Without Wesker powes you sadly cannot kill anyone with Wesker like skill but i bet you could kill them with one liners.

Wesker uses guns so i guess you could shoot people and i think you said somewhere you work at a gun store.

They banned manhunt 2 in the UK because some teenage idiot killed his friend with a knife at his school and said he copied the technique from manhunt.

You can order manhunt from the web but you could not buy it in stores.
