The death bringer Naomi shakes her head at his words, but she can't help but feel a bit calmer in the logic of them "I hate to say this, but you may be right Micah.." She says softly as she reaches down to pull out her own set of wicked looking daggers, and just the sight of them as they glow faintly purple from her magic makes her smile. "Yes I think even without our full power we should be able to at least do something to this creature.." she says as she lets her power dissipate from the blades before she puts the away and allows her wings to unfold again. "Shall we get on with this then?" she asks as she looks back over at Micah with renewed determination in her eyes..

Micah nods and puts his sword away he then unfolds his wings and begins to fly up he waits for her to catch up before he soars over toward the top of the statues head he lands on the top he slides through the window and looks around all was quiet but he could feel the monster close very close maybe alittle ways down he wasn't sure where it could be was it hiding in the darkness? Or the shafts of light? He couldn't see it but sensed its over whelming presence so close.
[sorry if this is short i was going to let you do the honors of playing the hybrid]

The death bringer (sounds good, and sorry i might take a while to reply tonight, i'm working on dinner here) Naomi follows Micah to the statue, and she slowly slides in beside him and as she lands, she can also feel the overwhelming presence of the halfling nearby. She looks at Micah and gestures below them, while holding up two fingers, then starts to slowly work her way down the floors. and as they get down a few floors, the feeling of the halflings power in nearly overwhelming for her, so much so it almost brings her to her knees with the strength of it. but as the round a corner and come face to face with the creature, Naomi pulls out her blades, making the thing laugh as it faces them both.
"Oh why the weapons? don't you know me Brother?" the halfling steps into the light and they can see his eyes are a deep blue so deep they seem to glow as he looks at Micah and then turns to look at Naomi "Sister don't you know why i'm here?" It asks curiously as it looks between them both, clearly not wanting to fight quite yet but to talk for the moment at least.Naomi doesn't know what to make of this creature so for now she is holding her blades still and tensed and ready to strike but she is also confused as to why this creature called them brother and sister...

[its alright i was in the same position last night lol xD]
Micah follows Naomi down the stairs as they begin to reach the bottom he feels the dark energy radiating off of that damndable creature as well as the light he felt sorry for Naomi he wasn't sure how many wars she had been in but it was alittle easier for him to tolerate since he was used to it... He frowns as the being called out to them calling them brother and sister, what it was talking about he wasnt sure,"Your no brother of mine", states Micah cooley,"I am an angel and not some half bidded trash such as your self", he speaks with alittle venom in his tone of voice toward the end,"You have been causing quiet an uproar and I don't appreciate what you have been doing".

The death bringer Naomi can barely stand up in the presence of this creature's mixed energy types, and it feels to her that just being this close to it is sapping her energy and she can't seem to think well enough to reply to the creature let alone focus clearly on what he is saying to them. so for now the creature focuses on the angel before him. "oh I see that they did tell you how we were created then, because like it or not me and my brothers are all kin to both the angels and demon races" The creatures says with a grin before it turns it's back on Micah "But right now it seems you have more important things to worry about Brother, I'd suggest you get little sister out of her before she passes out." he says over his shoulder as he starts to walk away into the shadows, hopefully leaving them with more questions and a curiosity to know more since it is pretty clear at least Naomi can't stand up to the effect his aura alone has on her right now..

Micah glares at him with green eyes full of hate man this guy was a complete Douche but looking over at Naomi he could tell she was not looking so hot, he goes over and nudges her toward him,"Let me carry you out of here", he states pulling her back up the stairs man this was going to be rough on her, he frowns maybe someone alittle more experienced with handling light energy would have been helpful but he didn't think about it to much he was careful not to get to concerned either or his light would only increase making her sicker but then again this was a demon after all and the only thing he was trying to feel right now toward her was pity. He lifts her up and stars to carry her up the stairs as they reach the top he lays her down the on floor the hybrid had left for the moment so they should be safe he could barely feel his presence anymore, he began to ponder on how that would even happen an angel and demon blood line flowing through a body like that it was more than he could handle at the moment. His thoughts began to ponder senarios.

The death bringer Naomi is barely able to nod as Micah nudges her back the way they came, and as he carries her out she actually does pass out on him for a time. It's about 2 hours after the Halfling leaves that she wakes up and reaches up to hold her head, thankful that for now she only feels a dull ache when she moves her head. "darn I wasn't expecting him to have such a powerful aura.." she says softly as she notices Micah lost in thought in front of her, and she slowly moves to stand and brush herself off. "next time that won't happen though.. Now I know what we are up against I can ward myself from light magic and maybe.. that will help while we are fighting him as well.." she says softly as she moves to stand behind Micah, clearly ashamed she was overwhelmed like that from an aura alone...

