My family is the same way. Well, my mom's side.
The only way we can loose weight is though really working out,
and sweating our brains out. Diet has nothing to do with it,
since my mom and I actually don't eat much at all.

So it's like, three mile walks, two times a day,
for three months before I see ANY difference. xB
