@JK: Wah, that name shall stick with me forevermore! A strawberry does sound like it would make it better. ^^ I shall look for such a heaven. What are their drinks? XD I'm not very good with strong-tasting food, so... Really? I guess that's why people don't make brussel sprouts that often... I've hardly ever had them. Ahahaha, potatoes, that is totally and completely awesome! XD Stupid American and its stupid lack of original culture. And burgers are actually from Germany. *sigh* People seem to live off coffee in Arizona. I never get crap for disliking beer, but that may be because I'm under twenty-one. XD @Morgey: It's just a norm to like tea, so you feel odd? XD @JK: Samoas are delicious. I miss girl scout season. I want to hunt me some girl scouts, dammit! @Morgey: Hmm, those samosas seem similar to potstickers, but folded differently and a bit more fried. Here's potstickers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potsticker

@Morgey - What's not nice about it?
*more jealousy*...good thing my nickname is E-san (Envy)
nah... ninja
Haha, lucky for me I'm not shallow at all, mostly I just want to get back in the class (and out of the country, that too)...I'll be more snobbish when it comes to my doctorate. MA's in English Lit are only a year.
No YOU!
MORE YES!!!
I know I got un-lazy after and looked...anyhow it seems more similar to a wanton.
@Kits - yes, yes it shall. Good thing it's so awesome.
It really does! Like, uber better! My friend's little sister is allergic to strawberries. As far as I'm concerned, this is The Great American Tragedy!
I don't remember really as I've only gotten one once or twice...but they are REALLY rich. Like ungodly rich. Find someone whose a chocoholic, and go with them, have them get a drink and have a sip. You might enjoy the one sip, but finishing a whole drink, that might be way too much sin.
I have them a lot, but because my mom makes them or I do. Actually I maybe lied, I think green beans are my favorite veggie, but brussel sprouts are a close second.
po-ta-toe, boil 'em mash 'em stick 'em in a stew! Hmm...wish I could really do that with drama. That'd be lovely.
I know! Not the way WE make them. The way we make them they comem from plastic bags ~_~...hehe.
Yea I just got crap for not drinking when I was under 21, now I drink but get crap for not drinking beer...bah! Hahaha, I know too many people who live off energy drinks. In fast pace CA coffee just isn't enough of a jolt for us...^_~.
Cookies start soon!!!
I think it's more the samosas are more fried differently than folded differently, they strike me as more similar to wantons.

OMG the poor dear, being allergic to strawberries! D: They had a really nice shipment of big, juicy ones at the grocery the other day, so I bought a package and packed some for a snack at school today. But there was a weird bug on one of them, so I got it off and squished it and it had green blood... like... super green, not just a weird pale green that some bugs have. I think it was eating the strawberry leaves, and that's what the color was from. XD I at them anyway though, because they were awesome strawberries and I wasn't gonna let a bug ruin that. I have a friend who's about as into chocolate as me, so maybe I'll have her try one with me. XD Green beans are one of my favorite veggies, but you just can't beat cucumbers for me. Mmm... drama stew... The other night I was at a friend's party, and one of the kids there asked me why I wasn't drinking. I knew if I said I was under twenty-one he'd be all, "So?" so I told him I was driving home (which I was) and he was like, "And your point is?" Seriously?! How can you be so irresponsible to try to get people to drink who are going to drive home?! A lot of people drink energy drinks here too (ick) but not as much as coffee. Yay! Samoas and Thin Mints FTW! Yes, and wantons are quite delicious as well, but not as good as potstickers. ^^

Right? What a pity. And yay not letting bugs ruin things, even if that seems kind of gross, it's probably fairly hygienic. Most insects that spread disease are not fruit eating. Unless it was blood giving those strawberries their kick you're probably fine. And if you are into bloody berries, well, that's a whole other barrel o' monkeys ^_~.
Sounds like a good plan.
Cucumbers are good, won't deny that.
People are stupid and irresponsible...and that's why there is so much propaganda about drunken driving, b/c people really ARE that stupid. I think coffee is more popular than energy drinks here too, some people get both...of course I also know a few people with heart problems so they can't have either.
I liked...ugh, what were they called...Do-si-dos? Frick, I sold them for like 10 years, I should know! Anyhow the peanut butter ones that DIDN'T have chocolate. Exempting peanut butter cups, which seem to have magical mystical properties that create awesomeness, I hate peanut butter and chocolate. I used to hate Samoas as a kid, and hadn't had one in years. Then, senior year of high school I sold some to a friend, who offered me one in Psych class when I delivered them to her. I remembered disliking them, but also knew it had been years, and was like, what the heck? I bit into it and was like O-M-F-G! HEAVEN!!! Seriously, it was like biting into a cloud, a delicious delicious cloud! I now lament lost years, oye. So good!
Yea...pot stickers definitely trump wantons. I think I even like egg rolls more than wantons, though they are good.

