River of Time Mont teared up,"No..." He didn't wish and couldn't let go, even though his life may depend on it. When he heard the demon call Leo a pet, he was a little furious. "Don't call him pet! And nobody is worthless! Since you don't count, I guess that places you elsewhere." He closed his eyes, trying to anger the demons.
at the moment that Mont had got the demon's attention, the Priest came out of the chapel with a crossbow and a quiver. he loaded one of the bolts and called to the demons, "You three demon brothers have finally come out of your hiding, and now, wit hthe power of God, i shall cast you back to the sulfur pits from whence you came!" he fired his first bolt at the green demon. "Derlan the Oppressor! I call the wrath of the almighty God to bear judgment onto your soul!" as the bolt connected with the demon, the sky parted in one spot, sending a bolt of pure light to hold the demon in place. he reloaded his crossbow and fired at the red demon. Mendal the Ravager! I call the wrath of the almighty God to bear judgment onto your soul!" as the second bolt connected, the demon was struck with a shaft of pure light as well. he reloaded his crossbow for a third time and aimed at the Blue demon, who was now facing him and ready for the bolt. "Thurod the Oppressor! I call the wrath of the almighty God to bear judgment onto your soul!" he fired the bolt straight at the demon, but Thurod grabbed the bolt out of the air. he smirked and yelled back at the priest, "You really thought that trick would work on me old man!? I am wary of how you deal with our kind! as the demon was talking, the crossbow bolt began to tremble in the demon's hand. a larger shaft of light came down from the sky and encased Thurod completely. as soon as this happened, the priest dropped the crossbow and ran towards the three demons, who were now connected by three beams of light in a triangle, the priest stood in the center of the triangle and performed the exorcism. "In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
Most glorious Prince of the Heavenly Armies, Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in "our battle against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places" Come to the assistance of men whom God has created to His likeness and whom He has redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil.
The Holy Church venerates you as her guardian and protector; to you, the Lord has entrusted the souls of the redeemed to be led into heaven. Pray therefore the God of Peace to crush Satan beneath our feet, that he may no longer retain men captive and do injury to the Church. Offer our prayers to the Most High, that without delay they may draw His mercy down upon us; take hold of "the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan," bind him and cast him into the bottomless pit "that he may no longer seduce the nations."
In the Name of Jesus Christ, our God and Lord, strengthened by the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God, of Blessed Michael the Archangel, of the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul and all the Saints. and powerful in the holy authority of our ministry, we confidently undertake to repulse the attacks and deceits of the devil.
God arises; His enemies are scattered and those who hate Him flee before Him. As smoke is driven away, so are they driven; as wax melts before the fire, so the wicked perish at the presence of God.
Behold the Cross of the Lord, flee bands of enemies. The Lion of the tribe of Juda, the offspring of David, hath conquered.
May Thy mercy, Lord, descend upon us. As great as our hope in Thee.
We drive you from us, whoever you may be, unclean spirits, all satanic powers, all infernal invaders, all wicked legions, assemblies and sects.
In the Name and by the power of Our Lord Jesus Christ, + may you be snatched away and driven from the Church of God and from the souls made to the image and likeness of God and redeemed by the Precious Blood of the Divine Lamb.
+ Most cunning serpent, you shall no more dare to deceive the human race, persecute the Church, torment God's elect and sift them as wheat.
+ The Most High God commands you, + He with whom, in your great insolence, you still claim to be equal.
"God who wants all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." God the Father commands you. + God the Son commands you. + God the Holy Ghost commands you.
+ Christ, God's Word made flesh, commands you; + He who to save our race outdone through your envy, "humbled Himself, becoming obedient even unto death" He who has built His Church on the firm rock and declared that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Her, because He will dwell with Her "all days even to the end of the world."
The sacred Sign of the Cross commands you, + as does also the power of the mysteries of the Christian Faith.
+ The glorious Mother of God, the Virgin Mary, commands you; + she who by her humility and from the first moment of her Immaculate Conception crushed your proud head.
The faith of the holy Apostles Peter and Paul, and of the other Apostles commands you.
+ The blood of the Martyrs and the pious intercession of all the Saints command you. +
Thus, cursed dragon, and you, diabolical legions, we adjure you by the living God, + by the true God, + by the holy God, + by the God "who so loved the world that He gave up His only Son, that every soul believing in Him might not perish but have life everlasting;" stop deceiving human creatures and pouring out to them the poison of eternal damnation; stop harming the Church and hindering her liberty.
Begone, Satan, inventor and master of all deceit, enemy of man's salvation.
Give place to Christ in Whom you have found none of your works; give place to the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church acquired by Christ at the price of His Blood.
Stoop beneath the all-powerful Hand of God; tremble and flee when we invoke the Holy and terrible Name of Jesus, this Name which causes hell to tremble, this Name to which the Virtues, Powers and Dominations of heaven are humbly submissive, this Name which the Cherubim and Seraphim praise unceasingly repeating: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord, the God of Hosts.
O Lord, hear my prayer. And let my cry come unto Thee. May the Lord be with thee. And with thy spirit. Let us pray.
God of heaven, God of earth, God of Angels, God of Archangels, God of Patriarchs, God of Prophets, God of Apostles, God of Martyrs, God of Confessors, God of Virgins, God who has power to give life after death and rest after work: because there is no other God than Thee and there can be no other, for Thou art the Creator of all things, visible and invisible, of Whose reign there shall be no end, we humbly prostrate ourselves before Thy glorious Majesty and we beseech Thee to deliver us by Thy power from all the tyranny of the infernal spirits, from their snares, their lies and their furious wickedness.
Deign, O Lord, to grant us Thy powerful protection and to keep us safe and sound. We beseech Thee through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen. as the priest was performing the exorcism, the demons were bellowing curses in their tongue and screeching in pain. as the priest finished the prayer, the demons began to glow each their own color. as they began to glow, the skies cleared up and a full blast of holy light came down upon the demons and priest, but before they were banished from the realm of the living once more, the three all shouted at the priest in unison as one voice, "You have not won this battle yet, mortals! we shall return, and wreak havok on this world!" after they finished, the light drove their spirits into the earth, dissolving the demons into small ashes. the priest was slumped over, exhausted. " it is done. those demons will not bother the living ever again." he began to get up as the people from the town had been watching from the chapel, and a frenzied roar of delight came from the crowd. he walked towards them, shaking his hands for all of them to go back into the chapel, completely ignoring Mont and Leo as he walked by.

