Lance smiled back at his beloved wife and got into the driver's seat before turning the car on and pulling out of the parking lot. Then, he quickly drove to the airport, got out, and checked their suitcases into baggage.

Leora held his hand as they went through the security line, only letting go when she had to.

Lance smiled at her and took her hand again as he walked with her to their gate just as they were calling the people in first class to go into the plane. As he led her into the plane with him he looked at a young beautiful women with a particularly lovely scent that sat down in the row right across from theirs. He looked away from her as the thirst made his eyes flash red and sat down with Leora, smiling at her lovingly before turning a fan on to blow away the scent of the young women and he closed the curtain to give them some privacy. "Do you still want that back rub?" He asked her.

Leora nodded and leaned into Lance. "Yes please." she said softly, trying to ignore the delicious scent that she had smelled before Lance turned on the fan.

Lance chuckled and began rubbing and massaging her back gently, his eyes red with anticipation to bite the woman on the other side of the aisle. He was direly thirsty and hated having to wait for the woman to fall asleep to bite her, but he was content enough to not focus on her and rather on his lovely wife as he kissed her neck softly.

Lance grinned and kissed her neck again. "No promises." He muttered, jokingly and chuckled.

Leora laughed a little and leaned against Lance her eyes closing as she relaxed, falling asleep not too long afterwards, still leaning against him.

Lance smiled at her and caressed her sleeping body lovingly and kissed the top of her head. A few minutes later he noticed the women had fallen asleep as well along with the person sitting next to her. With a quick up and down glance of the aisle to make sure none of the flight attendants were coming, he darted for the woman's neck and sank his fangs into it, enjoying the warm blood that flowed into his mouth. After a few minutes, he pulled away from her before hugging Leora until the plane landed."Leora, time to wake up." He whispered into her ear in a soft soothing voice.

Leora moaned and opened her eyes. "Okay . . ." she mumbled and sat up slowly. "We've landed then?" she asked, as she rubbed her eyes.

"Yes we have sleepyhead," He smiled at her and kissed her gently. "Now come on." He said, ignoring the women next to them who was complaining about a pain in her neck to, evidently, her husband. He pulled her to her feet and lead her into the aisle.
Sky was in her cat form in Kailee's arms as she hugged her as she waited for the arrival of her best friend, Leora. She missed her after the last four days. She had been living with Leora's family in the castle.

Leora looked at the woman and then looked to Lance. "You're not as thirsty now are you?" she asked him, holding onto his arm as she rested her head on his shoulder as she walked with him.
Kailee was practically bouncing with excitement. "Leora's coming home!!" she said excitedly, hugging Sky happily, glad that Leora's honeymoon had been so short.
Leora's mother and father waited behing Kailee, holding hands as they waited for their daughter. However, they exchanged a worried glance. They knew that honeymoons usually lasted for at least two weeks and they wondered if it was just Leora's dislike of Lance or something else that had made them come home early.

Lance rested an arm around her shoulders as they walked down the aisle and off the plane into the airport. He was actually a little excited to see how her family would react to her new feelings for Lance, but only slightly, he didn't really care though since, though they were his new in-laws, he loved Leora to much to care what anyone thought about it.

Leora smiled as she walked into the airport, and was greeted by a pleasant surprise. "Mom, Dad, Kailee!" she said happily as she pulled away from Lance and ran to greet her family.
Kailee ran over to her sister after shoving Sky into her mother's arms, meeting her halfway and giving her a big hug. "Leora! You're back! I missed you! You said you would say goodbye, but you didn't! You left before we got back!" she said in a somewhat scolding tone.
Leora's parents exchanged a knowing glance and Leora's mother gained a wry smile. "She's fallen in love . . ." she said softly, looking at her husband.
Leora's father frowned a bit. "I still say she's too young . . ." he grumped, though he felt very much relieved.

Lance chuckled at her father's comment. "Well, that's not the only thing that's . . . changed about her, right Leora?" He asked her with his hands in his pockets, and hoping to himself that she wouldn't get angry at him for mentioning that. After all, her family did have a right to know she's a vampire. Or rather, Kailee did.
Sky struggled out of Leora's mother's grip and landed on the floor. When she did, she went over to Leora and nuzzled into her, purring as she did.
