7/10. It looks good so far, but it seems unfinished. Maybe Blue Velcro Sandals would help balance out the hair? Also, tattoos can be your best friend. ;D

8/10. Feels more unified now.
I know from experience that the blue tribal tattoos are a very hard shade to get along with. The red ones are nice, though. And the Genie Belly Gems add a nice splash of color, as well.
If blue-pink dragons don't work (It might, since the pink is so subtle it could be mistaken for red), I'd go with red tribals.