Mont let go, falling on his face. He didn't care, that wasn't what hurt the most, it was his arms as Leo bulked up that time. He took his time there, he came to thank faith this time. The little kitten got to his feet and looked at Leo,"No, the demons did it."

Leo picked Mont up. He was completely naked due to him bulking up and his clothes ripping off but he hadn't really noticed yet. "Come, let's go home."

Mont jumped at the looks of him, stunned by the nakedness. He just looked up into the sky, trying not to look anywhere on him, knowing he'd want to scan him down. It was beginning to get cloudy, his thoughts. He tried focusing on the sky's color and peacefulness, but that made him a bit crazy.

He then felt a chill breeze and realized he was stark naked and covered himself up. "I see why you are uncomfortable now. Um. . .do you have any spare clothing?"

Mont sadly didn't think that he'd need extras, being so small a distance. "I'm sorry...no..." He pulled off his shirt,"Could you use this?" He at least wouldn't be completely naked if the size was still right for him.

He at least wouldn't be completely naked if the size was still right for him. Leo looked at it for a second then took it and walked off. He came back wearing a loincloth made by tying it to a vine around his waist. "At least I'm covered. Let's hurry home though. I wish to apologize to mother."

Mont looked at the loincloth and laughed, finding it very suitable for a king of the wild. When he heard mention of mother, he refocused,"I'm sure she understands that it wasn't you that harmed her. You're body, but not you." He began walking with Leo, towards the cave.

Elara lifted her head. "Sia deevdrui re takh. Si shilta kiwieg coi."
