Bella sighed slightly in relief at Alexander's hints and entered, taking the seat that he had said belonged to her. She smiled a little at him and then looked down at her lap.

Alexander smiled at Bella as she sat down and then turned his head towards the king, bowing it deeply before returning his gaze back to the empty place before him. “You’re going to be staying with me through meals, because you’re my personal maid, and so if I need anything you can get someone’s attention” he explained to Bella

Bella nodded. "Yes sir." she said and then hesitated. "Do you . . . need anything right now sir?" she asked softly.

Alex shook his head “not at the moment, I won’t make you do much whilst you are on your first day and I will gradually break you in” he said softly. His eyes gazed back on to his mother and father who were gapping at the sight of Bella, he didn’t make a comment but gave a hand signal saying explain later

Bella noticed that the king and queen seemed to be staring at her. She looked down at her lap, trying to avoid eye-contact. But oddly enough . . . she felt dejavu yet again . . . and she just knew that another memory was trying to resurface. And it was beginning to give her a headache . . .

Alex looked at Bella and frowned, glancing over at his parents with a glare, which made them turn to other people and talk. He turned back to Bella "are you alright?" he whispered, concerned

Bella nodded and held her head with a small frown. "Yeah . . . just . . . a small headache . . ." she murmured softly, not wanting to worry the prince.

Alex waved his hand at the water "have something to drink" he said in concern. He didn't want his maid falling sick after a day! Not even a day yet

Bella smiled a little and took some of the water, sipping at it. "Thank you . . ." she murmured softly.  

[Moonhera]

Alex watched as she drank the water "If you are not feeling well then go to your room and lay down." He then turned to a person trying to catch his attention and started to talk to him.

Bella frowned stubbornly. "I'm fine . . ." she grumbled, crossing her arms and looking away from Alex.  

[Moonhera]

Alex raised an eyebrow as he heard Bella and held up a hand to the man whom was speaking to him. "if you were fine you wouldn't have a headache" he said before returning to speak about a boring topic like wool or something like that

Bella started to growl slightly, something like a cat's growl right in the back of her throat. This was something that Jesabelle would do when she was upset or frustrated with some, not that Bella knew this. She was just frustrated with the prince. She was fine!

Alex looked over startled, his face pale as he heard the growl ... so like Jesabelle's. He breathed hard and placed his hands on Bella's shoulder "don't ... do .. that please" he whispered. "It ... relieves painful memories for me"

Bella glared at Alex, though it lessened once she saw how upset he was . . . not that she was feeling all that sympathetic at the moment. "Well . . ." she started and then found her anger evaporating as she continued to look at him and she sighed. "Alright . . . I'll try not to do it again . . ." she said, her expression growing softer . . . and the headache coming back much to her displeasure.
