((UNS---Daryle))
Daryle glanced up towards a young male who had walked over towards him. A smile pulled at the blondes lips as he listened to Vincent‘s explanation of the two groups “Is that so? Trying to give the world a better opinion about the UNS, Hm? I can see why though…” he shrugged slightly before getting back on his feet “Wouldn’t things be a lot more easier if they could remain the way they are now? I am sure both teams share common enemies” Well, Daryle already knew that they did, so he laughed and waved a hand to dismiss his question “Life’s never that simple, right?” After he stopped laughing he looked at the kid and held out a hand “I cant say we have formally meet. The names Daryle!"

This man was awfully cheerful. Vincent continued to observe him as he spoke, his mannerisms. When he extended his hand for a shake, Vincent extended his partially gloved hand, exposing his painted nails as he shook Daryle's hand. "I'm Vincent" he simply stated. "Yea...life is never black and white I suppose" he told him. "So what brought you to the UNS?" he asked making small talk. "Oh and what's your ability?" he asked curiously.

((UNS---Daryle))
"Pleasure meeting you, Vincent" Daryle said with a kind smile before moving onto the boys question about why he joined the UNS "The job opportunity was too big to miss. I have a family to feed and that does not come cheap. It sort of a 'every little helps' kinda deal" Daryle answered simply "It can be nerve wrecking working away from them and not being in constant contact, but, they are safe. I am sure of that" One of the good points for working for a certain Satan Owl, certain protection rights with the under city...even if the person being protected in question was someone they found 'annoying' "My ability? Hehehe, I am called the Breezy Owl. Able to control the air around us, it can be quite handy...though, I guess any ability has its useful points" He nodded his head in agreement to himself before directing the same questions back at Vincent "What about you? Why are you with the UNS? You seem awfully young to be in this kind of environment"

Why was this man so happy? Did he really understand what he had signed himself up for? Vincent listened to him talk and then redirect the questions back to to Vincent. He looked at him with an emotionless face. "I'm here because I have no family to go to....one of the workers, Miss Amara took me in...though she's been missing for over a year and a half now, so I'm guess I'm here because this is all I know" he answered. He then looked at a large boulder as he extended an arm out causing it to shatter then his flicked his wrist again freezing the dubre in place. "That's what I can do" he told him.

Mahareshi Rorsch "I will and always will be lazy. After this little year and a half break, I deserve it. Teaching a angsty teen how to be a good leader isn't hard. I did something extremely important out of it all." Che opened one eye and looked at Will before his grin became a toothy smile. "What it was you'll know in due time. For now, these Heralds. Yes, they are stirring up chaos. With more snow in certain areas comes more consumption of fuel. That's just one predicament." The Mastering Owl couldn't help but find Will's grin to be more than just a little innocent. He leaned forward and placed his hands on the table. Moments afterwards, he began to tap it with a distinct rhythm. "We need to kill Thomas and Timothy fast." He said in a tone more serious than his ear to ear grin. "If we don't, this world is going to hell. I've been to your crap home once Will. I don't want to go again." ((UNS - Will. I think I might have writer's block for Armand.... sweatdrop ))
"Of course you will, until someone kicks your a**." Despite the so called serious situation, Che was still being himself...with that "I did something cool, but I'm not telling you~!" response. F*** it. Will didn't have to know what it was. He knew Che. The Satan Owl chuckled. "Ah, little Roulin. Well, I'm sure his hygiene is a bit better now. That may help." A mischievous smirk lined the blonde's lips as he leaned back, tilting the chair back slightly as his arms went to rest at the back of his head for a moment. "The medieval times weren't so bad... but I guess you weren't there to experience it. But you've been to hell. That's one up from others. Didn't I tell you so back at the casino last time? There's nothing you can f***ing do about it." Back to the matter at hand. Che was drumming his fingers against the tables, thinking. Overloading energy consumption was something that the world was not ready to handle on a mass scale. "Of course, Che. Of course. Noel understands this as well. Gaeta and Sydney are on the same page as us." Scythe wasn't sure about the "killing Tim part," but the "killing Thomas" part seemed to be something all the Heralds agreed on. Besides, Gaeta had already "turned coat" on Tim in the previous roleplay by meeting with Will. "The question now is how soon, depending on when we find them and corner them." The Satan Owl nodded. And that timing would depend on if they wanted to wait for the transfer of powers to be completed between the Death Owls, Thomas and Lucien. "If you need any resources on my side, you need only ask." That was a totally redundant statement. The mess right now wasn't something where Will was going to just sit by, watch, and toss Armand pranked popcorn in his mouth.
