"I already know a lot. I don't even know why I'm in stupid school at all." Talbot pouted like a ten year old... oh wait. "I like to learn on my own, my foster mother made me come because of my stupid ability. no Herb. You're not stupid, just my power. no I love you Herb." with every word he said to "Herb" puffs of pollen came from his mouth, like that's how the communication works. "anyway I have some trouble using my power. I don't like to fight... I'm not very good." he admitted sheepishly. "but I am powerful and I have good strategy. do you have library by any chance. I'd like to see if there are any books I haven't read." Talbot started to pet one of Herb's bigger top leaves and smiled cutely.

"what's wrong with this loser?" Talbot said muttered disgustedly. "what? you've never seen a kid, whose smarter than you, talk to a plant, whose also smarter than you?" Talbot felt very witty and proud to be smarter than someone else. like he always is. he started puffing to his plant. "I would give you a high five Herb but you only have three leaves." he laughed out loud at his less funny joke. Herb seemed to rustle happily too. Talbot stuck his tongue out at the guy and giggled to his flower.

an unbearably horrible sick look appears on Talbot's face and he begins to bawl uncontrollably. "Herb is not my only friend. I have Hazel, and Hemock, an ubbubb a oobboo a ihhi ihhi pleh." after a while his sobs are no longer understandable.

Tilli watched the commotion, amusement growing on her features. Great, this place is gonna become a daycare center. At least he has a somewhat decent power. Watching Talbot cry made Tilli's heart wrench. He reminded her of her little brother, whom she didn't see much thanks to her parents divorce. Her brothers stayed with their dad, and she lived with her mom. Feeling guilty about her earlier thoughts, she grabbed a hold of Demenic and drug him with her as she walked over to the little boy. Getting down on his level, not really caring if he was a genius or not, boys were boys and she liked to think she knew how to deal with him. "You know what? I bet Herb would like to see the green house. I've heard they have all kinds of rare plants in there. They even have one called a Rafflesia. I was wondering if you could ask it a question for me, if you wouldn't mind."

Crystal sighed and quickly summoned her ice spear and slammed it inot the ground letting out a loud thump. "Will you please stop bickering? Talbot, our library is so massive, I bet you'll find plenty of books in there. I suggest you check out the exotic plants section. Now Kaalem is it? Yes, this is Academy Elemental and from the looks of things you're going to need my help." Crystal explained trying to maitain peace.

((Since so little was said about the school by the creater of the thread, I'm assuming we all live here, like a boarding school, and that we each have seperate dorms. So i'm posting accordingly.))

Tilli sighed and rubbed her temple. "I'm actually starting to get a headache, between keeping the new kid from killing himself, and the teacher being...well, a teacher. How 'bout you just walk me to my dorm? I'm feeling drained. Let me just say bye to the kid okay? I'll explain on the way." Tilli walked back and gave Talbot a cheery smile. She offered her previous bribe again. "Anytime you want someone to hang out with, or talk to, just come get me. I might be kinda boring, but I absolutely love herbology. I've actually been trying to get in one of the classes here. Alright?" Giving a wave to everyone, she walked back to Demenic, linking her arm in his and headed off to the dorms.

Tilli didn't notice the blush. At his question she sighed and laid her head on his shoulder, her head beginning to throb. She hated the after effects of using her powers in such a big manner. She had really pushed her limits today, first the storm in the classroom, then halfway killing Damion. What had really drained her, though, was saving the other air elemental from crashing. "I was just going to explain why I didn't really wanna mess with them, is all."
