Also, if only two of the six stats(not including HP) increase on a pokemon each level, is that a sure sign of a hindering nature? I just want to make sure.

+Attack if the Pokémon likes Spicy
+Defense if the Pokémon likes Sour
+Special Attack if the Pokémon likes Dry
+Special Defense if the Pokémon likes Bitter
+Speed if the Pokémon likes Sweet

If the Pokémon likes all kinds of food, it gets no bonus.
If the Pokémon hates the type of food, then it hinders that stat.

That could either mean Low base stats.
(This is most likely since Ralts is a stage one Pokémon)

Not a lot of Effort Values.
(Probably part of it too, you don't get a lot of EV's with just a tiny bit of Battles)

Bad Individual values
(Probably not the case, It's still only level nine.)
