"I hope that you aren't so kind and weak against our enemies Yama-chan, otherwise you might find yourself without a job~" The elegant sounding voice beckoned forth from the doorway that lead into the hall. Two figures wearing standard ANBU garb walked in through the door and stepped to either sides of the door. The next to walk through was a woman clad in white who oozed of royalty and power who was accompanied by yet another pair of ANBU agents at her shoulders. It was safe to assume that there was still another pair left out in the hallway for safe measure. Lady Nakiri intertwined her arms over another across her midsection as she put her weight onto her left leg, leaving her standing at a slight angle that accented her figure. "Oh and what do we have here~? I thought you knew to have your office cleared when we had our little appointments." Kiyoko was obviously refering to Cecil, but the way she said it combined with the cheeky smile that adorned her face heavily implied that she was simply joking with the men, or boys as she saw them. "And what about you, what is your nindo?" She inquired with her icy cold gaze locked onto the Jounin.
He nodded at the Kages explanation but in truth it was boring to say. Thank god the very attractive shogun came in to save the day. "Oh thank God....I mean how is your day going Lady Nakiri. I do agree though a nindo of friendship and justice is pretty weak there." Cecil decided he would return the joke in kind, he liked the shogun more then the kage already. He activated his Sharingan and looked the Shogun up and down, to say the least he was impressed. "Ah but you see my nindo has just walked through the door. My nindo is....I like my girls like I like my fire, hot and powerful." He waited for a solid minute before smiling and giving a bit of a laugh, though in truth the phrase was not wrong for the shogun. She was quite attractive and quite powerful, and he only wished that was his actual nindo. In truth he had none at the moment.
Cecil let out a sigh before deciding to speak again. "There's no reason a fake can't do what the real thing would. And it's possible for a fake to be more real than the real thing. That is a favorite quote of mine and I'm afraid thats all I have for you. I don't have a nindo, I cannot seem to find one. Perhaps one day I'll find one, but for now nothing. Quite sorry I couldn't answer you, do accept my apology." He gave a small bow before once leaning against the wall. He always showed more respect towards the Shogun then anyone else in the entire village. For someone like him as well, it was quite amazing. There were good reasons for it though, reasons he would keep between him and the shogun.

"Friendship is not weakness and justice is not kind," Enma replied. His charcoal hair seemed to stand up on end, his orange eyes fiery. Breathing through his nose deeply, he exhaled, the dangerous aura which had surrounded him moments before draining. "Kiyoko, I'd prefer if you leave the ANBU outside the office," he said, taking his seat. Enma's eye twitched as the notorious Pyro of the Kumogakure showed some actual respect. "Cecil here was actually just leaving. For missions. Now." While the ANBU could be trusted, and he was pretty sure Cecil didn't have any desire to betray them, he preferred to discuss their more sensitive business in private, away from any potential risks.

Walking lazily up the stairway leading up towards the Raikage's office, Tenrai let out a deep yawn; reaching up to cover his mouth briefly before he made it to the top. He could easily sense a large amount of people within the office, making him sigh in annoyance; he hated crowded places. They were so annoying to deal with, too much activity and noise in one place was never a good thing. Two of the signatures were significantly stronger than the others, alongside that he could sense a few weak signatures; most likely meaning they were Chuunin or fresh Jounin. They were attempting to hide their chakra and presence, but he could easily see through such weak attempts with his Nen Sense, capable of feeling even the minute muscle movements of them swallowing, or the rise and fall of their chests as they breathed. Shaking his head he walked up to the door, knocking quietly before waiting a moment to enter regardless of a response. He knew the kage was inside, and he honestly didn't care about any sort of meeting; he had better things to do than wait around, like sleep for example.
The first thing he saw when he entered was the butt of a woman, causing him to lift his gaze lazily to take note of the long blue hair that flowed down her back. He didn't know who she was, so he simply grumbled under his breathe before shifting his bored gaze to the Kage and the Jounin standing next to him, almost tempted to raise an eyebrow at what was going on, but decided against it because that was just too much work. Walking over towards the couch that was to the side of the room he plopped down on it, leaning back in the seat with his arm on the armrest next to him. Looking back at the woman he took in her stance and the look on her face, followed by the look on the kages; leading him to believe that she was either questioning the kage and upsetting him, or she was simply telling him things to do and he disliked it. He didn't really care which one it was, it was simply too troublesome to try and find out who she was. With that in mind he spoke in an almost painfully bored tone towards the kage, his voice drawling in a lazy manner as he did so. "Afternoon Raikage-san, I was told to come here after graduating for some reason...do you need me or can I go take a nap?"
Passives • [BLOODLINE] NEN SENSE Midnight brawlers are capable of using their senjutsu energy to detect muscle movements, swelling chakra, and other such things generally seen from high level dojutsu. They can also detect pressure points and organs within someone's body, making their punches absurdly lethal. • [BLOODLINE] Your rank damage reduction is one rank stronger than usual; this makes you quite a tank at higher ranks, with most attacks unable to hurt you. • [BLOODLINE] Caltrops Caltropsobjects that can be created by a Midnight Brawler at will. This is one aspect that makes it clear that these techniques come from a hereditary line, or a bloodline. Caltrops can be weaved in the palms of the Midnight Brawler. These objects are generally left all around the field throughout the battle, and do not hurt or impair the Midnight Brawler, but can easily hurt and impair enemies. The caltrops are always poisoned and can easily penetrate even thick boots to stab into someone's feet. The poison can weaken the legs of the target, slowing them by 2 speed and also inflicting pain and infection; these issues will not kill you in battle, but will render you weaker and nauseous. Throughout the battle, more and more will cover the field, thus walking becomes nearly impossible without being constantly wounded. The strings are also laid around the field, connecting from tree to tree; etc. These strings can cut or bind people. Dashing quickly between trees or walls, these strings could easily rip your throat open. • [CLASS] Physical Toughness -- The Taijutsu class not only teaches you to ignore pain, but can also make you immune to damage from weak attacks, based on your rank, making you almost immune to damage 2 ranks below you:

Aydan pushed open the door, navigating his way into the room. His appearance was rather scruffy, as he hadn't bothered to clean himself up before coming to the Raikage's office. His hair was standing on edge and his facial hair was rather ragged looking. His clothes were wrinkled, sporting small holes and tears along his pants. His eyes were drooped and sunken in, as if he hadn't slept in several days. The only thing pristine on his entire person was his blade that lay strapped across his back with a simple black silk cord. He looked up, noticing that the office was already rather full, and someone important was obviously in the room due to the presence of ANBU. Relatively unaware of the regions customs involving nobility or people in prestigious positions, Aydan went with his standard greeting. "Yo."

"My new genin!" Enma shouted with much enthusiasm, rushing past Kiyoko, taking the two by the napes faster than they could react, and swinging them around as he dragged them into the room. "I heard about you two; close-quarters combatants with talent and spunk! Gods, I wish I could be your squad leader, but alas I am cursed with the duties of Raikage!" He cursed aloud, tossing the genin into seats of their own. "You're here for squad assignments, of course! Your third member hasn't shown up yet, I'll hand you off to your leader for now. Meet Cecil Uchiha, a capable guy with a heart of coal." He turned their seats to the wall where Cecil leaned. "Cecil, go take your squad and... squad-lead, y'know?"
Aydan, growing rather frustrated that niggas kept going to bed and leaving to watch netflix, decided to post actually do something productive to drive forward some form of activity. Having been welcomed into the office by the Raikage, Aydan took a step forward, his massive frame filling the door. As Enma rushed forward to place his hand on Aydan's neck, he brushed the hand away. He didn't hit it with enough force to be seen as an attack but just enough for Enma to understand that no one manhandled him or touched him. He followed Enma to his seat, eyeing the Shogun as he walked past. It wasn't a casual stare, but more of an animalistic look in his eye, like one lion sizing another one up. She certainly appeared attractive, but that didn't mean anything in battle, except that she would be targeted first by any would be enemy. After all, how tough could someone be if they needed six ANBU bodyguards just to talk to their own subjects. After he passed, he turned his eyes away from her, letting a grin slip across his face, displaying two rows of jagged teeth, each one serrated like the edge of a knife.
Aydan reached his hand to the cord that was securing his sword to his back, allowing it to come undone as he sat down in one of the chairs that the Raikage had directed him to sit in. He turned his head to Cecil after he was introduced. Once more, Aydan sized him up, but this was something less. It was similar to a lion sizing up his next meal instead of his next opponent. "Hmph. Weak. I'll be in your squad but if you come between me and a target, I won't hesitate to cut through you to kill them."

