my name is Shadow Walker Shadow Walker followed up with her response softly, "Thank you Warp." It seemed the boy was trying something with his power then Warp wanted to help him out. "Now that dinner is settled I'll just go attend one of the errands and will do the groceries later. I'll see you later." she made a quick stop at Warp's office to try to get some idea of where they are and where she needed to go she tried remembering what Warp was saying earlier in regards to the task… mc2 Alexander William Diaz

"Pick up some apple empanadas for my sister down at the bakery on Eighth," Warp said. "And if they have it some atole de fresca for me. And, in regards to groceries just pick up for me whatever you want to eat and I'll cook it. …
There's a map of the city in my office so you can find your way, of course, if you ask anyone they'll probably walk you there themselves. When your shopping just use my card on my desk in my office."
…"Bakery on Eighth…" she whispered. She figured out that one area of the map seemed familiar which looked like Warp's place. She was able to identify where the hanger was from there. It seemed Eighth was not that far from Warp's place. She found the a card he spoke of on his desk. It looked similar to the one her father used to pay for things granted it was probably a different company entirely. Quickly she shrugged and put it in her pocket, checked to see if she had her reflective glasses with her, which she did, and got in Warp's sight so that he knew she was leaving. She sank into her shadow. She stopped by where she had dropped off the note from under her pillow and read with her glowing eyes Cassandra's response. mc2 Cassandra Song Diaz

I have no interest working in with someone who doesn't have the spine to reveal herself. My only request is that if it is possible to contact the X-men and tell them not to pull anything stupid. It was my fault I end up here and it is my responsibility to get out of this situation.

She wrote back I'll meet with you in a couple of minutes. -Anonymous and placed the journal where it was she emerged near from a shadow of a tree near 7th St. which happened to be near one of the signs she looked one up the street and down to see which way to go. She saw where Eighth was. It was nice not having to worry about a group of photographers that wish to capture your every move because you were a rarely seen celebrity. Also it was nice that no one seemed to recognize her so far. She approached the bakery. The items there reminded her of a few things the pastry chef would make at home. She asked the man who worked there for "apple empanadas" and "atole de fresca" which to her luck both were in stock. She used Warp's card to make the purchase. It felt kind of gratifying buying something on her own first hand. Normally her family would send someone to pick something up or she would order it online and then send someone to pick it up. Shadow Walker stepped out of the bakery. She saw an office supply store near by. She hopped Warp didn't mind but she wanted to pick up a journal and a map. The girl went over and picked up a map and a book, very much like the one Heartbreaker used that belonged to Amp. Again she paid the man then drop into her shadow. With the reflective glasses on she emerged in Heartbreaker's room from a corner not far from where Heartbreaker was sitting. "H-hi… your brother thought you'd may like these?" she pulled out the apple empanadas. "How's your throat? Did Warp relieve you of the Larangitous?"

Warp nodded and waved at Shadow Walker as she left and closed his eyes for a moment as he listened to Jason Richter introduce himself and explain the Sentinel incident. He raised a brow as he watched himself on the screen and then the shape shifter-who he assumed was what Cassie called "Foxy" which she would probably blame herself for-and then an image of Myth destroying the Sentinel. Warp wasn't surprised it was Myth who had been the one to take care of the incident, though he did figure Myth and the other X-men would be annoyed to be associated with Warp and his actions.
When Jason continued speaking of the Sentinel 2.0, Warp wasn't particularly impressed. He merely made a note he needs to set it up so Binary hacks their records and plans again and he would have a several hour marathon session with Raven figuring out how to reprogram or rewire the Sentinel 2.0 if they wanted. It wasn't great news to hear that the MRD planned to improve the first Sentinel and it would make it easier for them to hunt down other homo-superiors, but it was still a tangible item-that meant it wasn't of much concern to Warp.
He was already making plans when he heard the last statement 'we must remember while they are different, they are still fellow humans in need, we must help them go back to humanity'. Warp sat up his eyes narrowed dangerously. "What do they mean to help them 'go back to humanity'?" He hissed: it implied that a "cure for the mutant gene" could be on the horizon for the MRD.
Standing, he headed to his office and managed in a voice hiding his anger, "The pizza is already paid for. You can crash here on the couch here if you want kid. Just don't burn the apartment down: I don't care, otherwise." He slammed the door behind him before he slammed his fist into the wall, wincing at the pain.

