Usagi nodded happy to move on to the next part.She couldn't wait to have all this down, so that she could get even stronger. She waas happy in the amount of things she had learnt so far today. She figured out what her sensei had said, and decided to start with the Binsoku no Mai - Dance of Agility
She figured that she was going to stretch first so that's what she did. She sat down and stretched her arms and legs before getting up and stretching more. She popped her hands and neck and then sighed ready to start.
First she began the simple things. She did back bends and backflips a few times only messing up one or twice when she misplaced her footing, or moved with the wrong speed. After perfecting thosw two she went on.
1/5 Binsoku no Mai - Dance of Agility
She then began doing chartwheels over and over and front flips untill she could land perfectly on her feet. She ended up falling and bruising herself a few times but with determination she didn't quit.
2/5 Binsoku no Mai - Dance of Agility
Next she performed all of the ones she had practised over and over. All of them in a set order untill she looked like a professional. Of course she continued to fall every now and then when she got too confidant and moved to fast but when she slowed down to a good pace she performed them well.
3/5Binsoku no Mai - Dance of Agility
Afterwards she went on to more harder flips and twists this time messing up very easily. She perfomed front and back hand springs a few times messing up on them but slowly starting to get the hang of what she was doing. All of this physical work was making her tired and sweaty, but she refused to stop she could do this.
4/5 Binsoku no Mai - Dance of Agility
Last of all she stopped to catch her breath and go over each one in her head, The making sure she had good space she began again performing a front hand spring, back handspring, cartwheel,back bend, back flip and then front flip landing with perfect balance on her feet. She jumped up happily at having been able to finish it perfectly although afterwards she sat down and sighed panting at all the worl. She was sore from having fell so much and more than a little bruised but she was happy with herself, smiling

Usagi began to try to move slowly getting used to how slow her body moved. She hated this and wanted to take the waights off now. Being blind,and deaf it was hard with those limets but even harder actualy BEING slowed down. She moved in small spaces trying to jump sometimes but fell unused to the waight, she picke dherself up.
1/7Sokudo no Mai - Dance of Speed
She got up, and began moving now. She worked her way on crossing the room as fast as she could. She was really slow and it was making her annoyed but she crosed back and forth getting used to the way the felt and how heavy they were.
2/7 Sokudo no Mai - Dance of Speed
After walking she tried running and found that this was ten times as hard. She was panting heavily by the time one lap was done. She paused feeling like she was going to pass out. She didn't know that training was going to be this hard, but she could almost feel her muscles getting used to having so much waight.
3/7 Sokudo no Mai - Dance of Speed
She kept moving around trying to turn in different directions while running around. She was able to move at a slow jog now but she was definatly making progress her speed getting faster
4/7Sokudo no Mai - Dance of Speed
Now she tried doing jumps or kicks. Of course she fell over and it was almost hard for her to get back up but she needed speed in attacking too. She was moving faster now, her face flushed with trying to work so hard.

with her sixth attempt at moving around she was fast, about as fast as she would be on normal foot and she smiled, she could feel herself almost light and airy and loved the feel of moving fast with the waights.
6/7Sokudo no Mai - Dance of Speed
Now she was very fast, easily unseen unless with a special eye, and she felt fast too. She moved in complicated manuvers twisting and turning as if doging people that weren't there, and she was sure she had goten this one down now. With a quick spin she jumped up and kciked easily and in a blur landing easily she smiled takign the waights off and easily movin in quick spurts now unused to feeling so light.

@Fall:I hope you do know that Taijutsu class users are naturally faster than Ninjutsu class plus the style which she just learned allowed her to be able to increase her speed two ranks higher meaning she'd be of Jounin, Taijutsu Specialist speed. Way out of you league 3nodding

Kamizuki sighed as parts of Ikazu slammed into the hull before becoming whole. "Must you always require a flashy entrance?" he asked jokingly as he patted the Gennin upon his head. He looked at Usagi and then back to him. Usagi knew little to now Ninjutsu besides the academy techniques taught in order to become a Gennin. He, however, felt confident the two would equal each other for her speed and strength were much higher than that of Ikazu's. "Usagi. Ikazu," he spoke, getting their attention. "You two are to spar here within this dojo." The room which they stood in was quite large. It was fifty feet by fifty feet and the ceiling reached about a height of fifteen feet. He nodded as he reassured himself. "This place will do just fine," he said with a smile. He had chose this environment specifically to test Ikazu more than Usagi. Ikazu was a Ninjutsu class user. Most of his abilities were less likely to focus on close range, rather mid-long range tech. Usagi, on the other hand, was built perfectly for fighting within this type of environment.
