you might wanna stand back...does hand signs and shouts water style water dragon of ice jutsu... twin dragons erupt from the ground and turn into ice when it hits the manacin it cuts and pushes it acroos the field until the dragon melts and beomes molten hot water

im working on achiving the 2nd level of it if i get it i can control the dragons and where they move almost like a video game

well i am trying a new jutsu *starts doing hand sines* mud sling jutsu *the water comes to him and it starts to hit the ground, the ground meltes on the spot* is this jutsu any good *he falls to the ground wasting to much chakura*
