((I was going to time skip a few hours ahead so she could just wake up but thought maybe you wouldn't be all to happy about that..wanted to make sure first. ))

Alaina had always somewhat of a light sleeper.The slightest touch or word normally awakened her.But when Justin was running his hand down her sandy brown hair and even pressed his lips against her skin,she didn't wake from her slumber.It wasn't to surprising his movement was so gentle and soft she didn't feel a thing not to mention the girl was tired.The dream playing in her head was also reason enough to stay asleep for a while longer.It was playing out so perfectly.The moods.The happiness.Everything was so great.Justin and her were having a fun-filled day.Well it was like the time they went to the vampire village and then the candy shop.Surely Alaina would keep her lips sealed about this very dream.

Justin stared out the window. I bet she's going to be out for some time, considering how tired she looked. He looked towards the town. I wonder if Sigfried asked Alaina to go into town with him yet. If she wants to hear the Violinist of the Dark Mist, then I should at least do it sooner so I don't forget. I guess this is my thanks to her for trusting me. He smiled at the thought. I think this will make her think this vampire kingdom isn't as gloomy as before. He turned to the sleeping princess. She said that she wanted me to stay here. He turned and sat down on the floor by the bed. So I'll just stay put until she wants me to leave.

Hours passed and finally Alaina finally awoke from her long slumber. Her ruby eyes opened again. And after looking around, her gaze drifted off to Justin, which was sitting on the floor.He..He didn’t leave... At the glimpse of his face a bright smile appeared on her face. She really did thing he wouldn’t be here when she woke up. But he actually did stay. She sat up and turned; now hanging her legs off the bed.”Hello Justin.” She said in a chipper tone. Then her eyes moved away as her cheeks turned brighter.”Thanks. Oh and sorry .I really shouldn’t have asked you to stay here with nothing to do.”She spoke in a low tone now.

Justin's mind was wandering in the last hours he was sitting beside the bed. He was creating stories again. He never really did that, but he had the time now. His attention went to Alaina as he heard her voice. He turned to her with a smile. "Well, if it isn't sleeping beauty? So, any dreams about me?" he teased. "You were out like a light. I didn't think you were that tired." He saw her face turn a little brighter and kept his smile. "It's all good. I don't mind being by myself. And you said that you wanted me to stay. You are our guest in this kingdom after all, so you should be treated as one." He looked to his window again. The sun is high. It must be one o'clock or something.

At the simple words sleeping beauty, Alaina’s face grew even warmer. Then hearing his next sentence, she now felt as if her face was on fire. Casting her gaze over at the window a grin formed on her face.”If you want the honest truth then yes. I did have a dream about you.” She said as her gaze drifted to him again. She flashed him smirk. After stretching she slid off the bed and on to her feet.”I was exhausted.”The smile on Alaina’s face widened as he spoke.”For awhile I felt like a prisoner here. Now I’m actually beginning to enjoy my visit here, because I got to meet you.”She said pointing to him with her index finger and giggling softly.

Alaina's first response made Justin's face heat up. I was just teasing her there! But...she actually dreamed of me? His eyes were on the scenery outside the window while he was listening to her. But those last few words were all that it took to make Justin believe his face was burning! He cooled down before looking at the princess in amazement. She was giggling at him a bit and he smiled at it. She's cute when she laughs. "Well...um...I don't..." he stuttered. He had never been told this before. I'm not used to it! He decided to change the subject. "Actually, I remember that you wanted to hear that Violinist guy in town. I heard that at times he plays more than one night in a row. Maybe...tonight, you might be lucky enough to listen if you go to town after dark," Justin explained. I know that I asked Sigfried to ask her to take her, but maybe she can ask him to escort her. Either that or I could have one of the servants take her.

Sighting Justin's bright face,Alaina laughed quietly for a bit longer.She found him rather cute nervous and heating up.Well actually she found him attractive.His stuttering just icing on a cake.Aww..he's being bashful.At the sound of Justin's voice,she glanced at him with a smile returning to her face."I have to go to the town tonight! I really do want to hear this mystery guy's playing! "She said with a glint of excitment shown in her eyes.Then she stared at Justin questioningly."Wait..won't you come with me? Then we can both hear him together!"

