First of all..I wouldn't think about the 'stranger danger' my parents taught me,and I would jump in the van before he offered me candy,not caring about any other fact than 'L is in a van next to me!!!!! jump in! jump in!'

What if L found an empty manga book, that if you draw someone you know in it, you could control their actions (Ex. he'd draw Light doing ballet, Light would randomly dance ballet wherever he was at mad D )

HaHa! ...sorta like the Death Note,except more possibilities...well,first thing I would do is 'borrow' it,make him and Light make some yaoi action,then write in it that we would be together forever. (really,i don't think i explained it well enough,but that would take too long...hehe..)

It would have to be as intelligent as L, and most likely have a sweet tooth, or they wouldn't get along at all. =p It would also have to keep out of the way of L and his sweets, or there would be trouble. You do not get in the way of that man and his sweet tooth, rule number one! XD
What if L arrived at your school (or workplace) on the hunt for Kira? What would you do?

"L-kun... why is there a hole in my roof?"
what if you bought a L chibi and found out that L had possessed the doll and was now atached to you and could comunicate with you? (don't ask, dream I had sweatdrop )
