Silently, faintly, he shook his head. Honestly, he would have gladly been torn to shreds in defense of Rosie.

"Nah! Just... Kinda means I have to stop off in Makko again but that's cool!" The more Henrietta thought about it, the more she didn't mind that. Sure it was a pain to lose the data, the numbers, she'd been keeping in there, but she knew her own home details and she'd be happy enough to see Ke again. That would be a fun visit, in fact; 'Hi Ke, I need your number again 'cuz an Umbreon ate my pokédex!' The young trainer stifled a giggle at the thought; she hoped her friend, whenever they saw each other next, would find it funny too.

She'd caught the nods after a moment and trotted closer to join the three of them.
Ooh. Fruit cups sounded good... She should have gotten those maybe! Ah, but, no she'd asked for popcorn hadn't she? That was much better! She'd stick with that.
At least such thoughts distracted her from saying anything without thinking when Ray mentioned Faleen to Rosie...
When the tall woman sat, Henrietta did move closer, hovering near the chair, but staying standing for the moment.
"Totally right I'm gonna avenge it!" She piped up, catching onto Ray doing... something, as she heard her name mentioned. The girl didn't really have any inkling what to say about Ray claiming to be worse than a bullet to someone... That was kind of cool though...
And... actually, so were head staples.
"They make you look kinda cool..." Henrietta offered; hair missing and such might have been an uncomfortable thing to some, but the young trainer seemed to be thinking of it as a 'battle wound' that Rosie had gotten. "Kind tough!"

As Ray talked to Luke, the purple-haired girl found herself nodding; her recall was subject to influence by retellings of the event, but even so, she was quite sure she'd seen what Ray described too.
"Hey! Yeah! You were awesome out there!" Henrietta agreed, addressing Luke. "You went right between them and stuff! If they hadn't been cheating, we'd have gotten them to back down now problem! He totally did!" The last an unprompted response to Rosie's questioning of it.

The time since the event, Ray's speeches, and just being able to be around the other trainers and chip in, poke her nose in whether it was wanted or not (she'd likely never even have thought of the latter) had definitely bolstered Henrietta's spirits once more. She had nothing to say on Izaya- whoever he was? That weird Rocket guy? Whatever, she didn't want to give any Rocket any credit for their survival! She didn't contradict anyone though, just pulled a face at the thought.

Ray tossed her head, in order to shake the drape of hair away from the left side of her face, clearing both her eyes.
"So there. Who the hell cares what that other guy did, or didn't do. It wouldn't have changed anything." Ray could not help but grin at Henrietta's addition, The girls spunk really adding some spice to what Ray was saying. "It was pretty damn real, and pretty DAMN awesome."

"And hey, it worked out in the end. we're all alive, we're all okay. I mean, granted there's going to be some lasting hurt from it." she looked at Rosie, who had her hands cupping over her mouth, still looking at Luke with blurry eyes. "But that's life, at least it looks like you kids have your priorities straight."

It was almost frustratingly difficult to remain disparaged with the contribution of Henrietta's unabashed enthusiasm, and he relented with a sigh. "I… guess." His head remained down, but his posture relaxed slightly. There had been no casualties, at least. That was something to be glad for.

A nurse with a clipboard stepped into the waiting room and glanced around briefly before stepping over to the small group by the chairs. "Your friend, miss..." She adjusted her glasses as she frowned and squinted at her clipboard, "Seraphine? Is out of surgery and was moved to her own room, and the anesthesia should be wearing off soon if any of you would like to visit her," she said with a nod as she looked at them all. Then, as if expecting questions, preemptively answered them with, "She'll need to remain here for at least a couple days for observation to make sure everything's fine."

Ray just chuckled, both at Rosie and Luke, who's reply was very small. Though really she couldn't expect anything more from the normally very quiet kid.
She grinned over at Henrietta, before she felt her phone go off again.
digging it out of her pocket again Ray flipped it open, reading the two messages she had before letting off a laugh.

Before anything else could be said, the nurse stepped in, with new on Seraphine.
"Can we go see her?" Ray asked, stepping up out of the chair.

"Yes," the nurse responded succinctly, coupled with an equally short nod. "I can show you where it is, if you'd like."

