Saiya bit her lip and looked away. She didn't want to lie but she didn't want to say anything either. "Just tell me if this is the festival." She pleaded.

Kai moved his head to force her to look at him. "I know you're not telling me something." he pointed out. "You've got that cute, but obvious, look of worry." Kai added, trying to relieve some of the obvious tension.

Saiya bit her lip then sighed and moved her hand. "Not all of them are about things that directly effect me." She said softly. "So sometimes I try to stop them...." A little girl was on the pavement in a pool of her own blood.

His eyes locking on the picture, Kai now realized why she had seemed so desperate. "Well it is the festival, but the festival spans several days." he commented, his eyes scanning across the page. "But this..." Kai commented, tapping what looked to be some sort of festival at the far end of the page. "This looks to be the Play of The Rose... And this...." he stated, tapping something far in the background. "Looks like the Tower of Heaven..." Kai looked back up at Saiya before taking her into his arms for a hug. "Don't worry. We'll find the girl." he whispered, knowing what something like this meant for her.

Saiya pulled away to flip back a page. It was a more detailed drawing of the girl holding a cute little dolly. "I saw her three time before I saw that. I think she might be important somehow but I don't know." She said as she handed it to him. "It almost felt like she was calling to me."

Kai crinkled his eyebrows together in thought. "Did you see different scenes, like different snap shots of this girl looking either older or younger?" he asked. If what he was thinking was right...

Saiya motioned for him to flip the pages back. "It was drawings like usual every time. The dolly is always there and she's such a cute little thing." She said as she looked at the little girl. "Never older, but a couple younger. That one was the last one and she doesn't look any older than five in that one. Why?"

"Hmmmmm..." he muttered, his eyebrows still crinkled in thought. So she doesn't just see into the future... Multiple seeings of the same girl, around the same relative age... Kai shifted back as he took Saiya's hand to pull her towards the bed. "Sit."

Concerned now Saiya did as she was told. "What's wrong? Did I do something wrong? Do you think it's too late for her?"

The concern in her voice finally breaking him out of his thoughts, Kai shook his head with a chuckle. "No, nothing like that." he stated with a reassuring grin as he sat in the middle of the bed and crossed his legs, as if to meditate. "I just want to try something." Kai added, motioning her to sit like him.

Saiya arched an eyebrow and then copied his motion. "What are we trying? Usually when a guy says he wants to try something it involves a copy of the Karma Sutra and furniture." She teased.

Kai smiled as he winked at Saiya. "We'll get to that later." he teased. "But right now a want you to rest your hand on your knees, relax, and close your eyes." Kai instructed, a smile still visible on his face.

Saiya nodded. "Okay." She said slowly as if she still wasn't sure what they were doing. She did as he said closing her eyes and setting her hands on her knees. "Now what?" She asked him.

"Take a deep breath... releasing it slowly, allow your body to relax with it... In... Out... In... Out..." Kai's voice instructed, his voice slipping into a deep, soothing, monotone. "Clear your mind..."

Saiya wasn't sure if he was trying to get her into a meditative state or put her to sleep but she focused on his voice and did as he said. Her body relaxed and as did her mind.
