jasae fell backwards "woah....scary......well i wanted to uh....recruit you" he looked away whisteling inocently

"Well, Okay." Serena told Salim. Then she turned to Jasae. "What do you mean, 'recruit me'?" She made qoutation signs with her fingers. She was looking at him funny. (lol)

"weeeell....have you ever heard of the plushie platoon?......"
jasae asked cautiously

"Plushie Platoon?" Serena made it a question. "Never heard of it..." She was still looking at him weird.

"Plushie... Platoon... Why does that sound familiar..." said Starjian trying to remember some far gone time many MANY decades ago. "Hey.. didn't they...." He never finished as a white blur shot out from Jasae's hat again and hit Starjian before returning.

Serena raised an eyebrow and looked at him. Her whole stance said, Now why don't I beleive you...? "So why do you want me to join. All you did was find me in a tree..." she asked.

"because you look very scary and forboding" jasae replies before his brain can catch up with his response

A low growl rumbled out of her throat before she could think to stop it. "So I'm scary..." she stated. "Where do I sign up?" she asked, a mad look on her face.

"uh...." jasae quickly handed her a contract and pen

Serena stared at the contract for a while. Finally she handed it back to Jasae. "I can't read this chicken scratch!" she told him. "Tell me what it says..." She told him.

"uh...well basicly you will help me go about....doing stuff and....such things" jasae hedged

Salim shuffled over and stood on his tip-toes, trying to see the contract too.
"May I sign up to?"

Serena moved alittle and pushed Jasae's hand down so Salim could see. "You seem to be beating around the bush... " she muttered. "I'll join you." she said, nonchalantly. She picked up the pen and signed her name in her language. It was a very old language. One seldom used. She still liked to use it, freaked people out that they couldn't understand what she wrote and, if she tried, what she said.
