[Getting the hell out]
Aulus kept pace with Alex, keeping an eye on where Tam was too so he was sure she didn't fall too far behind. Char would be able to make his own escape and so he left the Charizard out but he called Paul and Tortie back, and reached for Phaeth's pokeball again.
With this communicated Aulus let Phaeth out and scrambled aboard, and Tam was in the air, and the grunts were getting out too, and Gods let them make it out in time! "Alex, get moving, go!" he called, terror and desperation ringing in his voice. Alex was moving, was getting onto Darwin, and having seen that he knew there was nothing else he could do to make sure his friend got out safely.
Now able to think of his own safety Aulus urged Phaethon into a gallop down the ramp and out of the ship.
Once in the vehicle bay Char launched himself into the air, making for the open sky as quickly as he could; if his master didn't need him as a ride - which he did not - then the most useful thing he could do was get out as soon as possible so that he remained uninjured.

Since most everyone seemed to be all right on their own, the Pidgeot took to the air while the Arcanine and Typhlosion sprinted to catch up to Kailee and Aulus respectively, aiding them by spouting flames in front of them to help them run faster. Claire continued to gesture frantically at the team rather than duck for cover, anxious to see them as far from the ship as possible. Potato shivered and clung to Char as tightly as he could, hunkered down against his shoulder.
A subdued whoosh echoed dully through some of the hallways a moment before a deafening cacophony filled the air as various parts of the ship exploded, sending a burst of air outward followed quickly by scraps of shredded, twisted metal of varying sizes that jettisoned through the air in all directions and at differing speeds. Some chunks of metal furthest from an explosive were merely dislodged and flopped uselessly a couple feet away, while others shot out so fast they sliced through entire tree trunks several yards away, indicating that instead of one central, powerful explosive, the Galactic airship had had multiple smaller ones throughout various points in the ship.

Come on, come on! Tambrey willed Pygi to fly higher, faster, as she was out into the open air slower than she'd have liked. With open sky above, though, Pygi shot upward at an angle, trying to put distance between herself and the airship; Tam's behaviour told her all she needed to know about where they'd just left...
As the explosions began, Pygi was first aware of a rather destabilizing effect... and then the air seemed to be full of glitter, while she tumbled. Her back felt... warm and then too light, and as the bird fell, she saw Tambrey, a fair distance away, plummeting into the snow.
Pygi finally found herself in the snow, wings rather torn up, and bleeding from shrapnel that had passed close by her shoulder.
Some distance away, out of sight of the Pidgeot, Tambrey lay face down in reddening snow, unmoving, with a several pieces of shrapnel protruding from her.

Faleen bit down on her teeth when she heard the first explosions, they continued however, and it was as she started hearing the bits of shrapnel that her head finally turned to look back at just how bad this explosion was.
She saw the fire, blowing out of portions of the ships hull, and more erupting along various parts, and she was able to feel just how angry she was about this when a gray shard of the hull came flying toward them.
Eyes widening, the Agent Jerked harshly to the side, to try and dodge it. she felt the pressure of something impossibly fast brush past her face, so close, that she could feet a sudden sting burning her jaw.
She wasn't sure what happened next, but she lost her grip in the moment of shock and pain, wondering if she had been hit. A moment of weightlessness and she suddenly hit the snow and tumbled. coming to a stop after slowing, when her back made a heavy contact with the base of a tree, knocking the wind out of her.

Hearing the loud booming, Tama clung onto Tiamat's neck tightly. "C'mon. Go... go.!" Tiamat roared, eyes squinting as she soared as fast as she could away from the explosions as they went off.
Luckily, there was no heat, so no burns or anything like that, but that didn't mean that he went completely unscathed as shrapnel zipped by them and through them. "********." He cursed from the onslaught of bits and pieces slicing into his back. He was worried about Tiamat too, pretty sure she was getting injured as well, but luckily enough, the rush of air sped them both out of the exploding ship faster.
Quidal wasn't lucky to have speed, but wasn't as damaged since Tama had sense to release her closer to the exit but still pretty injured as she Flame Charged her way out, melting the snow along the way.

