Wow, definitely a heavy song. In terms of rhythm and such, I still like me Re:Birth song in the first post, but I like how this song mentions a vow glowing from the chest. That really fits with my character, and the "injuries" mentioned could be all he has gone through and all he will go through.
Anyway, sorry I haven't caught up with the posts until now, as soon as Rigo has acted, I will make my post, and I will help along with some fights to get them more dynamic than they already are.
Oh, and Simulcasting is when any two magic spells are directed together with the same intent. It's completely different than if two spells were to clash from two magicians trying to attack one another, since the intentions are opposite. If they are directed and intended for the same purpose, then they combine and have various effects depending on how it is structured. For instance, water and earth could easily make a mud that coats and hinders an enemy, or it could be a torrent of water that shatters rocks and sends large hunks at dangerous speeds at the enemy.
There are many possibilities even from just one combination of elements, depending on how they are used. Also, it is able to be used at any time, not just with Animus present. He was merely teaching them the way.

Alright, there you go. I left the post details extremely vague on both Rigo and the fire guy's actions so you guys have room to work with. I probably won't be on much tomorrow.

I'm gonna have fun with my Anti-Thunder character. Hope Miya kicks his a** if he didn't knock her flat with that kick. I've always wanted to have a maniacal and crazy bad guy, I haz my wish biggrin !!! Glad not all of them are there fighting us, it would get really messy really fast that way.
I'm thinking my Anti-Thunder guy is somewhat of a cross between Zant from Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, and Zagi from Tales of Vesperia...and maybe a Jockey from L4D2 lol.

I aready finished three of the four rough sketches (my two plus Gio.) I'll do Suri after I get some metal limbs/ automail references to work off of.
(Everyone should also pm/ post character discriptions so I can start on their people.)
Alane's on her own, so I'm going to throw her in with Rigo and and the Fire fake. So it won't matter if neither of us post often.

Cool! I can't wait to see how they turn out! Once Rigo posts I'll make my next move as my villains and Gio. Things will get interesting really soon, as well as very confusing I think.

Actually, Drac, do each of the nations have a certain type of clothes that they usually wear?

*Gasp*Pant* I'm going to kill myself playing so many characters! lol
Actually, I'm glad to do it though, but it is a lot of work. It really helps me expand on my skills to play from so many different perspectives. Plus, I think Nebelim was an excellent example of me taking what the other two had written, and turning it into something unexpected. The harrier post made things confusing on how she could be hit badly but still keep fighting like it was nothing, but that helped me come up with what I did.
Well, Gio and Rigo wouldn't have much unique about them according to nation, since we have been traveling for a long time, but there are unique styles for each nation. If anything though, they would have stuff more along the lines of Tylem's style, which is ideal for travelers and adventurers.
Lamina is more of a noble, fancy, white and gold predominantly, but with other light colors in the mix. Just think noble and fancy, and in many cases of a religious nature. Their warriors look noble, but lethal in order to instill some intimidation.
Terminus is much the same, but dark and sadistic looking. Sharp corners on outfits, dark emblems, evil creatures, but still with a sense of honor and prestige and nobility. Not to mention no religious outfits and also a royal garb since they are a monarchy.
Zarrenki is militaristic, so something warrior-like or uniform-like is fine.
Tylem is more along the lines of rogue outfits, and better for protection against any weather hazards besides heat and cold.
Renara is very tribal, with animal-style outfits made from pelts and bones and such.
Iriem is mostly robes and form-fitting jumpsuits for swimming. They are a peaceful race mostly, so their warrior garb is more of a recreational athletic sort that you'd imagine from the Romans of Greek or something. Cloth, but no armor.
Metrino is all casual and business uniforms and security uniforms.
Crylos is heavy on the warmth against the cold, but also has a scholarly look, when they are indoors, with more of a school-uniform Hogwarts-esque sort of appearance.

In the middle of reading Drac's post my brother's girlfriend said, "So Steph, what are you doing..?" and I freaked out scared because I was so into the fight.
Sorry with the little difficutly, I assumed because the thunder fake was hard to injure the others would be tough in their own way. But it plays out in a way hard to Harrier, who is more straight forward 'attack the enemy to kill it' rather than play around. It's also really cool how you made it work out all in favor and very interesting. I'll allow Lythe to post before I do again.

Yep, so far all of them have shown that they are pretty tough to kill. Nebelim has illusions to appear like she has been hurt, while the False-Thunder can't be hurt by electricity, and barely by fire, and Jayden can burn up a wound to make it stop bleeding. They are tough cookies, and poor Gio is up against the toughest. eek
Well, depending on what happens with Kasumi, I may or may not have a sharp twist to the RP. I won't say any more until everything is decided, and I play it out. I don't want to ruin anything.

Gah! I envyyy! You get to post a novel everytime Drac! At least, until the others fully take control of these blank-slate characters that is.
I'm looovin this fighting. Sadly, I'm officially down to about 1 post a day for awhile, unless I come across from free time this week. Luckily though, it seems Denyala is having similar postage, so i don't feel like i'm dragging this down much.
To Denyala upon her next post: *Feel free to manipulate Fake-Thunder/Suri as needed for your next move, even dialogue. I don't know how Drac intends these fights to pan out, but I'm gonna have to create enough reason/damage on Fake Thunder to make him pull out before he gets killed. Then we can all gang up on Kai lol*

lol. Mostly I'm just making it up as we go along, going with the flow of what you guys post. The only part I have an idea of what to do with is the Gio/Kai conflict, and even then that's only if conditions are just right, and only fills in to about halfway through the fight, or maybe a bit more. If I get to do what I want to do, then everyone should get a huge boost, but at a price, and Gio's change would be the most drastic.
Although when they do pull out, I would say Nebelim would be the one they would gather around, since she could use Darkness to transport them away without being attacked.

Whoa, I had no idea the OOC thread was so active! I guess I have some catch up reading to do... sweatdrop
To Dreiyan - I was afraid to have him say anything, so I just stuck to attacks. If you wanna do some more talking, feel free to let Miya miss, otherwise it might be a way to wound him enough to have him run off. >: )
Oh man, dinner is calling to me, post more later. <_<

Heeeheee. whee I told you you were missing out on the fun. We can discuss plot devices and such separate from the actual RP thread from here, as well as just get to know each other. I personally always have one tab up for this thread, and one tab open for the RP thread at all times.
Anyway, for my new post I was only able to play as Gio and Kai, since I need to wait for Harrier, Jolyre, and Rigo to act before I can do anything with Jayden and Nebelim.
I seriously Don't know how I'm pushing out so many words. sweatdrop This is ridiculous given how I used to do with RPs.

Pop quiz! Anyone who is REALLY familiar with the FF series want to take a guess at what I am referencing in my post? I won't give any hints. The nature of it and exactly what it is is something you all can figure out. Submit your guesses now and earn....... my respect! Sorry folks, I don't have anything better than that to give, except perhaps the knowledge that you are a huge FF nerd too. mrgreen
Okay, maybe one hint.... I also made a reference in it REALLY REALLY REALLY early in the story. How early, well, that's up to you to either search for or remember.