"Allright!" Ray clapped her hands, and hopped up to her feet, gesturing to Luke and Rosie as she patted the younger girl on the back to snap her out of whatever shock and Awe Ray's words had put her in.
"Come on, lets go see how she's doing huh?"

She stood there, glancing over to the nurse while she waited for Luke, Rosie and Henrietta to get to their feet so they could follow the nurse to where they had put Sera.

Henrietta had never entirely sat down, remaining not quite able to, as her energy returned. She straightened up as it looked like Ray wanted to move- the hopping up and hand clap suggested as much before the tall woman had even voiced it, then nodded; her grin was back in full force.
She didn't really know Sera but the girl had survived getting shot and while getting shot wasn't a good thing, she knew, surviving it to recover was awesome.
Henrietta was keen to tell her so.

Rosie had not even been listening to anything being said once Henrietta confirmed Ray's words and answered Rosie's question. Not until she was touched on the back and she got the news that Sera was out of surgery.

The hatred that Rosie saw in Faleen's face, and the unbridled violence that she felt when her sister had swing at her had been the last thing she remembered. She didn't even remember hitting the ground, and barely any time being on it. So she had had no idea what happened between then. And she probably would not have known unless someone told her.
It was obvious that somehow the situation got defused, and no one else was hurt.
She didn't know what to think, she had not expected her sister to hit her like that, or to react violently, Rosie still couldn't even consider it clearly, whenever she tried she just started to feel a little numb.
Why would her sister... want to hurt her? And from what Rosie was gathering, there was more that she had missed while she was out.

But in the time that she was unable to even comprehend what was going on, Luke had gotten up, and cared enough to get up and make a gesture to protect Rosie, under great danger to himself... How, how was she to properly react to that? Other then just be... deeply moved, worried and overwhelmed by the gesture.

As ray touched Rosie though, she lowered her hands from her face, nodding when she mentioned Sera.
Her best friend was out of surgery, and Rosie was itching to see her, and see that she was okay.
With a soft nod Rosie pushed herself gently to her feet, so that they could go see Seraphine. Hands once again clasping together in front of her.

News about Sera was a welcome change in topic, especially given that it was good news presented alongside the invitation to see her. It was a little strange to be visiting Seraphine in a hospital given the number of times it had occurred as the other way around, but Luke made every effort to abandon the guilt that accompanied the thought and stood alongside his friends to follow the nurse.

The nurse merely nodded before turning on her heel and leading the small group down hallways and around turns. It wasn't too long before they arrived at a specific hospital room, outside of which the nurse remained, but gestured at them to go inside. "Your friend is in here. She might still be asleep, at least until the anesthesia wears off."

Seraphine was indeed still asleep when the group arrived outside the door, though it wasn't more than a few moments before the brunette stirred. Were she in a more normal state of mind, she might have immediately panicked until knowing how her friends were, but in her current state she was far too groggy and hyped up on whatever drugs ran through her veins to really feel much of anything besides some level of consciousness.

Rosie had not hesitated to move to Sera's bedside, standing next to her friend as the girl seemed to be waking up.

Ray lingered toward the back of the group, gathering everyone in as she clicked away at her phone, sending Yuri and Dove the message that Sera was out of Surgery now.
"Well gooood morning sunshine." Ray grinned, sliding the phone back into her pocket, letting her hands linger in there as she stepped up behind the others.
"How you feelin?"

Rosie was pretty much the first thing Sera was able to focus on at first - and even then it was mostly because there was a pink and blonde blurry shape suddenly immediately next to her bed. After blinking several times, her friend came into focus and the brunette tilted her head a bit to regard her better, "Rosie? You okay? ..and Luke?" Luke had seemed fine, judging from her terribly hazy memories of the event, but she distinctly remembered blood on Rosie's head and face.

Ray was given a displeased look and a tired, "You can go away."

Eventually another figure appeared in the doorway. This one having long black hair, and feeling a bit better now that he had some food in his stomach. His hand wasn't killing him quite so much at this point.

"Hey, we brought the popcorn, soda, and fruit cups," Yuri announced to those who had requested them. "Its back in the waiting room. They wouldn't let us bring food up here."

His eyes then fell upon Sera and his face lit up in a smirk. "Hey, so you're still in one piece after all, huh?"