((I have not spoken to Dez, so I am making an assumption here based on the events of the last rp. dt, I'm making an assumption on Sydney as well))

"No family?" In some way, Daryle knew what that was like. He had no past before he met Erin "You will have your own family one day, I am sure of that" he said firmly "After all, you have a long life ahead of you!" Daryle watched what Vincent did to the boulder and let out a low whistle "Woah! That’s so cool! Breaking things down and then being able to freeze them! Some sort of particle manipulation? Very unique! I don't think I've seen anything quite like that before" The enthusiastic blonde proceeded to walk around the frozen shards, reaching out every now and then to touch a piece "Kinda puts my gift to shame, hehehe!"

"I won't be having my posterior booted anytime soon. I intend to make sure of that." Che assured his mentor from the past. When Will jeered about Roulin's hygiene, the past break was flung into mind. That, and the few hours that Roulin was a stinking cadaver. Che forced the dark green thought from his mind and continued his stream. "Eh...anyway Will, you of all people know that when he corner them, they'll fight and they'll fight hard. Very hard. I think we should take out Thomas before we go on to Tim and his band of tards." For the moment, that was all that the Mastering Owl had to contribute to the worsening situation. Defiantly, he looked down at this teacher and friend holding back a weak snicker. "Damn you Will, there is something I can ******** do about it. I intend to change this world one event at a time. Trust me, you'll have my soul. Just not now."
~~~
"I see..." Moli mused to himself, his light blue eyes slowly turning away from Noel. Maybe it was a subject that he had to ponder alone. He could feel in his stomach that he was beginning to hate humans more and more each day. He had to subdue the feeling now, lest he end up like Timothy or Thomas. God forbid he end up like either one of them. "I'm sorry Noel...for showing weakness in this fight. I shouldn't have let that thought even cross my mind. Umm, I'm going to go talk to Aeon a bit more if you don't mind. After that, I'm going to New York. If you need me, please feel free to call aright? Excuse me."
Moli couldn't let Noel see the doubt in his eyes. It would only spell trouble what with her concerning herself with him and all. All he needed was time alone. Before he could get that, he wanted to speak with Aeon to this time give a proper but temporary goodbye. "Aeon!" The Countdown Owl called out. "Hey Aeon! Do you have a minute?"
The Satan Owl straightened his chair and crossed his arms and then uncrossed them making a grand gesture. "Oh, but cornering them and seeing them thrash about is quite amusing...as they put up the most they could ever fight....and fail... " A very dark smile formed on Will's lips and then melted away slightly. "Yes, you do have a point," he hissed softly, almost with a look that said "Ruining my fun, Che..." and with an attitude much like Satan flicking his tongue briefly like a snake out in disappointment. The devil recomposed himself rather quickly. "Thomas is a nice distraction for Tim, you know... but in the grand scheme of things....that would be an option since the more of us Thomas takes out, the more Tim gains. They should be taken out relatively soon after each other." He chuckled at Che's response to him about souls. "Death certainly hasn't changed your drive, son," the blonde remarked with a grin. Certainly, it hadn't. Death and Death Owl. Double Death. Didn't matter. "I'll be watching you." He met Che's defiant gaze with an amused one of his own. "Now, what else is on your mind, Che? There's more, isn't there? We still have a little time. Don't think you can hide it from me."
