I love the Sun Moon Program Advance. Red Sun attacks with a few meteors, then Blue Moon attacks with laser, and red sun goes into meteor mode and falls onto the opponent. This will not only do a lot of damage, it'll get rid of all your opponent's programs for the rest of the fight.