Kitsune: Samosas are better and I haven't even clicked the link yet.
Actually, that does sound nice.
JK; I've forgotten!
If it's any consolation, I no longer have one. =[
I thought MAs would be longer. D: Awesome, once you've taken your doctorate, you can walk around saying "Trust me, I'm a doctor".

Pot stickers are better! I've never had a samosas and will still insist on the sticker!
The length of the MA depends on the program. Most are around a year or two though (if you're just doing a taught course). English lit is one year, my friend is in material engineering and hers is two years. As I plan on doing a doctorate I'm not going to do a research MA, mostly because of time...while I'd love to be in school forever it's not practical. And I can say that, because I WILL be a doctor. I won't be a medical doctor, but details ^_~.
You (I have no idea what this is about anymore and I'm too lazy to scroll that far back)
Yes (ibid statement above)
Woot...go my word, go my word *dances*

@JK: Yup. S'why I wasn't concerned about eating the strawberry. ^^ Yup. I just can't believe how dumb people are. *sigh* Yeah, I think they were called Dosidoes. XD And I'm kind of the opposite; Tagalongs are like the only peanut butter/chocolate combo I like. And the exact same thing happened to me with Samoas, but I think it was junior year that I retried them! Mmm, eggrolls.
@Morgey: Damn, I can't argue with that irrefutable proof.

I can believe it, but it is upsetting, true.
Yea I looked it up before posting, the shame of being wrong would be too high ^_~. Tagalongs were always my brother's favorite so I've retried them several times and have always been sickened, so I at least don't feel I'm missing out there. I know for sure it was senior year for me because that was the only year I bothered selling at school. Random people bought from me too that made me feel surprisingly warm and fuzzy. Isn't that a funny coincidence though, both of us avoiding and then rediscovering Samoas years later. Now I keep having to make sure I'm not writing samosa, ahh!! Hehehe.
Good thing I'm so full, or else I'd be craving eggrolls now.
Argue the proof, ARGUE IT!!!

I can see how Tagalongs would make you sick; I'm surprised they don't make me sick. Granted, they're not my favorite or anything. I just find them okay. Wow, you were a girl scout for a long time. I quit by sixth grade when my troop disbanded and I didn't wanna find a new one. XD I hated it anyway. But Samoas are my favorite now and so absolutely delicious! <3 I haven't eaten for a while, so I want Samoas and eggrolls now... Weird combo, but whatever. Nuuuu! gonk

I started in 2nd, quit after 8th - effectively disbanding my troop in which I was the oldest and kind of focal. My neighbor who by then was my best friend (in the past hadn't been very nice and their troop had been "full") asked me to join her troop I declined that year (9th). I missed the summer camp I had been going to since I was 7 and working at since I was 11 though (however you can't work there if you aren't part of GSA), and when she asked me again to join in 10th I did. Actually I probably was part for 11 years because I rejoined as an adult for one following year, again to work at camp. Ah how I loved that camp ^_^, but after that I was living in Davis permanently and now am just too removed. It did get me to Disney World (although the trip coincided with my 18th birthday and I was actually kind of miserable, save for 21 I tend to be miserable on landmark birthdays) though. And I did have some fun times, I wish I'd been more involved though. Oh well.
Samoas are definitely my favorite now, need some!!! Cookie season shall be upon us soon!!
I'm about to go make banana bread, it's not what I want to eat, but I do have a lot of turning bananas, so there ya go.
DO IT! Zim commands you!

Ah, I see. I think I started in Kindergarten or first grade... pretty much the first year I was allowed to join, I think. My three best friends were in there with me, so that was nice (though one quit pretty early), but two of our troop leaders were horrible bitches, and they just ruined everything for us. I did rather enjoy summer camp though, and what was funny is one of my best friends now, we found out we had been in the same group one year at summer camp before we actually knew each other. XD Yay cookie season! Banana bread is nummy, but I cannot eat it. XP Okay, well I can, but I really shouldn't... ninja Yes Zim, sir!

I started when I started public school, because my first troop was the one through the school, hence me knowing it was second for sure. On friends, it's how I met my first real best friend - who I originally didn't like. In fact, exempting one, I've disliked every best friend I've ever had when I first met them, hahaha. I should realize that if I dislike someone when I first meet them they'll probably end up being my best friend ~_~.
*does a cookie dance*
I still have not made my banana bread, been too lazy. Tomorrow! If I don't work, I need to get out of bed before 1! I've been doing that again, I had gotten better!! Because I had been working and had to ~_~. Why can't you eat the nummy?!? Allergy?
Good Gir! Wait...I don't want to be Zim, I want to be Dib!! Ah this is all wrong, HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE VISIONS!!!

