Jutsu's Element: Light (only if it has one)
Description: Upon wrapping a heaven string around his hand the user envelops the appendage in a blinding light. When more chakra is pushed into the string it starts to glow brighter slightly blinding the opponent. this allows for an opening to attack as long as they have eyes. The light travels in a 50 foot radius and does no damage to the enemy. but drains chakra like a regular jutsu to the user. (Both hands can use the technique at the same time.)

Description: While using the shining fingers jutsu the user adds fire chakra into the mix. The light remains ever florescent and blinding but the hands glow a bright ornage. This is due to the extreme heat coming of of them. The maximum temperature it can reach is 500 farenheight. Anymore and the skin will melt from the users plams.

Description: After activating both shining and burning fingers the user can take it one step farther with this jutsu. With a qucik forward thrust a large palm print will fly towards the enemy quickly. And like a fist it will quickly smack the target and then disperse. But in doing this jutsu the blinding light dies away dues to the fact the fire chakra overpowers the light at this point.



ALSO MUST BE A JOUKAI CLAN MEMBER TO USE THESE JUTSU!

Description:

Shobukino was designed to seal a minor jutsu permanently into the user. for example one could seal the transforming technique into them self allowing them to transform on free will. the only drawback to this is that the user is completely drained of their chakra for the time being and cannot use the seal again for another 48 hours. even though the jutsu is sealed within the user they can only use it sparingly, and may only use the seal on them self only three times. Thus giving the user the element of surprise in battle.

Description: This medical jutsu doesn't require a sacrifice besides shortening the users life span either a little or a lot. The life span of the user is mostly effected by the type of injury that patient has. It can also be effected if the user doesn't preform the jutsu correctly. Even if the jutsu is used correctly, the user will have his/her life shorten by 5-25 years. There is a very, very low chance of the user not receiving a consequence for using the jutsu. This jutsu can reconnect a limb, half of the body to the other half, and even the head. And part of the jutsu is to revive the patient, only if the patient is dead. If the user has to revive the patient, then the user will automatically have 25 years of his/her life shortened.

*The number generator will be used from 1-6, 3 is no consequence. 2 and 5 are life shortened by 7 years. 4 is 17 years shortened, and 6 is 25 years shortened.* **Not needed for revival, you will have 25 automatically.**

Description: this jutsu is a very useful jutsu that involves the gates by opening the gates you may put all your strength into your arm and realease a powerful punch, and after finishing this attack you can realease the gate and avoid half the damage of the gates effect

First Gate- shatter rocks-2 post recharge

Second Gate- fracture bones-3 post recharge

Third Gate- break bone-4 post recharge

Forth Gate- bend steel-5 post recharge

Fifth Gate-punch through steel-6 post recharge

Sixth Gate- punch through human body-7 posts to recharge

Seventh Gate- punch through almost every natraul defence-8 post recharge(can't punch through everything)

Eigth Gate- destroys chakra points on the opponent causing the enemy to be unable to preform jutsus for 3 days- the user dies

Description: The user of this jutsu must be able to realease the intial gate, the gates of oblivion are further extesions onto the the 8 realeases of the gate but htese gates focus on each indavisual stregth of taijutus but each gate has it's own weakness

Second Gate- Gate of Seeing
This gate focuses one honing the ninjas senses and cuts their speed and strength by 1/4, even genin may use thsi gate by using this gate ninjas may hear and feel the slightest vibration or sound and can see like a hawk, even iff the ninja is weakend this gate is good for ninjutsu users that want to keep track of thier opponent

First Gate- Gate of truth
this is a the first gate and when usd by any ninja below chunnin will cause the user to sleep for 12 hours, this gate fosuses on speed and will weaken your strength by half but will double your speed for a short while after the gate is closed the user cannot realease any gates for 24 hours


Third Gate- Gate of Change
Olny chunnin and up may use this gate because it focuses on Strength and cuts the ninjas speed in half but doubles the ninjas stregth adding a powerful boost to taijutsus but after use may not open agtes for 24 hours

