(( rofl I pictured Telaraia trying to seduce Ayatane to see how faithful he was, but this is fun too.))
Well, yes, he has invited me to stay here for a few nights becasue of some... mutual friendships... but there is something that I wish to ask him as well as bring to his attention. Perhaps he could shed some light on something I've come across. Ayatane offered a gentle smile to the poor girl who was in servitude of someone as sour as Goldor. Though she didn't seem to be overly miserable so as long as she wasn't too poor off under Goldors thumb then he was happy for her to have such a job. He assumed that Goldor would pay well to keep her from talking and to keep to herself. Do you happen to know when Master Rodlog is coming back?

((That would be very unbecoming of a maid. xd )) Telaria clasped her hands in front of her and looked up at Ayatane. Because she was slightly shorter in this form, she had to strain her neck slightly to see him. "I am sure he would appreciate that," she said. "You are welcome to make yourself at home here. My master," she nearly gagged at the thought of Goldor being her master, but refused to let her calm expression be gone from her face. She continued. "My master often leaves without warning. Sometimes he does not come back for hours or even days at a time." She let out a small sigh and shook her head. "Is there anything that I can get for you? Tea perhaps, maybe a small snack?"

((That all depends on the maid. rofl ))
Tea would be lovely thank you. Ayatane smiled as he took a seat in the living room, he started to spread his findings out on the large table, mindful of the precious stones that would get him skinned alive if he broken them. Ayatane looked over to the maid of the rodlog residence. Beg pardon, but is there a woman named Telaria around the manson? She's someone who is very precious to me and I was hoping to spend some time with her before we... have our work pull us apart again. Ayatane placed his blades beside him on the couch. His eyes fell to papers, pictures and various other findings that he unearthed. It was just a theory, but they were totally in the dark as far as who the other members of the conflicted were. It may help them in the end, or earn them an allie if his theory was wrong about this person... or another dead end.

Telaria pondered on whether or not she should continue playing this little joke on him. She considered dragging it out for a little bit longer, but also wanted to spend time with him as well. Instead, she leaned across from him, the table a barrier between him and looked at him, her lashes shielding her eyes in a way that they always did. "I was very worried about you, Ayatane," she said, her voice sounding more like itself than a maid's. The soft and uncertain smile that was her own touched her lips.

Ayatane studied the woman that leaned across from him, it took him a few seconds to place the woman as Telaria. In truth, he didn't care much for the new look, but he wasn't about to open his mouth and hurt Telaria's feelings. He hoped whatever she did to herself wasn't going to last very long. He gave her a smile anyway. He was still happy to see her, though it looked like running his fingers through her long, red hair was going to have to be put on hold for a while. Well that's certainly a different look for you. Care to join me? Ayatane moved over for her, though in truth it felt a little awkward to invite the woman that was but wasn't Telaria, but again, he didn't want to hurt her feelings because she... er, needed to take on a different look for whatever reason. He still wanted to spend time with her, but it also felt like he was cheating on the Telaria that he had fallen for with the Telaria whom appeared before him. She was still attractive... it just wasn't her. I came across something interesting that may help us with another member of the Conflicted. I would like to share that with you, but would you like to spend some time with me first?

Telaria sat down beside him and looked at him. She had missed him so much, but she could also see the disappointment in his eyes and felt that it had to do with her appearance. She smiled softly at him and took his hand. "I promise you, I'm still me. Even though my appearance has been altered temporarily, I'm still the same Telaria on the inside." She winked teasingly at him. "Besides, I'm not very fond of this new appearance myself." she said with a small laugh. "I feel like someone I'm not if that makes sense to you."

Ayatane gave her hand a squeeze them gently pulled her to his shoulder. he wasn't going to say anything hurtful outloud and kept his silence about the subject. he placed his head gently ontop of hers and closed his eyes, at least her hair still smelt the same. with his eyes closed, he felt a little better about this. He brough his arm around Telaria's shoulder and relaxed. His hand lifted up slightly and stroked her cheek softly, lovingly. He wanted to absorb this moment with Telaria's old image in his mind. It probabily wouldn't have effected him so much if he either saw the changes or if she changed little by little over time so that he could get use to her new look. it was a surprise to say the least. Your new look certainly was a surprise and it was a... drastic change. Where you planning to go out for something? Its a bit of a hornets nest out there right now. Apparently there was a family that was found murdered or not found at all. Four missing and two dead, including a cribling. The whole town is in a frenzy, I suggest that we stay here as much as we can for the next few days. Ayatane tickled under her chin a little. He had heard about Eisti's grandmother, he opened his eyes to look out a window. How are you holding up?

Telaria laid her cheek on his chest inhaling his strong masculine scent that she loved so much. She let out a soft sigh wishing that they could have more time together than what they were having right now, but knew that they would have to leave soon. "It's very easy to explain. The potion was Jean's idea. You see, when she went to visit Levi, she told him about her being a witch and she even told him about our group. According to her, Levi wants to meet all of us and talk with us. A few of us a very reluctant to do so, but we agreed that we would not know if it was a trap or not unless we went. Jean gave us a potion that would disguise our appearances for awhile. I was quite reluctant...but, I really did not want to get into another argument. It seems that's all we've been doing. I believe that is part of the Conflicted's plan to tear us apart." Eisti tilted her head and grimaced. She did not like this new appearance of Brim's. She shook her head and walked over to him gently tugging on a lock of his silver hair. "This new appearance just doesn't suit you," she said honestly. "You look like you are about to seduce someone," she said in a rather brave tone of voice. "I believe that I like your original appearance better. It's much more handsome."

