Jazz, having put his mind to rest about the murder of his parents, now dashed back to the town. His gloved hands gripped tight to the horse's reigns as the thundering hooves rang through the glade he rode through. The mask he bore gave a slick and smooth shine as the sun hit it, his eyes focused on the path ahead.
"I want answers Birth, and you're the only one that can give them to me.."
As his Jacket danced in the wind as he rode, his mind was set. If Birth was to come to Earth, he would have to make sure he was ready. After losing a bit of his power from the torrent back in the field, he had to make sure he could hold his own.
This "new" envoy had piqued his interests. If Birth thought she could replace him that fast, she must be some envoy. Jazz brought his horse to a halt as he stood upon the hill from the night before. The massive red shield around the town glowing in the mid-morning sun.
"Well, seems things have gotten fun since I left. This isn't her doing though.."
Jazz dismounted, staring at the barrier. He gave a small chuckle, slowly making his way across the field.

Nola started to respond but her eyes cast over to the green light in the wall, her eyes widened before she felt an explosion throw her into the opposing wall. Her sword flew further down the alleyway and she gripped her head for a moment, blood ran down her left arm and her vision was fuzzy for a moment.
She stood up staggering a little before looking towards Mirela, her bangs covered her eyes as she chuckled before a toothy grin slid across her face as blood ran down the right side of her face. Green energy glowed as the smoke started to clear and in her hand was an exact replica of Mirela's Violin and Bow, lifting her head to show her amber eyes she brought the bow to the violin closing her eyes and calming her expression to a blank one.
"That hurt....but I have to thank you." She opened her eyes. "I finally have my own violin. Let me repay you by playing a piece for you." She leaned her head to the side cracking her neck before a small smile formed on her face. "Your Requiem."

Mirela only smiled a little when she saw Nola hit the wall. So, she hit after all. Maybe now she could make a break for it. Things are starting to look up in my favor... Maybe if I just make another explo--' Her mind drew a blank as she saw a replica violin and bow appear in her opponent's hands. "W-What?!" Mirela paled. What had happened? Why was there another violin...?
"I finally have my own violin. Let me repay you by playing a piece for you."
As Mirela listened to Nola's words, her hands started to become shaky. There was just no way that had happened. 'Can... Can she do the same things that I can...? She quickly took a step back as Nola finished speaking. The words that left her lips sent shivers down Mirela's spine...
"Your Requiem."
"W-What... What did you just do?!" Her head had been reeling from the impact from the rock, and she had almost thought that she had just been hallucinating. After staring for a few moments, however, she decided that wasn't the case. Nola had another violin... Just like her own.
After calming herself, Mirela readied her violin once more. "Sorry, I'm not a big fan of requiems." Gliding her bow over the strings of the violin, Mirela started a new melody. This time, four patches of green light began forming on the ground. As she increased the dynamics of the melody, pale green spears began to raise out from the patches. Once they were fully out of the ground, Mirela smiled faintly. "Here comes the finale, this has to end!" Mirela began a decrescendo. As she did this, the spears reared back and were launched towards Nola, one approaching her from above while the other three went for her torso.
The melody ended once the spears were launched and Mirela leaned against the remaining walls for a few seconds. She still was not used to using her ability like that, especially in close quarters. Aside from that, she was still bleeding and the pain from the rock's impact was beginning to take more of a toll on her-- She had to get out of there and find some sort of help.

A shadowy figure stood up as two black stands stood on each side of a small staircase as black shadows moved at the base of it. A small smile formed on the figures face as he held his arm out causing two black candles to light from the two black stands revealing a black throne with red vines wrapping around the arm rests. Black candles started to light up in rows throughout the dark room revealing people in black robes, the flickering flames manipulating the shadows to move between them causing them to fade in and out of darkness their faces hidden by their hoods. "Who's ready for a little fun?" the man spoke the words before a low chuckle escaped from him.
Nola placed the bow on the strings with a small smile seeing the surprise that came across Mirela's face, putting the violin under her chin she spread her feet a little bit listening to Mirela, a small frown formed on her face when she heard she didn't like requiems, she didn't know what else place for her then it seemed the most fitting. "I'm a mimic, I'm able to borrow my opponents abilities, though it can differ at times." Seeing her play her violin she laughed and let her play believing it'd be more fun that way.
"I would love a duet," Nola said as the spears flew towards her, She moved the bow slowly across the strings causing red energy to circle around her as she played softly a whirlpool of red energy rotated around her deflecting the three spears flying at her, however the one from above went over the whirlpool forcing her to dodge out of the way stopping her play at the same time, however the spear came close cutting through her robe revealing the white she wore underneath. Looking down at it she glared at her. "I liked this robe."
The whirlpool dissipated and she sped up making sure to avoid any low notes as two red walls of energy appeared beside them, her fingers sped up and she closed her eyes to ignore the pain in her left arm, she continued to play keeping the walls up as little red holes started to appear with them, her fingers started to bleed as she continued to play causing the blood to run down the strings.

