Leaning his forehead against the back of Saiya's neck, Kai moved his hands from either side of her head to her shoulder. "Then we'll take a break for now." he stated before kissing her neck. "You did well for your first time." Kai added proudly.

"Where?" Saiya asked as she turned in his arms, her teal eyes wide with hope. "You said the festival just started today so that could be tonight right? We should find her."

"Calm down. The picture showed a play that doesn't happen till the last day of the festival." Kai said. "We'll meet the Council tonight, and our little helper to find the girl tomorrow morning when we go to go get your frufru drink." he added, laying his chin on her shoulder with a smile.

Saiya looked at him a little confused. "My frufru.....OH! You mean my latte!" She laughed. "It's not Frufru." She pouted as she leaned back against him. "How long till we meet the council?"

"Well you can expect the heads of each of the representing Underground participants to be their." he said thoughtfully, brushing Saiya's hair behind her ear to see her face better. "So anywhere from 50 to over 800 council members representing all of the supernatural world in one form or another." Kai explained. "But most of them will probably wait to arrive until the Council Head's have made their final decision on our case."

Saiya frowned. "We are a case? What is the case?" She asked him. "Like in a court room kind of thing?"

"We have to present the information to them." Kai answered. "The quickest way to do that is by enacting the Preservation law and taking the information to be presented to them... We have to show them that they're in danger."

Saiya frowned. "Preservation Law?" She asked wanting clarification. She knew the information she had and the pictures in the file would be more than enough to show them they were in danger but she wanted to make sure she understood everything so they couldn't blind side her with something she didn't understand.

Saiya nodded that she understood. "What else do I need to know before I walk in there and make an idiot of myself." She didn't want to insult people who probably already didn't like her.