It wasn't long before Matheus returned again, though this time, dressed to fit her true gender, and the gender the potion made more noticable. She was now wearing a sky blue dress, with a fitted bodice that tied up the front, and a slightly flared skirt. As a last minute descion, she had pulled back half of her hair with a blue ribbon. Matheus had mixed feelings over being in a dress again. She had to admit she missed the feel of the skirts flowing around her legs, and the ability to dress pretty and feminine. But coming into the kitchen, with Eisti there, she felt a little self concious as well. Her cheeks were stained with a light pink blush. "Well? How do I look? Is it alright?" she asked, trying to sound as though she had never worn a dress in her life. Matheus had come back just in time to hear the last of what Eisti said to Brim. Once again, she found herself biting back a feeling of jealousy, but didn't let it show. Or at least tried not to let it show. Matheus never heard Eisti talk to someone like that before...and it hurt a little to hear Brim on the receiving end of it.

Lehi_Dreagon Being the only male to actually drink said potion Brim was a little excited to see if the potion actually stuck with one's base gender. ((that would be an interesting holy crap moment! Hmm... If Ayatane is forced to drink that stuff I might have to have a little fun at his expence. twisted )) I see, then I assume you'll be leaving soon? Ayatane stroked what Telaria had for hair to try and sooth her worries, it was all he could do right now anyway. It may be best for him to say there, he wanted to talk to Goldor and maybe shed some light on who this individual was, though if they demanded, it sounded like he's have little choice in the matter. That could very well be a plan of the Conflicted, Telaria. So we should be prepared for that possiblity. So, stay strong, okay? We'll get through this somehow.Ayatane relaxed a little more in her presence. He looked down and smiled at her.But look on the bright side, you get be an actress of a little while! I hear they get paid good money. Besides, I may have to take one of those eventually and we can fall all over again.

Brim crossed his arms at Eisti's advance, and shook his head. "So I prefer your old hair, eyes, and body as-well. This one is pretty, but the original was prettier." he told Eisti with a nod before turning to Matheus. "Yeah it's fine Matheus. Is that one of Goldor's dresses, or one of his past family member's?" Asked brim teasingly trying to lighten the sudden tension in the room when Matheus entered.

Telaria let out a small sigh and nodded. "As soon as the others are ready we'll be leaving," she said in a disappointed tone of voice. If it was up to her, she would not go, but also knew that perhaps Jean was right and it was time to trust others after all there were others out there who would be willing to help them. She couldn't help but laugh at his next statement. "This isn't my first time," she said before falling serious again. "You mentioned something about needing to speak with Goldor. Do you mind if I ask what it is about?" she asked curiously. Eisti felt a light pink tinge brushed her cheeks and was about to say something when, Matheus walked back into the room. She studied him...or her for a few moments before speaking. "Well I must say, you do make a very beautiful woman," she said honestly. "It actually suits you surprisingly and you seem to be right at home with it as well." She tilted her head. "Is there something that you're not telling me?" she asked curiously. "Is the potion an indicator that you prefer other men over women?"

Ayatane picked up the photos that he found of the man that stretched throughout time. It has to do with this man right here, I noticed that there was a painting of him beside one of Goldors precessors. Normally that would seem odd to me, but I did a little digging around to try and find some clues as to who we may be up against. Ayatane positioned himself to show Telaria more pictures of the man, who never seemed to change. I read that there was a manson that collapsed not far from here, still within the limits of the village, when the villagers went to investigate they found a body of the wife of the manson owner. In their documents they found items that suggested some sort of forbidden research and necromancy. Now this is were things get strange, the home owner was never found in the rubble nor was he ever seen again. But the body of his wife was dug up. Now, skip one hundred years when this picture was taken. Ayatane held the two portraites side by side so she could make a comparison. There was no records or evidence of the couple having a son. But these two pictures look identical. Another thing of interests was that ever sence the collapse of the manson bodies had been taken and the odd person has been kidnapped. Admitadly this points to nothing to itself. But I found the man again in these two pictures, three hundred and two hundred years ago repectivily. The face changes very slightly but don't you find that its too much of a look alike to be anyone else other than the same person? Now, if this man was a necromancer... do you think he could be aiding the Conflicted? There was a powerful necromancer behind many ployes of their coven. Because I saw this face in a picture Goldor had I was hopping he could tell me who he was, even if he isn't a member of conflicted he might make an allie for us.

"Um....it's one of his family's dresses I belive." Matheus answered Brim softly. She attempted a smile at Brim's trying to lighting the atmosphere, but he would find his efforts in vain in mere moments. Matheus' cheeks became a more prominate shade of red in a matter of seconds once Eisti mentioned she was beautiful. Too bad she never got to see me as my true self... Matheus thought to herself. Though listening on to what else Eisti had to say, Matheus was starting to feel rather flustered. For one...well of course feminity suited her, she was a female after all. Though she didn't say that out loud of course. But it was more then just that which caused Eisti to become so flustered. "W-what? No of course not. " Matheus studdered in saying. Nope, at that particular point in time, having an interest in men was deffinatly not the issue. "Some potions....just have strange effects on some people that's all. Really. It's not indicating anything." Matheus hated how defensive her voice was sounding at that time. It was almost too obvious that she was trying to hide somthing. "Um....I...I'm going to go see if Telaria is ready to go." Mathues murmered softly, and quickly excused herself from the kitchen once again.
