Daniel rubbed at his chin in thought, "Uhhh, all commanders I think, some of the engineers... Like Chrissa, but she's uh, you know, dead." He frowned contemplatively, kicked a little at the floor, then shook his head. "Commanders is all I know for sure, except, uh, Deimos - of course."

Lex hummed slightly, thinking. Something dealing with Deimos? Or ... what was his damn name. He hadn't been a fan of the other part of the command staff and had avoided him when ever he had came on the ship. Can't remember. Maybe it is Andre?

'Galactic? Perfection? New world?' Aulus fired off, to everyone this time.

Char tilted his head thoughtfully along with Potato. It was another option and he had a guess at a pass phrase it worked. No ideas seemed to be forthcoming from the humans and if they did come up with something then hopefully they could try again.... Oh, wait. What Daniel had just said had given him an idea.

Potato tilted his head again and clicked uncertainly. he said with a rapid shake of his head-neck-most of himself. He fluffed his feathers up a bit, shuffled his wings, and said in Chrissa's voice, "Can you say Chrissa?"

Tethys's face disappeared from the screen, and in its place appeared a cheery-looking young woman with blond hair and a smile on her face. The text changed suitably:

Administrator Chrissa

Pass Phrase?

Char suggested to Potato. The woman on the screen, unsurprisingly, did not look like the body on the stairs. It was worth a try.

After the computer screen flashed up with a picture of Chrissa, the chatot puffed up and flapped his wings a few times before saying, "Say Potato!" With that, he turned to look expectantly at Char to see if that was what his new friend needed.

The computer didn't take well to the attempt. In addition to displaying the red X associated with incorrect input, displayed an additional message: Next failure will result in lockdown.

Damn. Aulus scowled and tapped out a text. 'Maybe we should leave this for the follow-up crew. Unless anyone has a Big Book of Passcodes they've been hiding that is?'

'Can anyone hack it if it does go down?' Lex questioned looking back at the machine. 'Maybe Crazy David knows?' He added, more of a joke but it could be a possibility.

Char regraded the screen quietly as he tried to think of something else but Aulus made a quelling gesture at him. he murmured,

'Thinking about going downstairs while you lot deal with that anyway; not good with tech, here; don't think Gauntlet is either when it's a computer... A vacuum cleaner, however...' Tambrey tapped out and waited for a response.

Potato warbled sadly and swooped over to perch on the off-centered Volbeat again, and ruffled his feathers a little.

Kailee replied to all with, there is more to look at maybe we can find a big book of pass codes? If not Aulus leaving it for the excavation team sounded like a good idea. If it crashed they were in trouble.

She got Tam's text and nodded meaning she would go with her, No problems with that.

'Likewise with the tech side,' Aulus added after receiving Tam's text, 'but I can leave Char up here with the Chatot if you want. Maybe there is a big book of passcodes downstairs?' Much as they had said they wouldn't split up and go to different floors they were getting nowhere here and who knew, there might be clues down the steps.


Char made a reassuring noise and moved to stand next to the statue.