Jazz approached the barrier, it's crackling red energy radiating some heat as it encased the town. Looking at his options, Jazz took a step back. He could blast through it, or find another way in. Jazz' hand went to his side, then with a flick his wrist, a small spear was imbedded into the barrier. The masked Jazz snapped his finger, a hole forming in the barrier from the small blast. Jazz stepped through as the barrier sealed back behind him.
"She's somewhere in town...I can feel Birth somewhere..."
Having obtaining Birth's blessing, Jazz was able to sense his light, Birth's light, somewhat. Now that the new envoy had received the same blessing, Jazz could faintly feel her presence. Putting his hands in his pockets, he made his way down the street towards the feeling.

She waited for the man to answer but he was definitely taking his sweet time. Moving to a lower rafter, she wanted to get a closer look but this was about as close as she was getting for now at least. She rolled her eyes when she heard who had sent him. "I thought I had told him to leave me alone." she whispered, not loud enough for the man to hear her. Cracking her knuckles, she then jumped down, landing about twenty feet in front of him. Standing up from her crouched position, her eyes met his own. "And why would you want to do that?" she asked him, her eyes slightly hooded by her eyelids as always.
The flames flickered before they became smaller. She didn't trust the cloaked man and she didn't have any reason to trust this one.. but that didn't mean she wouldn't be on edge, she always was due to all the fights that had been breaking out lately. Birth and the Reaper didn't get along and she didn't see how they ever would.

Tsuliria eyes looked upon the barrier, she watched Jazz blast his way in and waited a few minutes before following after him, she wasn't too surprised how he got in. At least Ulior had accomplished his mission but as she neared the barrier an uneasy feeling started to visit her but she put it aside as she put her hand out to open the barrier. After a short resistance the barrier opened up and a stream of water slammed into her sending her flying back a few feet before sliding. "Tsuliria! Welcome back." A woman in short black hair walked out wearing a red robe, her blue eyes peered down at her as an orb of water rotated in her right hand as the barrier closed behind her "Allow me to welcome you to Ulior's city..." "Ulior...." Tsuliria mumbled standing up. "However, I'm afraid, you aren't allowed inside, and I'll be bring your head to him." "So what your telling me Erala....is...." Tsuliria started but didn't finish her sentence. Erala gave her one of the most innocent smiles she could muster and nodded. "Yep, Ulior has betrayed Reaper and now controls everything. Even the troops you hid in the city are under his control."
Bazos jumped a little seeing her land but it at least proved he had found the right person, he remained sitting to keep from being observed as threat and leaned forward folded his arm on the bench in front of him before resting his chin. "I'm part of a resistance movement to protect the people not involved with Reaper or Birth's battle, many people with our without powers get drawn into the conflict against their will, and some meet unfortunate fates, the cloaked man is the leader of that." Bazos leaned against the bench and let out a small sigh. "We saw you were with neither so I've been sent to warn you about an attempt at your life, and if necessary, protect you."

Her blue eyes looked at him scanning him before she slowly walked closer. "I travel alone." she told him as she stood right in front of him, putting her hands down on the bench as she looked at him. "I don't need you slowing me down or getting in my way." perhaps she was a bit antisocial but who could blame her after what had happened to her? "I don't like being followed either." she said, her voice stern. "Of course, I'll keep in mind what you've told me so far but tell your leader I'm not interest in a personal guard." Flora took a few steps back before she rolled her shoulder back.
She turned around after that deciding that this conversation was finished as she looked up at the roof, the candle returning to the way that they usually were. Guessing that he was going to leave, or at least she hoped he would, she decided that she would leave once she got all of her supplies and then head out of the city.

Bazos hearing her response let out a small sigh before leaning back against the bench and rubbing the back of his head. "I can't just do that, even if you don't need one the leader ordered me to ensure the safety of those not involved in this war."
Bazos looked back at the door of the cathedral hearing the yells outside, he assumed Reaper's men were passing through. "Reaper's men have the whole village covered by a barrier, everyone is trapped in here, no one can get in or out and those that try have to deal with his men at the border of town. Bazos turned towards the tan woman before standing up.
"The resistance movement is looking to open a hole in the barrier to escort the people out, everyone's working together, even Reaper's and Birth have teams to accomplish their twisted goals against each other.' Bazos stood up and walked out from the bench and put his hands in his pocket. "You must understand this miss, running around in this city alone, will get you killed."