Justin knew that this was coming. I had a feeling that she was going to ask me to escort her again. Thankfully, he planned for this when she was sleeping. "I'm sorry, but I don't believe I can go with you this time," he told her. He showed no sign of making this up. I'm gonna feel a bit guilty for lying to her like this, but I think she'll enjoy the Violinist when she listens. "You see, I think I'm due to talk with the Nobles at some time soon. I want to prepare for it." In fact, this wasn't all that false. Justin hadn't met with the Nobles for a longer time than usual, but he knew that nothing was coming up soon. He was available for tonight's performance. "But since you really want to hear this musician, I could ask someone like one of my brothers or a servant to take you. I'm sorry again for not being able to be with you." He really meant it. If the Violinist of the Dark Mist was any other person, I wouldn't hesitate to hear the music with her.

For a brief second the bright smile on Alaina’s face changed to a dull frown and her whole expression turned disappointed.I…kind of wanted to go with him. Well really.Someone she actually knew standing at her side would be better. Surely she couldn’t drag one of her sisters in to this.They would probably just get lost. Right then Alaina wanted to throw a fit. However she had to remind herself she was more mature than that.I’m so self-fish and inconsiderate. Justin is busy. I have to understand that. Also I’m being way to clingy...he would might get the wrong idea.Before saying even one word, she sighed.”I really do understand but there’s no need to apologize. However if you really wanted to make up for this whole mystery violinist thing I need you to do something for me.”She said, winking her left eye. Taking small steps she made her way closer to Justin.

Justin saw her face look sad from his explanation. Please don't cry. It will make it even harder. But seriously...I don't think you know how much I needed to. You're...the most amazing person I've ever met. He didn't dare say any of this aloud to Alaina though. Maybe she has a boyfriend in the human kingdom. I wouldn't doubt it if she did. He heard Alaina and she walked closer to him. "O-of course I w-want to make up for it," he stuttered. I don't usually have a girl stand this close to me. Plus, I just thought I was going to make up for it by performing. Wait, she wouldn't know that in the first place, idiot! He gazed into her sparkling ruby eyes. "W-what do you have in mind?"

Alaina stopped in her tracks once she found herself close enough to Justin. A smile retreated to her flushed face.”I honestly understand that you’ll be busy and can’t come along, tonight. But how about until you or me have to leave, we stay together.I like being around you.”She said.”Please.”She batted her long eyelashes when pleading.I don’t fully understand but when I’m around Justin I feel like I’m walking on air. I enjoy his presence. Due to another thought entering her mind she sighed.There's no way I could be falling for a vampire!

Justin's eyes widened. Stay...together?! He cooled himself down and a grin came to his face. He knelt down to the ground and bowed his head to her. "I would be honored to." He took Alaina's hand in his. "It is the only way to pay for my actions. Plus, I like being around you too." He kissed her hand again, just as he did when he took her to bed. I believe I now completely understand what Vincent said earlier. He gazed into her eyes once more. Other than my brothers, she's the only person I can talk to comfortably. She's a friend. But I think...I like her more...than just a friend.

Alaina’s face changed to magenta, immediately after Justin planted another kiss on her hand. What the hell is wrong with me?!She screamed inside her head. With a shake of her head a smile appeared on her blushing face, while listening to him. At one sentence she could feel her face growing hot,as if sun burned.He likes being around me!Another thought intruded her mind,though one that Alaina puzzled.I’m blushing and my heart races at the most simple things from just being around Justin? Why...I only see Justin as a friend and that’s how I want it…or do I?Again she had to shake away those pesky puzzling questions and thoughts.”Justin, I know I’ve said this about twenty times now but thanks for everything. I really do appreciate it. Also I was only joking about you making up for tonight, hearing the mysterious violinist.”She said,as her gaze wandered off and blushing increased.”I fully understand if you can’t go. I just thought it would be great to be hearing the melody with you. Like I said, I really do enjoy spending time with you.”

Justin looked at the human princess as she spoke. His smile enlarged. She's blushing! It's so cute! Okay, don't laugh. He stood and gazed into her ruby eyes. "It's perfectly fine. Even when I have to take care of my brothers, I never really get to hear a thank you from them. It's nice when someone like you does." He was a bit confused by the next things Alaina said. "Wait, does that mean you don't really want me to be with you until we must leave?" He sounded a bit disappointed. "Because if you don't, I won't be able to take you there." I've never actually traveled there before, but I know I route to it. It's much quicker with the shadows.

Alaina's eyes drown in Justin's while he talked.His eyes like himself is alluring.Her trance was shattered when hearing Justin's words."No! Not at all."She herself was surprised by her quick outburst.But that wasn't what she meant.Her gaze discovered the disappointment that swept over his face."I meant that you do not really have to make up for anything.If you're busy you're busy."She tells him,beginning to confuse herself."However I really do want to spend more time with you."Alaina added.Just noticing something she titled her head in curiousity."Take me where?"Alaina felt dumb asking the question but it was to confirm what she thought he meant.
