((You know....I really, really, really like role playing in this RP. I love the setting, the people, my character, and all the stories in it so far, but if no one for Shadows 'n' Darkness joins soon, then I'm so afraid I might have to drop this one...sorry Crimson crying
Oh, and again, I apologize for not having posted in the thirst. I'm trying to get my time for that one in there still, and with the school year coming to an end, I just haven't had so much time for the only RP I know I won't be left behind in. And I apologize to you, too, Aicirret Samurai, since you're a part of that one too.))

 ((Compleatly understandable! No problem there at all, I just hope you get your school work done without it stressing you too much blaugh )) Sky grunted a little from the pain in her hand from the injury that Cade had gotten. "I'm fine, I always am," she said almost not sounding sure herself. She didn't want to go back to sleep since she feared her memories would come back to haunt her. They were all filled with pain, agony, and betrayal. There was no way right now she could face that it. "Why are you so worried?" she asked glaring at him even though she did still look completely exhausted.Duke looked at him funny worried about his idea since he didn't come up with ideas often. He fallowed behind Cade, way behind, since he didn't want to make it seem like he was fallowing them. He actually walked past the door before he stopped.

 "No you're not," he states, leaving no room for argument as he leads her into the room. Then, using some of the energy she donated he lifts her into the air and sets her on the bed as gently as he possibly can. "As for being worried, I have every reason to be with you going down hill like this. Who the hell am I supposed to insult and protect if you give up?" he asks, smiling softly before walking away. "No following this time, at least rest if you don't want to sleep," he states with a firm glance in her direction before walking to Duke. "Would mixing my blood with her's work to kill the disease, or at least slow it down?" he asks, eyes dead serious. He was willing to be the guinea pig if need be to test it out.

Sky watched him leave and thought about fallowing him again, except this time when she tried to sit up, a jolting pain went through her whole body starting from her shoulder. "Why does this keep happening," she said clenching down on the bed sheets in a desperation for the pain to stop. She forced herself up into a sitting position and drank some water to maybe at least help with the fever. I can't die like this! I'm not going to die from some sickness! She laid back down on the bed and closed her eyes hoping that would make it go away but it was either nightmares or pain. She rolled over pulling the blankets up to her chin and she closed her eyes in attempt to get sleep.Duke looked thoughtfully at Cade before he waved his hand to fallow him like someone might while on the battle field; old habits die hard. He walked back to the medical ward but he walked all the way to the back of the building and then turned a right facing a iron door that was sealed with a lock. He bit into his finger drawing blood and he drew a fire symbol on the door with his own blood. The door's locks came off, but it was still extreamly heavy and he grunted opening it up. A ice cold breeze seemed to explode from the room and he walked into it lighting his lighter to see. He walked along walls of vials of blood and soon found six that were labeled Sky XIII. Then he looked for Cade's and soon founded it. He grabbed a few others from Military X, the few they had.
He walked out of the room shivering and the door closed behind him locking as a tile under his foot lit up. He extinguished the lighter before he continued to walk down the medical area. "This is going to be a long night," he muttered. He held Sky's blood up to a light and he could see that it was turning black. "We also don't have much time left," he growled.

Xaio fiddle with her feet before beginning to be nosy enough to start catching what everyone was saying. It was never impossible especially when people said things in there head as they spoke it aloud. It was an involuntary action she took advantage of. "Long night? Worry? What's going on this time?"
Getting up to leave like she normally did, he halted. "If it' what I think it may be I may not want to go..." And so back she began retreating, this time her eye catching on the controls. "I wonder..." And with that said, she managed to pull a chair up and bring the plane out. "Only curious."
She got up and entered into the lone plane's hanger to climb up and enter into the pit. Comfortably Xaio sat there snuggly before pretending to fly. No buttons were pushed and no levers were pulled.The only messed with was the steering.

He nods at the wave, following behind. Maybe his idea has merit after all, gods did he hope so. He looked around the area as they walk, having never seen this part of the base before. He looked on at the procedure, eyes examining every little detail. He sighs softly, smelling blood beyound the door, perfectly preserved at that. He didn't know if he should go in there considering so he stayed outside, watching and listening to him move through the room. "I'll be awake with you," he grunts as he looks at the blackened blood, eyes narrow with worry and anger. "I won't let my princess die without a fight."

Sky sat up on her bed and pulled a box out from under her bed that she'd brought here after she'd arrived. "I'll figure out something myself if it's needed," she said drawing blood out of herself and set up a microscope and put a little of the blood on it before she stuck it under there. What amazed her was that the blood was changing right in front of her, but in a good way. The dark blood started turning red again and caught fire and she was in shock. She wasn't expecting this, but she was expecting what happened next: the blood went out and died turning black. She ran a hand through her hair before she pulled out book and started writing in it quickly using her opposite hand for writing even though it worked just fine. She pulled on her coat and stood up finishing her glass of water. Legally or illegally she would figure this the hell out.Duke looked at him and smiled pulling on a lab coat and walking into another dark room. "Neither will I, nor shall she," he said pointing up to a security camera that showed her sneaking out of the place with her katanas on her back, and hood over her head. Still, he just ignored it and put the things down before he did the same thing Sky did and came up with the same results. "It seems though, she uses her powers, and she burns herself out. Or she dies from all that built up energy straining her body..." he observed before he looked back up at the camera and she was gone again. He pulled out a vial of Cade's blood and he mixed it with hers knowing that it would be fine since she had a AB- blood type and she'd be able to receive any kind of blood. He looked again and the blood lasted longer, but it soon died out again. "I would be a temporary fix, and that's it."