As the explosions started, Potato began making distressed whistles and chirps as he huddled against Char. Unfortunately, despite the charizard's efforts to protect him, a small piece of shrapnel shot past and struck Potato in one wing, eliciting a pained, high-pitched shriek.
On the ground, Claire threw herself down into the snow as soon as she heard things start exploding. Once things seemed to quiet down, and the last bits of debris fell or floated down, everyone would notice that the blasts had sent snow flying around as well. When it didn't appear that anymore explosions would happen, the elite pushed herself back to her feet, briefly surveyed the scene, brought her dex to her lips and spoke into it, "Clear. Bring it back down." There was a shift in a soft hum in the air as the jet began to descend back to the ground, unharmed.
While it took its time coming down, Claire strapped her dex back down then looked around again, spotting only a couple of the team standing, so she raised her hands to her mouth and shouted out, "Yell if you're awake!" That done, the elite trudged through the snow as fast as she could towards the first downed person she saw - in this case, Tambrey - though on the way she saw Daniel and frowned lightly at how... completely unharmed he looked. "You there, ah," she hesitated, then gestured to the other fallen rockets, "go help someone who needs help." With that said, she moved down to check Tambrey's condition and try to staunch the bleeding. She did see Kailee, Faleen and Tama over her shoulder on the way over, too, and called out, "Are you all right?"
The Arcanine left Kailee, who seemed mostly fine, and instead moved to sniff out Hayes beneath the snow. The Typhlosion, who had been running beside Aulus and saw where he went down, shook himself off and, despite minor injuries of his own, proceeded to try and help - though there wasn't much help he cold give without the proper items or opposable thumbs. The Pidgeot swooped down with only mildly shredded feathers, unable to save Lex before he fell, but at least managed to locate him after he landed and alighted nearby to see if he was alive.
The jet landed again then, the grunt piloting it being careful to avoid debris as well as any rockets that might have been strewn across the snow, and the craft had barely landed a full minute before a couple of grunts with well-stocked first aid kits jumped out and trudge-ran over to the unconscious rockets to stop their bleeding and get them into the jet as quickly as possible.

As the aftershocks of the explosion died away Phaethon struggled to his hooves. Blood streamed down his flanks from shrapnel injuries; some pieces had become embedded and some that had not, though he didn't notice either way himself. All Phaethon noticed was the pain seared throughout his body, that his vision was blurred, his right hind leg didn't seem to want to take his weight and he didn't know where Kurt was.
Stumbling lamely forward the Rapidash squealed shrilly, desperate to hear a response from his trainer. He had only just found him again, he couldn't lose him!
_____________
Finally managing to get his flight under control as the danger seemed to pass Char spiraled towards the ground hastily; he knew he was injured but not yet how badly. The last thing he wanted to do was pass out, crash, and hurt himself and possibly others worse.
Spotting Phaethon the Charizard angled his descent slightly and came in to land heavily not far from the other fire type with a heavy thump. Luc, Claire's pale Typhlosion, was nearby too bending over something in the snow....
Oh.
Char hung back despite the instinctive desire to rush over himself, there were grunts approaching with first aid kits and they were far better qualified to help than he was. Instead he turned his attention back to the small pokemon cradled in his arms; injured, but not critically. he panted a little breathlessly. They could all do with some help actually; he could feel blood running down his back now and Phaethon seemed to be having trouble walking, didn't seem to have even seen him in fact. Having noticed this the Mega-Evolved pokemon moved towards his ally and friend, still holding Potato carefully against his chest.
_____________
Aulus lay sprawled limply on his side in the snow, blood flowing from a multitude of injuries. His right arm was twisted at an odd angle clearly broken in more than one place, most obviously half way down his forearm where the radius and ulna poked out of the skin. He was breathing but only very shallowly.
