The Department of Power is one of the more 'complicated' jobs in the Crew spectrum. Most of the time, you have to be a Vice Captain or higher to get it. People who are members of that department usually have to nitpick the roleplaying samples to ensure that they're being used properly, roleplayed properly, etc. If a bad host gets into the guild, the problems would be constant.

Armand's mangekyou and eternal was made for the simple purpose of killing other sharingan abilities.


And then Kaisen had to get rid of Armand, so no more of that.

You mean like the Bloodline Crusher Bloodline? lol

Kind of, except the BCB targets all of them.
The Anti-Sharigan one would give more abilities and block out the sharigan.

I'm thinking the abilities should be based around suiton in some sense, sort of like how the sharingan is related to katon. Or maybe fuuton instead. Suiton is the more obvious opposite, but fuuton is weak against katon so it balances out with the eyes' sharingan-disabling capabilities.

Just an idea since the byakugan (taijutsu-based sort of-ish, at least in canon it was) and the ranmaru (genjutsu-based) were sort of opposites as well.

I'd say water, if you use futon you are making yourself weaker when the ranmaru makes you stronger while disabeling the byakyugan. So suiton would be the better choice.

also i'm pretty sure more uchiha in this guild dont have fire elem- i'm going to stop there because the only one i have off the top of my head is karuda.

Bloodlines. Because I'm too lazy to count each and every bloodline, I'm going to just generate which letter to take them from with this turn and then choose the on I like the best from that letter. If there's nothing for that letter, I'll just reroll.
