Because Shane is going Nazi Germany all up in this place.
His first target is Kusa.
Though in character wise only Cloud knows of this.

I was a part at one point when it was developing but lost interest before it get off the ground.

NUR in general isn't too active, but Cloud is pretty active. I've been getting alot of new members lately. XD
Btw guys, do you think I'm a decent Raikage so far? :<
I know I've had some screw-ups, (like what happened at Kusa. That was just a spur. ; P) but Cloud is almost as active (and like, almost as in really close) as when Hiro was here.

I already almost killed Ronny earlier. XD
He hid in a cave, and then I flooded it with lava, but I read his post in the chatroom, basically saying, 'You don't have to kill me; I'll come back to the village!' So I edited my post.