'So, she's a mimic...' Mirela watched as Nola narrowly avoided most of her assault. Her eyes widened however and she breathed a sigh of relief when the spears missed after being rebounded from the whirlpool. "That was close..." She muttered as the last spear cut through Nola's robe.
"I liked this robe."
"Pity, I liked my violin case." Mirela watched as the whirlpool dissipated, curious as to what Nola was doing next. She readied herself to play as Nola summoned up the walls of red energy. 'What is she doing?' Figuring that it would be best to not let Nola finish her move, Mirela began rapidly playing, shutting her left eye before blood from her wound could find its way in. As she played, the ground beneath Nola's feet began to rumble and Mirela tried changing her melody to calm herself-- She didn't need another explosion.
From changing the rapid melody to something a bit more slow with smooth changes in dynamics, the rumbling ceased and a ring of green energy began forming around Nola's feet. By picking up the tempo, a pale green serpent made up of energy began to emerge from the ring and circle its way around Nola without touching her, working its way up to her upper body. As it reached its destination, Mirela quickened the tempo dramatically and watched her creation begin to enclose her opponent. 'Perhaps if I can disable her from playing, I'll be able to turn this around...'

The streets were full of Reaper's men, most likely from the last exploit on the town. Bodies flew through the air as Jazz made his way down the street. Their persistence didn't hide their foolishness as their screams filled the sky. Jazz had found her, the new envoy, the only problem....two women with the same violin. Jazz stopped, looking them both over. Their power was indeed an interesting one, but nothing too impressive from what he saw.
"Hey, Which one of you are the Envoy?"
Jazz' voice rang, causing both ladies to turn their heads, the music between them stopping, their attacks dissipating.
"What's it to ya!?"
The woman in the red cloak barked her answer, her head cocking to the side. Jazz removed a gloved hand from his pocket, it beginning to softly glow.
"Seems I know now."
With that Jazz dashed in, grabbing the cloaked woman by the collar. His eyes met with hers before tossing her into the air behind him. He quickly turned, throwing a small ball of light at her. As it hit, it formed a ring around her body constricting her.
"Five yards, that's how far I can control that ring."
Jazz turned back to stare at the envoy as Nola hit the ground. His glowing eyes stared through her as he looked her up and down. She was short, not cut out for battle, yet she was the new envoy.
"So, you're the one that took over for me huh? If that's truly the case, then let's see what you can do hmm?"
Jazz stepped back, removing his gloved hands from both pockets, a glowing finger pointed at Mirela.
"Fight me or I let her go to finish her job"
His head cocked to point at the scrambling Nola on the ground. His masked eyes stared on as his body flashed momentarily, his new powers slowly setting in.

Pillars of water erupted from the earth as Erala laughed seeing Tsuliria fly through the air, she quickly pulled all the pillars aside and moving them above her brought them down on Tsuliria slamming her into the earth as the water moved back over to her hovering around her body. "I've been practicing my skills, though it's water I control it's density so it feels like your getting hit by a stone wall each time I connect, which has been every time!"
She brought her water back as Tsuliria stood up only to be hit by a fist formed by water sending her tumbling back again. Erala walked towards her summoning more water behind her as Tsuliria spit out some of it out and stood up again, her clothing was soaked and her hair was sticking to her face, Erala saw her blank expression and felt her anger rising again.
She had slammed her against the ground more times than she could count, hit her with pillars of water and she looked the same as always. "Listen you, I-" Erala's sentence was cut short as chains wrapped around her eyes and neck, her magic vanishing in the process.
"This is about the time you survived our last fight, I figured I'd give you one last moment of glory before you joined Yolor." Erala pulled at the chains but Tsuliria tightened them and hoisted her up more. "Where's Ulior...." "I... don't...know..." Her voice was strained as she continued to pull at the chains. Tsuliria slammed her into the ground before lifting her back up. "You can't use your water without your sight, don't make me permanently, get rid of it. Now, where...is...Ulior." Erala coughed a few times and shook her head. "I really don't know, only Yosa, Kailor and Amora know and I don't know where they're at" Tsuliria sighed and a loud crack was heard before Erala's body went limp. Throwing it aside she continued towards the barrier following her chains towards Jazz.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nola sat up slightly confused at what had just happened to her, looking down a ring of light had surrounded her from the interrupting guy/ The walls started moving since her melody had stopped meaning her attack was about to go through, focusing she overwrote Mirela's ability with Jazz's and tracing the energy signature of the ring made it slightly bigger making it fall off her. "He must be the old envoy..." she said rubbing her wrist. "If that's the case..." She pointed at Jazz with a small smile. "You must be Mr. Fairy! The one who killed Yolor!" Nola started laugh but felt a shiver run down her spine which only meant one thing...Tsuliria was back. Bending down she jumped into the air before landing on a nearby roof. "Good luck Mirela! Let's play again!" With that she ran towards the border of town towards Tsuliria, she met her roughly halfway and stopped in front of her. Before she could speak however Tsuliria pointed towards the barrier. "Go to Reaper and inform him of Ulior's betrayal, and inform him I'm adding Ulior's elimination to my mission."
Nola nodded deciding not to argue with her seeing she was wet. Which lead her to the conclusion that she ran into Erala. Judging by the slight narrowing of Tsuliria's eyes also meant she was probably dead. Nola jumped past Tsuliria and continued towards the border while Tsuliria continued in Jazz's direction. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Troops garbed in black robes made their way towards a nearby stable and started jumping on the horses, the manager started to argue when he saw a tall man walk out with a smirk on his face, he peered into the man's eyes before his own went blank, he let out a strained breath before falling over unconscious.
More of the men started jumping onto horses as the troops tied a large throne to three horses before the tall man jumped on the horses and sat in the chair taking hold of the reins, he crossed his legs and rested his cheek on his fist. "Make fond memories men, it's a beautiful day for a little crimson!" With that his horses lurched forward as the men followed behind him, the tall man chuckled as they furthered themselves from the home base towards the villages.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A figure in a full white cloak looked at the red barrier around the city, walking towards it the figure shook their concealed head/ Red eyes the only visible thing from the hood looked upon the city as a pale hand gripped the cloak. "That stupid fool."

