Zethriel became lost, re-living one of his worst moments. "Elzarahel!" He said, the woman turned back, saw him, and ran the other way. She didn't see it was her son, it was dark and raining, and he was wearing a cloak with a hood. Her persued her, chaseing her down a dark aleyway. There was a fence right in the middle of it, a dead end. Elzarahel paniced, and tried to climb up.

Zethriel caught her by her long, blond hair. "Ahh! Don't touch me!" She reached back, and slapped his hand."

"Mother." He said, his voiced calm, even.

"Zethriel?" She turned around slowly, faceing him. She held her own spider dagger, ornately carved and gold inlayed with jewels at her side, she dropped it.

"What are you doing?"

"... Dad wants you back home."

"I'm not coming home until I take care of a few things dear."

"Mom... please..."

"What?"

"Don't put me away, even though I might need it. I need to be here, i need to be free. Alright?" He put his hand on the hilt of his dagger.

"No. There is something wrong with you." She took two steps back, Zethriel stepped closer. "You need help."

"I can't be helped mother." A dark cloud closed around him, Elzarahel gasped. "I did this to myself.... it was worth it."

"What is it what did you--" It was all too late for her to get away, she was siezed by some invisable force, lifting her into the air. "ZETHRIEL! What are you doing?!?" She screamed and fought, but she was still bound by his powers.

"Its all neccassary mom... I do the bidding of higher forces." He didn't even look at her, the shadows were alive, forming around them both. Zethriel lowered her to the ground, she was terrified. "Zethriel, Zethriel, Zethriel! Why?" He's going to kill me... She continued to struggle. He pulled out his dagger, and pressed the button at the end of the hilt, poison oozed from the tip.

"I'm sorry mom." He pulled his arm back, Elzarahel flinched, and turned away, leaving her chest open. The dagger pierced her heart, blood spurted from the wound, onto Zethriel's clothes, and face. The woman whispered her last words, "Why?"

He let her body fall to the ground, he removed the dagger. Her gentile eyes were still open, and now lifeless. Zethriel closed them. He cried.

"Oh god- what have I done? I-I didn't want to do this to her!" He yelled into the night, "Damn it! I...I killed her... oh god..." Tears mixed with the rain. He didn't cry like this in what seemed like years. It probably was that long.

He picked up her body, and carried her ver his shoulders, he flung is cloak back, and tried not to get blood on it. He picked up a shovel, and headed toward the cemetary part of Duram.

Zethriel buried his mother that night under a big oak tree. He cried to himslef. "I didn't want to do it... I didn't want to kill her.... there's bloodstains on my hands now.... I don't know what I did.... oh god..." he too out the nife that killed her, cleaned it, and carved "Elzarahel" Into the treebark.

It was neccassary Master.

You! This is your fault, your idea!

You shouldn't have listened to me.

Then I would stay an inch or two out of kicking distance if I were you!

I am you in a way. goodby master. It was nice talking to myself. He didn't now whos thought that was.

I am out of control, aren't I? He placed the last shovelful of dirt on his mother's grave, and started to head for home.

He stumbled back inside, the mansion was now dark, his father passed out on teh couch with an empty bottle of wine.

"There's bloodstains on my hands.... bloodstains on my hands... I don't now where I've been.... its all a blur...." He took of his cloak.

Little Rafeal had gotten out of bed at the sounds of entry, thinking it was his mother. He wanted to give her a hug.

It was only his big brother. His shirt was red now, he could've sworn it was white when he left.

"Bloodstains on my hands.... bloodstains on my hands...." He kept muttering. Suddenly fearful, rafeal went bac to his room.

Zethriel awoke with his had on the table. There was a puddle of alcohol under his cheek, and a spilled beer bottle.

"Good evening Master." Ketress was downing another bottle of whisky.

"Huh? What?" Zethrei's head trobbed. Great. A hangover. He shut his eyes again.

"You knwo, you would've been better off selling your sould you poor crazy basterd. Oh, and you talk in your sleep." Ketress curled up on the bench, guzzleing the drink. "At least I don't get drunk. This stuff is tasty..."

Shut up Ketress He blacked out again, dropping in and out of his deranged, disturbing, and strangely heartbraing dreams.

June opened her eyes. The dark and supressing atmosphere made it clear that she was no longer in the hospital. Looking around, she could barely feel her body anymore. She sat up, an intense ringing in her ears as she looked at her arms and moved her hands on her own. Smiling, she got to her feet and looked around at the dimly lit room
"...where am I?" June suddenly froze in place as warm breath brushed down the back of her neck. Rough hands moved down her arms, making it to her hands before she blacked out again, opening her eyes to thr bright hostpital lights in the room she was in. The incessant ringing changed to a fast beeping, and from that to a slower one. Her vision clearing, she looked over at the machine that measured her heartrate.
"......"

Aleta followed Duri and Kagura. "Yeah, seeing Rafeal's lifeforce helped me. It'll help you." Sombody down the hall in the waiting room shouted, "Miss! Yes, you the elf!"

... oh no... this could be bad... ALeta turned, and walked toward the doctor cautiosly. It was the same person who spoke to her earlier. "You're the girl who brought in the boy with the collapsed lung, right?"

"...Yes."

"Don't look so sad, I have good news."

Aleta got excited for a moment, "You do?"

"He isin't all fixed up yet, but we have part of it working again. They're trying to take care of the stab wound that went right through his lung right now, and its going well. It helped that you stoped the bleeding."

"Oh... okay." Aleta nodded and sighed. You'd think he'd be done by now...

"Excuse me, but Inever cauth your name."

"Aleta. Aleta Rose, daughter of Tobias and Lyra Rose."

"And your husband's name?"

"Husband?" Aleta blushed, "Oh, he's just my boyfriend. His name is Rafeal Valeresso."

"Oh, okay. You can call me Dr. Roland." He smiled. "I just thought you were... never mind." His pager went off, "I guess I'll see you later then Aleta." He walked down the hall, and then dissapeared behind a corner. Aleta also went bac down the hall, and caught up with Duri again. "Rafeal is doing alright I guess." There was new hope. He was going to be okay.

Chaz looked up adn had a flash back, "Holy crap, I don't remeber what but something bad happen to me here." Chaz though alittle more, "That right this is the last plase I saw my family... alive" Chaz relized he was talking to himsefl

"Yeah... I don't have anything else to do... its better than sitting around worrying. I want to be here when he wakes up though. Aren't you going to check her lifeforce? It displays it, right in the eyepatch." Aleta leaned in the doorway, and rubbed her eyes. "*yawn* Its been a long day..." She stood up straight and followed Duri.

"I was riding yo mom like she mariokart! Gave her a lift back to her crib cus her car wouldn't start- she invited me in and we started making out again- how many times did I tap that a**? OVER 9000!" XD))

Duri glanced at the eyepiece, than put it away, "Nah, I perfer to look at whats infront of me, c'mon." Duriono walked to afew staff members, and asked them about June.
"Uhh June Malatesta? We were told that she'd be here for awhile, get some rest. Its getting late," One said.
"Oh.. thank you anyway." Duri shook their hands, and turned back to Aleta.
"So, what now?"

((Well, thats exactly what I was going for! Okay, I'm going to look up that vid now. rofl That made me laugh. ))

"I don't know, get some sleep? I'm giong back to the waiting room, Chaz is still there."

"What the hell was that?" Aleta ran back down the hall to the waiting room. The receptionist behind the dest stoo with her mouth agape. "Er... Chaz? Did you do that?" There was a huge hole in the wall now.