Power: Magnetokinesis (Minimal Control)~~~~~ Calamity nodded at Warp and sat on the couch. Obviously, the press release had made Warp incredibly angry. A lot of it, thought Calamity, was annoying babble. He looked over at the table of iron pennies and he focused on them. A small number of them slowly hovered up and came over to Calamity and he began to spin them, twisting them in many different ways. He'd be doing this for a while, training his abilities.~~~~~ Dark Calamity

Cassie noticed a shift ever so slightly in the pillow as a new note was left and she slipped her hand under the pillow again to read that the stranger would meet with her soon. She raised a brow and realized that Warp must not have cameras watching the room after reading the note. Well, at least I get to meet mystery person. I bet the boots its the whiny Shadow girl, Cassie thought, darkly amused. Probably got a thing for the kid. Props to him for using people like that.
She sat up as she sensed someone in the room and reached for her glasses on the table as she heard the awkward introduction and the offer for food. She raised a brow as she put on her glasses: she had thought she smelled something good. Noticing the reflective glasses, Cassie took her glasses off again and placed them back on the nightstand. When the girl asked her about her throat she made a short snort that made her wince at the pain and she managed in a horse whisper, "Did Alex... good one."
She stood, picked up a notebook and one of the art quality pencils on the desk and walked over. Cassie took the box, opened it and hid a small smile, before shutting the box again and walking towards the kitchen. Setting the box of food on the counter she sat down on the futon and after finding a blank page scribbled out a note:
Kind of hard to use my power to give commands if it hurts to talk. And, a swollen throat does recover eventually on its own. I was betting it was you who was the guilty offender. What's in it for you? Screwing over my big brother? Though it looks like the pink haired girl is doing that already. Or are you trying to impress someone its useless to try and impress? Because, I'm betting you helped the blonde kid-Amp-willingly. And, I'm a pretty good gambler. If that is the case, he totally used you. Even I am not that heartless.
She held out the notebook with a raised brow.

a.k.a. Myth  Jason.....just who are you really? Just a coincidence or are you really a mutant like us? He thought to himself as he saw the conference. "At least I look good on camera." Dean said with a shrug. Seeing those images made him confirm that Felicia needed a lot more training in order to make sure that never happens again. He just hoped she wouldn't have to see this. Wouldn't be good for her. "Sabotaging the MRD and doing what's necessary to protect people are two different things. The Brotherhood seems to focus on the first one while only taking care of their own kind. I do not regret taking down that thing and I would do it again if I had to. Even if they make me out to be the bad guy along with the Brotherhood, if by doing so it saves others it's fine by me" Dean replied.

He stretched and said, "I think saving people is a good thing, too. But also, I think that it is kind of stupid to rescue someone who'll just turn around and stab you in the heart. And, the difference is the Brotherhood, or at least Magneto and most of the Brotherhood, see themselves as a different species than non-mutants. If you had to kill a few kittens to make the world a better place for people, you might do it. That's their general mentality, for better or for worse."
Dmitri glanced back at the television and added, "You got give this new guy props for the new spin on the 'mutant problem'. 'Mutants are just sick people who need help'? It's definitely a more sympathetic rhetoric than some people spout, but I don't see how he plans on making us go 'back to humanity'. Mutant collars only suppress powers-they don't change a person's genetics..."

