Oh, says what, and where can I find this information?? >_>;;
One thing I do recall, as stated in Here Comes Jurai, is that Ryoko has the potential to create the Light Hawk Wings- Aura of God.
She might be able to become chousin when/if she gains all of the gems and absorbs them into herself. Also, there might be some power restraint that Washuu would have to lift.
There is speculation that Ryoko could become chousin, but I have yet to hear an explaination with canonical evidence.

BUT i never saw Yugi give her any money, i never saw her working anywhere, and yet she had a nice appartment, a bit empty but quite nice. SO she must have been earning her money someway and you hardly ever see what shes up to when not with tenchi, so i say during that time she was making her quick dirty money mad . Oh please, it was probably abandoned, it seemed that way from what little evidence we got. Yuugi probably just brain washed the owner or something.

that is your opinion, not mine. on the instance of sakuya i'm neutral. if a member arrives who likes sakuya, i will do the same for him/her that i now do for ayeka.

Well I'm actually more neutral, but leaning towards positive with Sakuya. She's DEFINITELY higher in my book then your Ayeka, no offense.
