He jumped into an open area and started to build up his chakra while he waited for takara

Wind somehow dodged the water pellets that were going towards him and took out his wind rod.

Miroku had sighed. Then ran onto the lake, mostly cause he didnt want to get caught in there attack. And then dove straight down.

The rain ninja however were busy trying to get the Genin to stop, the Jounin did a water dragon jutsu, and the two other Genin did a water pellet jutsu.