He looks up and frowns, he could've sworn he told her to stay put! He growls softly before sighing, knowing she was doing it to find a solution to the problem. He looks on, blinking when the blood burst into flames and the explination was given. "Wait, I was speeding the process up by fighting her? Damn," he growls, running his good hand through his hair. When the results were repeated with his blood, only lasting longer he punches the table. "Damn, I thought it would work since it basically cured everything wrong with me when it happened," he bites his lip, trying to think of something else they could try. He wanted, no needs, to help her.

Sky revved up her bike and took off quickly while pulling on her helmet with a free hand. Anxiously, she drove as fast as she could making the bike roar under her, and she yanked it off to a new area a dark and evil place. She climbed off her bike parking it and walked into a run down shack and she killed the people who were guarding it and starting to draw their guns. More people drew guns on her and she killed off forty people and then reached the head man. "Nice to see you again Darren," she grinned.Duke looked at him and shook his head. "No, don't blame yourself, sparing with her was helping, it was keeping herself from being killed by her body destroying is self," he said calmly biting his lip before he turned back to the blood. "Don't worry, it's a start though, then at least I know that it can be taken care of," he said optimistically. He grabbed another vial and another drop was put the blood and he then looked under again. It seemed to turn back to red again, and the fire didn't light up. "Well, it kills the bug, the whole bug, she go back to normal. I'm not sure she'd want that, what do you think?" she asked calmly.

He looks to him, eyes lighting up just slightly. So, he hadn't killed her, helped her infact even if he did get the $hit knocked out of him doing it. He comes back down to earth with the comment of it being a start. He can't help but chuckle when he talks about her resenting if she went back to normal. "If she's really against being normal I could help her with that. Or, we could leave the powers behind and suppress the bug," he states with a shrug, having long given up the thought of ever being 'normal'. There's no cure for being a werewolf so he learned to live with it. "Well, now that we know this, where the f-ck did she go?" he asks, hand on hip.

Sky grinned showing her canniness as she came into the light and her yellow eyes glowed in it. He sunk away from her but she just picked him up off the ground. "I see you're still alive as rumored, but you are in extreme good condition for good health," she hissed.
"I pulled a few strings," Darren grinned evilly before adding, "I know why you are here though, how's the Dragon Plague been treating you?"
Viciously, she clenched her hand around her throat before she held a blade to it. "Well, no give me the god damn antidote," she growled showing her teeth before she almost bit down on his neck like a vampire and just bleed him to death right in front of her.Duke looked up at him and sighed unhappily. "It's not fun being normal surrounded by super-humans, trust me. I wouldn't give up my fire skills unless it was for a loved one's life," he said before he turned back to the things before him and put it into a container labeling it with the two blood types. "I don't know where she is, I don't keep track of her," he said mixing another type with hers.

He listens, shrugging a shoulder in response to his statement of never giving up his fire powers and super-humans and such. He placed his hand on his chin, trying to think where she would head if she was looking for an antidote. That's when it hits him and he smirks. "I have an idea. Any rumors where the jackass that did this to her is? I know he isn't dead or she wouldn't be so pissed off at the guy still."

"I will kill you before I die, and will kill you even more painfully and slowly then I am. I'll start with your less important things and your more ego needing things," she said aiming her blade towards his groin and smiling. His face became white but he didn't say anything so she started cutting into his pants and he let out a whimper realizing she wasn't kidding. She was out for blood, and his torment.
"Alright, alright, it's in the desk towards the middle," he gasped with it starting to cut flesh. She left his side for a second before she pulled the boards back showing multiple containers and she grabbed all of them before she opened on up and poured the container into his body and it burned from inside out before she shoved the vial down his throat slicing his it as he died a slow and painful death. "Guess it's not that one," she said turning around and walking away back out the door to her bike.Duke shook his head, "Never heard of him, I wouldn't know." He stood up before he unfolded a map and pointed to the crime places and let out a sigh. "That's my only guess, I would hurry though, he probably will die before you get there though," he said turning back to the blood.

He chuckles softly, shaking his head. "Alright, time to jet. Though not to save his a**, he deserves whatever revenge she takes," he states, eyes filling with that primal urge for a moment before he walks out, going to the plane depot. He smirks, looking up at the 'copter he had trained in. "Well old friend, think you can survive to the crime scenes?" he asks, jumping in and pulling a helmet on. Oh yeah, this is going to be fun.

Sky looked up hearing a 'chopper dropping into the darkness and pulled a large decorated hand gun and pointed it at the pilot waiting to see his face. She dropped further in pointing it to him nervously wondering who was fallowing him. She hissed a little bit watching him aiming the gun till she saw it was Cade, still, she didn't want to show herself.