Wow, that's kind of funny. XD I think the only one of my current best friends that I ever disliked was the same one I had gone to summer camp with, and that was only because we first met when we had a choir class together, and I hated everyone in that class, even though she apparently came to talk to me when she saw I had a Tenchi Muyo! book, but I brushed her off. XD I don't remember this encounter, but I know it must be true, because I do have the book, and she hadn't seen it again before she told me. We weren't friends until high school, through a different friend, and the choir class was in junior high. There was one other good friend that both of us thought we didn't like each other for like a full semester of sitting at the same table in art class, even though we were both friends with the third person sitting with us. So we both only talked with her. We were both just so quiet, we never talked to new people first, so we assumed the other didn't like us if they wouldn't talk to us first, and it took us forever to realize we were both just shy. XD Yes, I'm mildly allergic to bananas... *sigh* Dib's mah favorite too, but I'm happy being Zim if you wanna be Dib. XD Obey Ziiiiim!

Haha, that stuff is fun. The 2nd grade Girl Scout friend, well my first real memory where she stood out - because she was the only person quieter and more shy (although I think I was more weird than shy) than myself - was on a camping trip where she switched rooms with the girl I had wanted to share a room with. Honestly, I think for no other reason then that was the original plan and I've never done change well. She wouldn't sleep with the door closed though so the girls she was supposed to share with wanted her out. At the end of the year we just randomly started playing near each other and bam, friends. Hahaha, yea.
My longest best friend, the married one whose now just my friend because we grew apart. She was a jerk when we met (I moved in across the street). Used to come tell me how much this other girl hated me (and the other girl used to do the same about her) so yea, not my favorite person. However all her friends ditched her in 6th, and she found out I was switching schools for 7th (the move had put me in a new school district by I stayed where I was until finishing elementary) and got nicer. Probably selfish intentions at first, but whatever, for the longest time she was my best friend. And switching from a school district that had K-6 elementaries into one that had K-4 meant I was entering a school 2 years after almost everyone else, so it was good to have someone, despite dubious beginnings.
Of my 3 current best friends, one is the one I always liked - though did think her weird. The other was another girl scout (and later swim team) friend who was scared of EVERYTHING as a kid. As I was scared of nothing this got on my nerves. We went on a hike once and we got 10 feet up and she freaked out, her mom was the troop leader and we went back. Now she's fearless and a total jock and we are always doing crazy things and thinking of more crazy things to do. The third I just didn't like because I was jealous. I was one of the oldest of my swim friends and went off too college first. So while I was gone my other best's then best befriended my jock best (I know, confusing, I should just use names but what fun would that be?). So in short, jealousy, and later found out she was jealous too. So we ended up a foursome, which was cool, and up until recently she was probably my closest friend. We fought in summer and are kinda strained now so idk what's going on with that. I'm trying not to care because it hurts but then it just has me avoiding her and blah!
My two closest college friends, one I didn't dislike but of all my co-workers I never imagined she would be close to me. She isn't close to anyone. So it's weird how I got in there, I love it, but I still don't get it. But I know things about her nobody outside her family knows, because she tells me. Not just because I'm that good of a stalker ^_~. That's crazy too. The other was a girl who set next to me in discussion a minute before the guy I liked got to class, and who then thus sat across the room. So I was ticked because I probably could have gotten him to sit by me and who knows. However she ended up being one of the best people I met in college, and he fascinates and impresses me but is not my type, so things work out in the end huh?
Yay essay!! Hahaha sorry, I'm on like this crazy sugar rush, finally typed up more of my fanfic b/c I wrote chapter 23 today...and it's going to force the rating to bump (only 12 is submitted so far, sorry) and I don't want to forget that. Woo...mature things...dun dun dun. Haha, won't tell you what though, bah I need to write faster and update faster!!!
Aww...sad face...I finally made my banana bread today btw, to go with chicken salad. Because they totally go together 3nodding . Anyhow at least you aren't allergic to strawberries, that'd be the worst.
YES! Go team Dib, hahaha. I member, b/c we've both been Dib at times. My other friend (strained one) was supposed to be Zim with me one year, who knows if that'll ever happen. She's totally Zim personality. Yea I probably don't wanna be Zim...I'd maybe be Gaz, or Membrane. I love that whole family ^_^.