Forth Gate- Gate of Weakness
This gate is used for Ninjutsu because the user may not move his legs when this gate is open and cuts the users strength by 3/4 but in return gives the ninja triple the chakra to preform jutsus afetr this gate closes may not open gates for 24 hours

Fifth Gate- Gate of War
This Gate may olny be used by chunnin and above and give the ninja incredible speed and stregth but in return the user may not use chakra the users speed and stregth are both doubled but all jutus that require chakra,genjutsu &ninjutsu, will be impossible for the user to preform, this gate is for Taijutus specailists and give incredible possibilities for diffrent taijutus but after gate is closed the user may not open gates for 48 hours

Description:
This jutsu will allow any two ninja to use any combination jutsu within both of their elements. (As in, one jutsu user has lightning/earth, other has fire/water) The two people must preform the handseals at the same time. One hand on each shinobi must be forming the handseals with the other user's hand, something that is complicated and must be practiced by itself alone. The users will then be able to mesh their elements together to form one combination jutsu every time this technique is employed. (As in you can only use one combination jutsu per every one of these.) This results in a loss of 1/15 the original jutsu chakara requirement in both users, although one can take 2/15 if the other is slightly less able in chakara amount. Thus, this jutsu ultimately allows two battle partners to preform a jutsu none of them would have been able to had they not been using this beforehand.

After the user forms the correct handsigns, he/she will concentrate chakra into their eyes. If an enemy were to look you in the eye, even from an angle, the foe will die immediately. The only down side is that it renders the user blind for a half hour afterwords...

Description:
This is a fighting style that is similar to the French Savate style of fighting. It is designed to free the use of one's hands and prevent them from being damaged during a battle. As a result, Fire Leg practitioners tend to drop into certain stances in which their upperbody portions - particularly the arms - are most relaxed, such as placing their hands inside their pockets or crossing their arms together across their chest and only puts them into action whenever the event requires them to do certain maneuvers such as handstands, which aren't prohibited. As a fighting style, Fire Leg boasts a wide and impressive array of kicks, coupled with super acrobatic skill make it a very versatile fighting technique, allowing the user to effectively weave continous and powerful attacks upon adversaries and combine the power of their kicks with other people's respective strengths for devastating team combinations. Most attacks do have a name nased in french but are generally named after the location they hit and so aren't usually called out. There is also a jutsu associated with this style called Diable Jambe (Translated: Devil Leg.)

Description:
This is a jutsu specific to the Fire Leg style. To perform this jutsu, the user spins at rapid speeds for one post to increase the friction on one or both of their legs while at the same time forcing fire chakra into the leg they are trying to heat up. Doing so causes the leg to gain an immense amount of heat and can potentially set flammable items on fire. This ability puts a great amount of stress on the leg and so only 4 attacks or 10 posts can be used with this ability before it has to be stopped or risk causing permanent burns to the user's leg and rendering the leg unusable.

Description: this jutsu is a combo between normal bushin no jutsu and shadow of the dancing leaf the ninaj makes hand signs and disappears wit hspeed and can attack hte enemy from many diffrent angles but when the enemy defends they will find that it is olny an illusion this move can confuse enemies and give the user a chance to observe the enemies fighting style, this justu doesn't do damage except when the user attacks the ememy himself

Description: this justu super heats sand and grinds it to small bits of floating glass that creates a small amount of mist that is visable but doesn't obscure the enmies vision, this mist is dangerous for the enemy if they breath it in it may shread the enemies lungs, and can cutthe users skin this mist can olny stay on the field for 2 posts everytime and is dangerous to the user as well as the enemy

((Alright im tired of people critizing jutsus a simple accepted or denied is fien and Z who cares stop complaining that it doesn't make sence none of naruto is possible and your complaining over something trivial, remmber NUR is a place where the sky is the limit and the more things in the world of NUR the better NUR will be))

Description: By fine-tuning one's chakra with their lightning element, they have the ability to modify the frequency, amplitude, and various other aspects of their element. Using a piece of metal (varies depending on how wide an effect the user wants) as a medium, they can being to produce electromagnetic waves ranging between 0.3 GHz and 300 GHz, known as microwaves. Only a few hand seals are required, then one must make physical contact with the metal and utilize their lightning chakra. The waves will emit from the opposite side of the metal and depending on the settings has a varying range. Its main purpose is to use these waves to heat up objects from a distance without the need of contact. It will literally cook the target from the inside out, but it will often take a good amount of time for a death to occur unless something is bouncing the waves back and forth to increase the amount of times the object is hit. The major downside is that certain materials can block microwaves and prolonged use/exposure to the jutsu can lead to radiation poisoning.