Micah snapped out of his thought process as she finally woke up, she stood abit quickly, thinking that she must recover fast and then states,"Yea.. that would be a good idea", he goes over toward the window and looks out,"Hey listen that creature... Obviously didn't want to attack us even though you said it likes to feed off of energys of light and dark..", he frowns,"What do you think all thats about?", he turns toward her at his last words and gives her a questioning looks maybe if they put there heads together they could figure out what needed to be done.

The death bringer Naomi winces a little as she stands,but she is glad Micah has his back to her as she goes to lean against one of the wall sby the window, needing the support at the moment as much as she needs to stand. But at his question about the Halfling, she frowns Slightly. "What did he say to you Micah? I think I was a bit to out of it to hear clearly.." she says softly before she herself starts to ponder over the fact Micah is right, the Creature didn't attack them even though it could of and with the state she was in it most likely would of won.. but maybe it has another motive then to just feed at the moment?

Micah's jaw clenched as he replied,"He didn't say much", it relaxed as he continued on,"He kept calling both of us brother and sister then he noticed you was losing it so he just left", he turns toward her eyes narrowing,"It doesn't make any sense why would he just walk off like that when he knew you were weakened and he didn't even feel threatened I mean I wasn't feeling so hot myself but I could still have faced him off..", he frowns probably not alone...
He begins to pace the floor his wings were wanting to peak out but the top of the head couldn't have possibly held there wing span,"Look all I know is that we need to find out some more information about these damn things and why this one isn't voilent toward us but chooses to tear apart the humans like they are just trash", he stops himself his emotions were trying to come in again and Naomi just finished recovering it wasn't fair on her to have to see him get worked up and then raidiate to much of his light.

The death bringer Naomi frowns as Micah tells her how the creature kept calling them brother and sister to it, and she was about to start pacing as he does, and that makes her clench her jaw and close her eyes. she uses that moment to try to remember the bits and pieces she heard of the conversation below, but most of it is just swimming words which makes her sigh as she shakes here head and also feels her anger start to rise. she can feel the energy starting to come of Micah and she knows she isn't doing the best containing hers either. "well it seems to me we need more answer about how this thing was created or so it seems to want us to find that at least.." she says as she pushes open one of the windows and looks out it. "but for now we both need to work off some of this.. energy I think so come fly with me?" she asks with a little bit of a almost shy smile, but then she curses internally, not quite sure why she is being so nice to this angel..

Micah nods at her,"Yea we can go survey and make sure he didn't destory any more of the city", he wanted to get out of here as much as she did was that a smile? He must have imagined it, he goes over to the window and jumps out as soon as he was in the air his wings span outwards and help him glide down and upward he then swoops around and flaps near the head of the statue of liberty waiting for Naomi to come along as well, he had noticed she was trying to be nice as he was but he could try better well.. He did help her up those steps he could have just left her there but that wouldn't have been fair.. besides he didnt think he could have the heart to do it not even to a demon.

The death bringer Naomi nods at his response, and as Micah jumps out he window the flies around to hover and wait for her, Naomi takes a running leap out the window, and lets just a hint of her demon form come out as she unfurrows her wings and flaps them so she is hovering next to him. She allows herself a small laugh as she lets the wind guide her, and for just a moment, she seems to get lost in the feeling of flying as she starts to relax. but as she circles around to meet Micah again she is blushing slightly as she forces herself to somber up, because to her there is nothing quite like flying to calm her.. well that's not quite true there is one other thing that can calm her faster.. but there is no way she would ever let herself think of a angel like that...

Micah watched her intently he noticed the blush to but said nothing maybe she was just getting over excited he did that to,"Come on lets go", he commands waving his hand for her to follow him as he takes off to go back into the city he keeps and eye out for more smoke but he doesn't see any yet and he tries to concentrate on feeling the presence of the hybrid he closes his eyes for a moment his gaze drifting back to Naomi he couldn't help but smile she seemed to be in a better mood than usual and he needed to be nicer to her,"Lets go for a little joy ride", he calls over to her loudly before he drops in the air backwards falling toward the earth he spins about mid way and flys back up spinning in the process before swerving around some newyork buildings in and out.

The death bringer Naomi makes herself calm down a bit as she hears Micah urge her to follow him, and as she forces her eyes to focus the area blow them but as she sees nothing she actually allows herself to get lost in the feeling of flying. as Micah calls off the search for the night Naomi allows herself to smile again and she actually grins as Micah seems to relax and finally enjoy himself. As he plummets towards the ground in a spin, she allows herself to fly like a bullet into him, and as he spins back up she shoots herself away from him and follows him as he weaves in and out of the shadows of the buildings. Naomi lets herself get lost in the pure joy of flying and playing in the sky with him and for once not caring that he is an angel and she is a demon and they should be at war with each other..
