Alright, How about this one?

There's a dead man on a ship. His body is completely fine, and he wasn't murdered, and didn't die from a heart attack. There is, however, a hole in his suit. How did he die?

The ship was a spaceship. He died of asphyxiation. That I thought up on my own.