Description: Requires sand control, but only requires a fairly small amount of sand. By going throw a few hand seals, one merely extends their hand out in any direction. Once performed, sand will gather to form a fairly elastic shape resembling a large rubber band. When chakra is applied, two anchor points form to tighten the band and rotate it at an incredibly high speed. The friction made upon contact between the band and other objects will often easily grind the other. The object's density will often affect the amount of time it will take, such as a rock might take minutes while flesh would only take a few seconds. This jutsu can be added onto a punch or an attack.

Description: Sand control required. This is essentially a jutsu created by sand users that couldn't control the element of wind, but still wanted to fly. The user places small pads of sand under their feet to start and use those as initial place holders, causing the user to rise. Using this alone, the user is able to gently glide around, but only at low speeds. When the user wants to move onto the faster, they could try using the initial settings, but it would only end in failure. For higher speeds, they must lean forward and provide one large pad for the chest to keep them up and therefore taking off the need for the feet pads to provide balance and focus solely on the thrust. Additional control can be attaining by the user forming small spheres of sand in their hand to allow for sharper turning and rolling. Although handy to have, the user must practice a great deal or they will loose their balance and fall, which is why it is still limited in its speed.

Description:
This jutsu is devestating. It creates gale force winds in front of the user. Another aspect is that it creates even more than the Grand Cutting winds jutsu. These wind blades will randomly take on one element that the user controls. Currently, this means that its only known practitioner will generate wind blades that become freezing((bloodline trait for wind)), catch on fire, or become charged with electricity. If taught to others, their wind blades would take on aspects of whatever elements they possess.

Weakness: Can be avoided by getting behind the user, or far to one side.

Name of Jutsu: Kamaitachi Bunshin (Cutting Wind Clone)

Description:
To learn this jutsu one must already know the Kamaitachi and the Kaze Bunshin techniques. This jutsu is actually a combination of the two, as well as a trap jutsu similar to the Bunshin Daibakuha. Formed similar to a Kaze Bunshin, this clone appears to be a normal wind clone until it is killed. Upon its death, five blades of wind burst outwards in random directions, sometimes even cutting into the earth or rocketing into the sky. Higher levels of shinobi can add more blades into the clone's makeup, adding to the lieklihood that the clone's killer will be hit by one.
Weakness: Death burst of wind blades can be avoided by killing clone from farther than fifteen feet.
Advantage: Mixes in with normal Kaze Bunshin, can not be distinguished by means of chakra detection (ie, Byakugan or Sharingan) without specific training at spotting the differences.

Description:
This is advanced form of the original form of hiraishin no jutsu.
In normal hiraishin user can only teleport to the place where the kunai/any marked target is. This causes somewhat problems in real fight, which is why the kousekiseigan bloodline users founded interesting way to evolve this jutsu. In every living thing (at least in humans and animals) there is little ammounts of iron and minerals in their body. Using this to their advantage peoples of kousekiseigan developed new form of hiraishin, which doesnt require a marked tag or such thing. This jutsu lets users react to the iron in enemys body, creating a magnet field from that iron, they can trasfer right to that person. There are few rules for this jutsu.
Rules:
1) This can only be used in every second turn. Meaning it has cool down of one turn.
2) This jutsu lets user to transport to where the enemy is, this doesnt give ability to transport to any place user likes to.
3) This can only be used in battle area, which means it cant be used to transport between lands like normal hiraishin.
4) This jutsu gives no excuse to autohit someone as for the user still must give the target chance to counter.
5)This is for bloodline kousekiseigan only. (my custom)
*Note* Requires normal hiraishin before you can learn this.*
