my gym shall also be shut down for training, the only two really fierce pokemon I have are Metagross and Gallade, so i'm planning to find others and train a new alakazam.

@zetshimaru: i'll get the badge to you soon, I have to find time to work on it between finding work, and other things.

I don't know what kind of phyic pokemon you're looking for but I know that medicham can rack up a lot of damage because of his abilty pure power (doubles his attack stat.), gardevoir is a nice support character, also espeon is better then alakazam imo because espeon is almost just a quick (and powerfull) but can take a hit a little better. But imo your down fall is that you don't EV train, EVs help a lot. and if you want to be really scary you could breed for IVs but that takes forever.

I would also use focus blast if I were you to take out those nasty dark types.

that focus blast would be on my alakazam, since it is a special attack.