Che could tell that Will, the master of chaos, wanted just that, but in the form of revenge. Watching either Thomas or Timothy squrim between his fingers, Che could tell, would bring the Satan Owl such delight. To an extent, he wanted to fulfill his dream. He too wanted to see the two roasting over an open fire with a pike running through their spines. Their conversation was complete proof of this. How they were going to arrange such a meeting was the problem yet to be resolved. "You know, I do have something serious on my mind that I do want to talk about, but that'll come after the plan I have. It's rather risky though. You'll go through with it right?" The Mastering Owl had no qualms about drawing in who he needed to use. Will, with all his subdued might, was no exception. "I'm sure you're acquainted with the Giygas Pistola? That gun can kill Heralds? We need that gun to attack the Heralds and effectively weaken them. Now, thankfully God has smiled upon us and given us two ways to go about this job. We can either go to the gun, find out it's type of energy and try our best to emulate it or hijack the gun when they aren't looking. One way or the other, have to get into their territory. We may even have to fight them all ourselves and by ourselves, I mean you, Noel and I."
The Satan Owl smirked a mockingly cheerful grin as he reached over and patted Che on the head like a young boy petting his small pet. "As I've said before to Raven, A vaincre sans péril, on triomphe sans gloire. It'll be fun. Che Office Presidiomni, you alone may use me as you wish for this purpose, Mastering Owl." Anyone else would be sent to hell directly or granted a life of living hell for trying to use William DeScythe. "You never did finish what you started when you first came back to me, Cheani." The playful smile was there again as Will leaned back again, still keeping his eyes on the Mastering Owl. It would be subtly obvious and quite so to Che that Will was pleased to see him and that despite that, the Satan Owl still held a clear mind. This wasn't a weak fuzzy "master-student" reunion.
What Che said was right about it possibly just being him, Noel, and Che fighting the Heralds. Will didn't know if Gaeta would approve of them taking the pistol from the Heralds and using it on the Heralds themselves. It would make them the same as Timothy. Will didn't care. That gun would be destroyed after it all.... Actually, Will wasn't so sure Noel would readily approve either, but the God Owl could be easily persuaded. But anyhow, either way would work. The better option would be just to take the Pistol itself. The duplicate idea was the alternate. Rebuilding and reengineering the Pistol would take time while the Heralds remained on the loose. Meanwhile, taking the Pistol would force the Heralds to either rebuild their own again or just chase after whoever had the Pistol or leave them on their track and force them to go out in fuller force. The Satan Owl smiled at Che. "I think you know which option I think is best." There were other options though, but these two would do for purpose. What other options were there? People could get as creative as they wanted. The Heralds could be deprived of their Nol artifacts, but that would most likely take longer, and few Owls could still match the Heralds anyway. Che's deck was another, but that was just one person. Using Raven and co... using more people...yeah... so many options.
Lorna beamed excitedly and nodded indicating that she was perfectly fine with the plan. She stood up and picked up the fork that she had been playing with a little earlier and walked off the train. Her metallic blue eyes glistened for she knew that this would be a lot of fun. She dropped the fork, but instead of hitting the ground, it suspended and began to reshape itself into a circular disk, which Lorna leaped easily on top of and flew into the air a few feet. She waited patiently for everyone to get off of the train. As soon as this happened and as soon as they were far enough away, her hair began to glow a metallic silver and the railway began to bend and twist, groaning loudly before it was ripped out of the earth and twisted and reshaped into nothing, but a small mess of metal that could not be identified. The metal then reshaped again into a compact cube, which she grabbed as it floated to her hand and put it in her pocket. It would make a good souvenir. She looked down at Ana. "So, are you ready to deal with all the other bridged and railways?" she asked. There were plenty more in New York.
Che's brow arched after Will assured him of what decision he favored without assuring him at all. Still, after all these years, Will could manage to stump Che using only the simplest of phrases. Still after all these years, Che used the same method to decide. "Well, because you're so different from me, that'd mean you'd want the confrontational path...then again, I'm sure you want to do this the safe and easy way. But given from your statement, you want to get hands on with this...damn it...once I get my deck back, we can plan this out more. I think I may need to have the ability to teleport on this one."
Time was winding down. Che was more than sure that Thomas would be calling William home anytime soon. He hadn't seen the progress of their work above ground, but then again, he really didn't care for it. He knew that on the surface his son Lomoli was around. That's all he needed to know. That's all he was concern about. A tired sigh and another yawn segued into his next and final question. "Man. I should be getting some sleep soon. Anyway, my second question for you today Will. I probably shouldn't even be asking Satan this, but do you think I've been a good father these past twenty years? I mean sure, I locked my son in a card for a year or two to keep him from harm and I've been assaulting my other son to strengthen him, but what do you think?"
