Raven smiled and said. "I know, but only when you drove me crazy. And I still loved you despite all the jokes."

The next day Starfire awoke and looked at her sleeping husband. She sat up in bed and looked at towards the window.

Raven closed her eyes and nuzzled closer to Beast Boy. "Hmm... Sure you are." She said, sarcasm flowing through her words.

Raven quickly countered with a question. "Why do you joke around so much?"

"Sorry." Raven murmured. She pulled closer to him. "I'm sarcastic because I feel like it. And it's a good way to avoid from telling the truth." Raven said in an honest voice.

"No. That was because I didn't think you would like me back." Raven said with a small smile. "And it was easier just to be sarcastic to anything you did than to say something that would let my emotions out."
