Bipolar Phoenix Explain what 'All are retarded' means then, please? I must have misunderstood what the words all, are, and retarded meant.. Not stirring up an argument, but I suppose I'm wrong and need a new definition of all three of the words. ._.
I don't take the word 'retard' lightly. Saying stupid would have been fine. Dumb. Appalling. Ignorant. Stuff like that is fine. Don't say retarded. How would you feel if you had someone close to you that was mentally disabled and someone just went around throwing that word around like it was something that was part of common vocabulary and was to be taken lightly? It's not. Let it Go koi. God people take things too seriously.

Bipolar, retarded is not even the word used for mentally disabled people.
It's used in ******** French to say 'late.'
It's an offensive word. It was MADE to be offensive. Some people just use it for mentally disabled people.

ITs used to mean mentally disabled people due to there minds not quick thinking as fast (Or so i'm told), thus making there mind 'late' in thinking. thus, Retarded.
