Pluto and Sailor Saturn are my favorites becuase they know what they are and they know exactly what to do with their powers straight off.

Uranus actually kicked a**. Neptune seemed a bit useless, Hotaru spent too much time as a kid that did nothing or just felt sorry for herself, and Pluto was a bit of a b***h.

The others seemed underpowered or way too incompetent.
