"I am NOT wounded!" Zuko shouted at Sokka, "I'm fine! Now go back to the ship!" he demanded, marching around the room as he continued to get things together, then suddenly... tripped over his own armor, falling to the floor with a thud.
DAMN IT ALL!! Why was everything going wrong?! He couldn't even walk across a room without messing up! And... and that damn peasant is still just standing there, being a pest!

"GAH! If that is your idea of 'not wounded' then you really need to get a medical book, or something, idiot!" Sokka explained somewhat sarcastically, somewhat worried for Zuko's well being as he darted across the room and held a hand out to the prince. "Come on, man... I just... wanna help."

Zuko slapped Sokka's hand away, getting up on his own, "I don't need your help!" he snapped, quickly picking up his things in one large pile, deciding not to bother packing them up, then storming out of the room.

"Ugh!" The water tribesman made a huffing noise in frustration and followed Zuko out the door. "What does it take to earn your trust?!" He shouted to the prince. "If you don't accept kindness, should I just be an a** like you?!
((According to my friend this pairing is called Zukka. -__-;
Which just reminds me of that dumb character from Lion King 2! gonk
AND she also told me that she watched an interview with the creators and Zuko and Katara were never intended to be underlying love interests and that their relationship was never meant to be perceived as a romantic one.
MEANING; ZUTARA CAN GO TO HELL! ;D ))

"Ha! You think I just give my trust away like some cheap food to anyone who sucks up for it?! Only an idiot would do that!" Zuko shouted as he continued marching out of the inn, "I don't give a damn how kind or how much of an a** you act like! I don't want anything to do with you any way!" he reached the door leading outside, then turned to Sokka with a dark glare, "I don't trust anyone... especially not you, you sniveling little peasant. I don't want you anywhere near me, or anywhere in my life. Hell, at this point I'm willing to even throw you pathetic sister back at you just to get you away from me! So stop. Bothering. Me." he finally said, a quiet, yet dangerous tone in his voice. He then walked outside, putting his things down on a bench, then pulling a hair tie out of who-knows-where, clenching the tie in between his teeth as he used his hands to pull his hair back together, then proceeded to tie it in place. Even that one little effort seemed to do a 180 on his appearence. He now only looked slightly more exhausted and upset than usual.
((Yeah. o.o I found that out a long time ago, and I'm positive I told you, since the reason I researched it to begin with was for this RP.
And haha, total ownage against Zutara! XD))

Sokka sighed deeply and just followed with heavy steps down to the shore line.

After cleaning up a little bit better and organizing what he had had with him in the inn, Zuko proceeded to head towards the ship. He just... wanted to go home... not just back on board the ship, but home... he wanted to be away from all of these outside people and just...
Who cares if he would be a spoiled prince who didn't understand the outside world?! Isn't that who he was already?! And his father had just sent him into this... hellhole... to suffer... and he still needed ninety-nine benders to get out of it...
Dammit! He didn't understand any of this! Living out in the real world... what Zhao had done... was that normal in the peasant life?! Did Sokka know what had happened and... was Zuko just overreacting?! No... he couldn't be... Zhao was a sick, disgusting psycho... that was all there was to it...
Zuko approached his ship, looking up to see his men lowering the bridge used for boarding.
"There you are Prince Zuko! We were so worried! Please come aboard!"
((I-I know I did! D: I remember you saying you didn't like it because of the whole lion king thing... and then we talked about the second movie and the characters we liked...

Sokka dragged himself aboard the ship, feeling rather pitiful and invisible. Which was a good thing too, because he didn't really want to be noticed... maybe some.. tea with Iroh would help...
But first... he had to get back to Katara...
Unfortunately, he lacked much spirit to do this and instead started his way down to his small room in the ship, walking past the fire nation members and frowning.
"Nephew!" The plump old man exclaimed, pushing through the well armored soldiers to Zuko. "Nephew! We were worried sick about you! Commanding the ship to leave without you is sheer nonsense! What were you thinking?" He scolded, thought mostly light heartedly, "Come here and give your uncle a big hug! "
((ARGHHH!!! I'M SO MAD. I hate BEING A GIRL. And having my period. Because it just ruined my favorite shorts! GAH. And so I didn't have any other clean shorts so I looked through my drawers quickly and found my middle school gym short. I was lyke, 'no way you're getting into that, Akila." And I did. O__O; The power of an elastic waist band. biggrin
I'M STILL MAD THOUGH. I hope the stains come out.. *sulk* )

Zuko looked over at his uncle, quite expectantly with a pissed-off expression, "I did *not* command the ship to leave without me!" he said angrily, "When we were about to disembark, that damn Water Tribe peasant suddenly dragged me off!" he was about to continue his rambling, but Zuko soon realized he was too tired and just... didn't care enough...
He slowly lowered his head, "Anyway... I'm... going to go rest. Uncle, you command the ship until I return from my quarters." and with that, he stalked off towards the stairs leading below deck. He just... wanted to get away from everyone... to sleep and forget about everything... to forget about the drugs... and Zhao... and... and Sokka... no, he couldn't forget about Sokka... not right now when... wait, why couldn't he forget about Sokka? What would stop him? Zuko mentally slapped himself, deciding he was just too exhausted to think deeply right now.
((Oh, I'm sorry hun, that sucks. D: I think most of our gender feel the same pain you do...
Well... I said that earlier, but then I researched DA and told you that everything I was finding was called "Zukka."
Lovely Akila, lovely... ~_~;;
Anyway, I should be getting off now... only two more days... good night hun!))

The tribesman plopped down on his bed and pretty much fell asleep the instance he had hit the mattress.
Sleeping by the tree wasn't actually as good as he had first thought. In comparison the Fire Nation boat was a piece of heaven.
"Uhm.. okay, of course. "
That was weird.
When didn't his nephew want to have the chance to boss people around? Iroh rose an eyebrow suspiciously as he watched Zuko walk down to his quarters. When he was gone he dismissed the thought, deciding it'd be better to worry about it over a cup of tea, and proceeded to get the ship back on track.
((Perfect timing really. I have to get off and go to the store in a second anyway. biggrin

Zuko slammed his steel door behind him as he entered his room, very tempted to just flop down onto the bed as soon as he could, but deciding that it would be better to get cleaned up first.
He filled his bath with fresh water from port, then proceeded to heat it with his bending, staring at the fire in a daze as he did so.

In little time at all, Iroh had made his way down stairs as well, and tapped lightly at his nephew's door. "Can I come him?" He asked softly.

Hearing the knock on the door, Zuko looked down longingly at the steaming water before him, but then sighed, deciding he could always wait to take a bath. He would just get rid of his Uncle, then go on trying to calm down and taking alone time.
He went over to the door and opened it, looking down at Iroh with a light glare, "What is it?" he asked.
