We never called a program like that. Hell that's not even a program. Don't you know the difference between a telemarketing call and a scam? That person was trying to get your credit card numbers or something. Legit telemarketers don't need it, especially if they are calling you from a company you are doing business with.
Also, if you do business with companies, then those companies are allowed to call you and solicit. The others aren't though.