Cassie rolled her eyes and held out a hand and took the sketchbook back and scribbled a note back with a small smirk:
I think we have very different ideas of what big brothers are to us. We were close to say the least. Regardless, I don't care if you have a thing for him or not. But, I do care if your aim is to hurt him.
And, about Amp, you can have him. Sending him over to me isn't going to make him happy. To tell you the truth, I probably would have ordered him to return to Genosha if I had ran into him. Of course, I'm sure one of the X-men would have convinced me to take the order back. And, even if he was my type, I would never date him or be with him in the way he wants.
She paused with a frown and tapped the pencil on the page and added:
You wouldn't understand it, but I am happier with him on the other side of the globe. You say it isn't new to you being overlooked, but it's different for me. I have never had that problem and I'm never going to know if people really like me or if it is my power.
She paused considering crossing out her last two statements before placing the pencil down in front of her and holding out the notebook, a slight amount of annoyance showing on her face.

my name is Shadow Walker Shadow Walker frowned a little at her annoyance. She read her response. "I have no intention on hurting Warp… he took care of me when I washed up on shore here." She let out a sigh as she went on to the next part. "You can say that but it won't change anything. From what I can tell he's no longer trying to make you 'queen of the world' or whatever. He's accepted that, that wouldn't make you happy. So the next best thing he thought of was supporting your cause as an X-Men… and hopefully he's found his way there." she rubbed her arm again. "Please if he makes it there could you at least give him a chance to get to know him? He's still him just clouded by you a bit?" She shrugged her as a little it was a hopeless attempt but she wanted to try for him. Odds are it was probably the last thing she wanted to hear.

Cassie narrowed her eyes annoyed at Shadow Walker before taking the notebook and writing out:
I don't date. Are you suggesting me hook up with him to make him feel better? Because I don't hook up, either. You probably have more experience dating than I do, to tell the truth. Besides, it is just as fair to ask me to give him a chance as me suggesting you give Alex a chance because he spent his entire childhood being hated by everyone but me-and he thinks that's only because no one ever told me he was a mutant.
She stood and handed the notebook to her and said in her hoarse voice, "I may be asexual in my dating... but I am attracted to people. I do get crushes, too." Covering her mouth she made a bit of a cough and opened the container containing the empanadas and popped one of the Mexican apple dumplings in her mouth and made a small smile that turned back into her irritated scowl.

I meant just as a friend or a team mate at least." she continued reading, "Heh me experience with dating… yah right. We're pretty much on the same boat there." She continued to read, " I guess Warp and I have that in common but there was no exception on who hated me on my end."

Taking back the notebook she flipped a page and raised a brow at the drawing and shook her head as she flipped a few more pages until she found another blank page and wrote out a note:

And, are you sure you really like Amp? What you are asking of me is cruel. I am not sadistic. Is he supposed to be okay with watching me flirt with my other teammates and peers? Because I do. And, more importantly most guys aren't stupid enough to not figure out whom the girl he likes likes. And, worse, he could give me what I want the most, I would just end up unfairly using him.
Like I said, I'm not a heartless person.
With a sigh she pushed the notebook back towards Shadow Walker.

Cassie raised a brow and smirked at Shadow Walker's comment about not wanting to discuss dating. Wasn't Amp's attraction to her the root of the situation? She took the notebook and wrote:
I have trouble respecting a policy of idiocy. The Brotherhood shows the worse sides of mutants. They are making everyone's life worse. And, have you thought about the question of what will Magneto do if he does 'win the war'? What happens to the losers?
I had the abilities and resources to go to Genosha when I found out about my power. Hell, I even knew my brother was staying there. They would have taken in me. But, I'm not my brother: I don't have his need to please people. And, I'm not willing to become a pawn in this. I am a free agent. The only reason that I even agreed to go to the Xavier mansion was that Mr. Summers gave me the option to leave whenever I wanted.
And, while I am flattered by your offer, I don't need your help. If I am here I might as well take advantage of the situation.
She handed the girl the note and returned to the empanadas popping one in her mouth and watched Shadow Walker with a raised brow and a small smirk.

my name is Shadow Walker Shadow Walker sighed to herself as she read the last note. "Very well. My offer still is opened if you change your mind." She initially wanted to cut off the deal completely but she still wanted to help her for Amp. She wished it was one of the other X-Men that they've captured then she wouldn't care what Warp did with them. "As for what Magneto does to the losers aka the humans. I say they deserved it, I have no sympathy for them. Good Day Ms. Diaz, I'm sure someone will be by to bring you dinner." She kept the notebook with her as she walked out sinking into her shadow. She emerged back at Warp's apartment. Only noticing that it seemed the new guy, Luke was here. "Hi Calamity is it? Where's Warp?" she asked as she entered.
