Because they're not really teens yet..teens are mostly around 14 - 16..

The average age to hit puberty in certain countries.Holy, you're a smart-a** nerd (no offence)..lol..I just realize to be a teen your age must have the teen word in it..
So when your twenty you arent a teen any more just because you havent got the teen word on it? |

Even the average failing high school junior would be able to comprehend the meaning of that. Heck even freshmen would be able to. Your excuse is very illogical simply because you could simply use a dictionary to look up the meaning, it's not neurosurgery. While name calling shows your lack of maturity. |

@azngoddess: why can't you just use simple words in this guild?..so "some" people don't have to waste time looking in dictionary (even it takes 15 seconds)..because some people can't understand it..also I failed english this term..but I pass everything else XD.. |
