of mana."

Soko nodded {b}"good to have you back, and we have an opening ill go high, give him everything you got"
Soko turned trusting Cale to fall in sync as they had countless times, the four of them had trained together, lived together, fought together, and ultimately survived together, he kept this in his mind as he pulled his pistol and began firing at general shoel running strait for the possessed man before taking to the air by kicking off a large chunk of rock firing the last round in his clip and drawing one of his short swords as he came down a rop the general

”Can you guys can kiss and make up faster?!” Kaylee yelled at her friends, dodging General Schoel as he broke free of her pitfall. She tsked under her breath, glaring up at the possessed man. He still seemed to have a lot of mana in his reserves, and by the look of things they weren't really making any progress taking him down with the runes in effect. She saw Soko had managed to land on top of the man, and she readied herself to back him up.

Kaiya couldn't stand sitting by anymore! She had to help her friends. She recovered enough of her strength to help fight this guy off. She climbed up on Kimo to take her where the action was, and once she was there she jumped off of the awesome snake summon, "Healing Light!" she healed all of her friend's injuries, "Seed Absorb!" she launched a could of seeds at the General and what those seeds did was zap the mana of whoever it touches for at least 5 minutes. Even though he had an incredible amount of mana, hopefully this made it easier for everyone.
"Strength of Heart!" she cast it on her friends, which gave all of her friends increased speed. That drained her pretty hard, but she could still continue. A few moments of rest and she can cast a binding spell

Cale pulled himself out of the wreckage, focusing the mass of mana through his hands as Soko charged the general. The massive outflow manifested as a blacken soot to the sides of Cale. When it was down to a manageable amount, he rushed back towards the practical monster in front of them. As Soko scrambled to attack the man from the top, Cale aimed his pistols, firing rapidly towards the inside of his legs, sliding around and slicing clean lines on his calves to bring him down.

with Soko battering him from above he was focused entirely on trying to catch the nimble air-born assailant leaving him wide open to Cales attacks, dropping to his side his tendons sliced he lay stunned still processing what was going on
