You could just rp as if your rpc has yet reached the right age to attain/Is unaware of his clan heritage and abilities. Since from what i remember when i had the raiken clan, its main feature is its boost to lightning techniques and speed, both of which would be irrelevant at your current rank, at least until it gets approved.
((Tenshu zeus embrace is a good bloodline for the lightning type user as well))

Yes i read over both, picking Raiken because it had more jutsus than the other. No in my profile bio i listed good knowledge of the heritage and want to work it around my characters actions and personality.
How long till i can have another character? Lol
