Hahaha yeah well for the profile part do I have to post it somewhere to get approved or how I go about making a character I skimmed through some of the reading and got gist of most of it well sort of.

if you get an App user.
EVENTUALLY
They can become a persona User.

So how does that work would still be able to summon through app? And Persona?

I think it would be like a fusion between the two.

Having a Persona will generally override your ability to use an App; any summons you have would need to be obtained separately. Helps with keeping some vague degree of balance. XD