"Hey, Which one of you are the Envoy?"
Mirela quickly turned to look at the man. He had looked so familiar, but with him wearing a mask, and her head still reeling she just couldn't tell who he was. She tried to think about it more but stopped after she witnessed what he did to Nola. "...!" 'What.. What just happened...?' He seemed as if he had extraordinary power, she hoped that he didn't cut in so he could have a shot at killing the 'Envoy of Birth.' Mirela began to tense however when she watched him inspect her. 'What does he think he's doing?!'
"So, you're the one that took over for me huh? If that's truly the case, then let's see what you can do hmm?"
She quickly took a step back as the man pointed a glowing finger at her. When he made his demands, she scrunched her nose. 'Another fight...? I'm already hurt and tired... I can't do this...' Mirela opened her mouth to speak, only to stop herself when a realization went off in her mind. She would have said something about it, but she had overheard Nola talking about the man being the original Envoy of Birth. "So you're the original Envoy?" Mirela paid Nola no mind however when she fled the scene, making an offer to 'play' again, which was something she really didn't want to do.
Mirela lowered her violin and propped herself up against the remaining wall, keeping her attention on him. "I'll let you know now, I didn't ask to be the Envoy, I didn't even want to accept it. I did accept it however because I felt sorry for all of the innocent people here. As soon as I accepted I was assaulted by Miss Mimic over there after she decapitated the guy that told me what I now was!" She winced after those words left her lips, for the yelling and excitement brought a sudden throb of pain into her head.
"Now, I don't want to fight you. I honestly have no reason to. What I do want is for you to take this horrid title back and do your job so I can stop my head from bleeding and get some rest. I have my own problem to take care of and I don't need anybody else stalling me." Mirela placed her bow in the same hand as her violin and wiped some of the blood off of her face. "I'm sorry but if you were in my shoes you would understand..." Lifting herself off of the wall, Mirela began taking a few steps forward.

"So you're the original envoy?"
Jazz ignored her question. She was still so much a child, why would Birth choose her, unless it was just to bring him back. Jazz lifted a hand, it soft glow pulsing from the glove. Without words, he dashed forward, his hand gripping the young womans face. She began to glow as well, the blood slowly dissipating.
"Since I got Loyalty, my powers with Birth have been more in tune....I can't bring back the dead, but your scrapes shouldn't be too hard to fix."
Why did he heal her? Perhaps Jazz felt remorse for this young woman, dragged into this war just as he was. Still, deep down he knew this woman would have a long journey ahead of her. He wanted to test her full strength as an envoy of Birth.
"Don't get me wrong, I still plan to fight you, but I won't fight an unfair fight."
Releasing her, he took a few steps back, his eyes never leaving hers. He flexed his hands, a soft glow consuming them.
"Prepare yourself!"
Jazz leapt into the air, hurling two spears at her feet before throwing two more into the building behind her.

Tsuliria jumped from building to building following the pull of her chains, she moved a wet bang out of her eye somewhat upset Yolor was dead, his fire would have come in handy at this point. She landed on the roof of the bakery and let out a small sigh, thanks to Ulior things had gotten complicated, which meant more work for her, and thanks to Ulior her work from the original plan was all for naught. "Taking control over my work, unforgivable."
She found her mind wandering as the chain's burning increased. She started moving again, the constant reminder of her chains caused old memories to surface, Reaper's words echoing in her mind. "If you want to be my Envoy, I have to make sure you can handle torment, you've already died so that's one thing taken care of." She pushed her thoughts away shaking her head, she brought her hand to her right arm her eyes slightly narrowing. "I'm close."