☆═━┈┈━═☆☽Ӑᾐᾷ ℒȏςҟɦӑѓť☾☆═━┈┈━═☆ Ana's deep eyes looked at Raven, her netted hand running through her thick hair. "As you wish," she murmured, a british accent falling from her lips. She quickly left the train, her face blank as she looked at Lorna. The train was now gone, destroyed into nothingness. The wind blew, her dress rippling in the breeze. Her hand gently moved to a gap in her dress, a strap around her thigh holding her fan. Ana pulled it out, the sun making it shimmer in the light. She had known Lorna for a while, knowing that she was a lot like Raven in many ways. "Of course," she said, replying to Lorna's question.
Her eyes became sharper as she looked around; making sure that they were safe. Her soft hand snapped the fan out, its mass bigger than what it looked like. Small little spikes lined the top, poison gleaming a deep blue color. This poison was different from most, only freezing her opponent with pain until she took the final blow, if necessary. The sides where edgy, like long slender blades that would finish the job. Ana looked back up at Lorna, starting to walk slowly towards the city. "Just make sure you don't kill too many. We're hear to destroy the city, not lives." Her voice was nonchalant, however there was an edginess on each word.
Cecilia looked up with some interest as Lucien came into their sights. So he was the one who led the UNS? She did not sit down for that would mean dropping her guard and even though they were supposedly not here to fight, one had to be ready for anything. For now, she listened quietly as Roulin and Lucien discussed the fact that there was another culprit. Was this a trick that Lucien was playing on them? Had he purposefully changed his technique just to throw them off? Of course if that happened, wouldn't Roulin be more suspicious of him instead of trying to prove his innocence? Cecilia didn't like it one bit. Finally she decided to speak up. "Do you think it could be someone we already know who is trying to work against us and frame Lucien, or do you think it's a face we have never seen before or heard of? It's like the culprit wants us to find him or her. That's why while his technique is a bit similar to Lucien's, there are quite a few noticeable differences. In a way, he's asking us to look for him. That's what I can gather from it."
((UNS - Armand - Armand lives!))
How terrible. Although the Japan disaster wasn’t as bad to the extent of a whole continent disappearing as Australia had, this event itself was horrible still. People were suffering still, and those who had been contaminated by radiation would die painful slow deaths unless medical treatment helped. Armand Orion Parr, the Prankster Owl of the UNS, was currently communicating with Japanese researchers and technicians on nuclear power plant structures and backlash. Fortunately, there were translators around. Armand wasn’t exactly fluent in Japanese and a few misunderstandings on his part had resulted in incoherent conversations on radiative teddy bears and nuclear zebras as safety controls. Clearly, that was wrong.
“Well, things sure got brighter!” the red headed technology specialist of a scientist said cheerfully.
But all was good. Luckily, blueprints and engineering diagrams were an international language that didn’t always need verbal communication. There was a cheer when news that the nuclear cores hadn’t exploded and ruptured completely came in, from the help of one of the Owls on deck, Moli. Armand smiled and cheered with the others in the group, and then, just as quickly, the cheers died down as work resumed.... and not on radioactive teddy bears and nuclear zebras...
----
((UNS - Will))
The Satan Owl watched his student think out loud and just smirked. "Your call, Che. That isn't the only option." He shrugged. Che knew Will was flexible, but efficiency was an issue here. "And you'll get your deck back." That last part was just a statement of fact, spoken as one as if it had already happened. There was no question.
Will stood up and turned away from Che as if he was about to leave, but he glanced back at Che when Che asked him the fatherhood question. A smirk curved onto his face again. "Then, why are you asking Satan, Che? Is that insomnia getting to you?" A dumb question. Something Che didn't need to think about right now and let it distract him from his work. But the smile said it all, the answer Che may have been looking for. The smile/smirk that might have said, "You've done what you could, what you thought was in their best interest. It depends. Perhaps, I would have done the same...or not." But the smirk was elusive, and as always, Will's answer wasn't clear.