Noticing Aydan enter the room alongside him, Tenrai couldn't help the dark grin that flashed across his face for a brief moment. They'd always been rivals and friends in the academy, Aydan was always the best with a blade and Tenrai was always the best with Taijutsu; which lead to many a spars between the two of them. They were both well known for their almost animalistic aggression and overwhelming strength in close combat, much like wild animals such as Tigers and Lions. Which was fitting given the kingly arrogant stare Aydan had, and the dark aggressive stare that Tenrai had. One sizing up others to judge who was worthy in combat, the other constantly watching for those that wish to come after them. It was a strange dynamic the two had, both preferring to be alone when it came to combat; it would be interesting to see how it worked out.
Noticing the Raikage's muscles tense up for a brief second before the male launched himself towards them, Tenrai let a single eyebrow raise up; easily able to keep up with the male as he moved towards them. When the man reached for the back of his neck the red-haired male merely stepped to the side, avoiding the grab before strolling over to the other available seat in the room. Plopping down in the seat he leaned back in it lazily, resting his cheek against his closed fist, which was currently sitting atop the armrest next to him. From a single glance most people would just notice the incredible laziness he displayed, the half-lidded eyes and lax positioning of his body, however those perceptive enough would see the underlying beast that was gazing into their very being, judging if they were worthy of even fighting against. Giving the jounin a dismissive gaze Tenrai shifted his head to the side, closing a single eye tiredly before snuggling further back into his seat. After a brief moment the male spoke in a soft, almost silent tone; finding it too much effort to actually speak up. "Is he the best you have? If so I'm disappointed...I wanted good prey, not weak prey."

Passives • [BLOODLINE] Copy Cat: Over time, fighting an opponent will give you much more insight into their moves and their particular style. This--in turn--makes you more and more effective when fighting against them as the battle progresses. While many bloodlines favor a quick and easy kill, the Kiseki no Sedai cash in on long, drawn-out battles, and can quickly overwhelm an opponent that has battled them for too long. Essentially, this translates into stat boosts and perception boosts against an opponent they've been facing for extended periods of time, as modeled below(all stat boosts are past the cap):
At five posts, you may also duplicate one move from their arsenal that they've used against you and use it once. It retains its original chakra costs, but for all other intents and purposes, is considered a bloodline skill. Unlike the ability 'Kise', this can be used for any skill the opponent has used against you during the fight, unless it's a bloodline/clan skill. Even skills that your class would normally be unable to perform are temporarily usable with this ability.
• [BLOODLINE] Emperor Eye: Members of the Kiseki no Sedai have an odd sort of...dojutsu. Vibrantly glowing rings will form around their iris in an enhanced color relative to their original eye color. The Emperor Eye has a particularly strong ability that it gives to the user; the ability to view the flow of an opponent's energy, how it reacts with their muscles and their brain, effectively giving them a fourth-second view into the future of an opponent's moves. This clarity gives them an incredible advantage in single combat, and is one of the reasons that they're so difficult to defeat in battle. This reading of energy flow is one of the main contributors to their success with the copy cat passive, as it allows them to quickly recognize changes in the flow of an opponent's energy and identify patterns and biases using those changes.
• [BLOODLINE] Unprecedented Skill: After years of practice--and an insane amount of natural talent fueling you--your moves have become so fluid, so refined that opponents somehow find it difficult to keep track of you. Almost as though your movements were so natural that you seem to blend in with the background. As a result you constantly have the stealth benefits of an Assassin class shinobi of three rank lower than yourself. If you are of the assassin class, this bonus is extended to one rank higher than your current rank. This passive stealth ability seems to make it exponentially more difficult for opponents with dojutsu to keep track of you, as your movements seem to flow into multiple different directions, the practice of your muscles enabling you to burst into an entirely different movement seemingly upon a whim. With so many different outcomes from one single movement, dojutsu users naturally find you exceedingly difficult to deal with. • [BLOODLINE] Midorima [Passive] - ??? Chakra A variable chakra skill. At base, the shinobi's throwing accuracy and range are dramatically increased, able to throw projectiles and hit targets from nearly an entire thread's distance with pin-point precision. Chakra expenditure allows this skill to be applied to projectiles, be it kunai, shuriken, or even other techniques, to transform them into extremely fast, forceful versions of their original selves. For example, the Stone Pebble technique could be made into an extremely deadly, skull-piercing projectile with around 20 points of chakra expended. This is a very creatively used ability, and it comes down to the user's imagination to best put it to use. • [BLOODLINE] Kiyoshi [Passive] A peculiar skill that allows the user to near-instantaneously change their plan of action and begin an entirely new motion before the first was completed. A perfect skill for catching opponents off guard, as most shinobi are forced to complete something like the swing of a sword before switching to a new action. This skill allows for some very marvelous turnarounds. For example, a lightning-fast charge could be near-instantaneously turned into a backflip to dodge the opponent's countering sword slash. The trick is in the user's muscle and chakra control, allowing them to instantly tighten and loosen their muscles in order to make a completely different movement in a normally impossible situation. Lillian, having not really paid attention to anything going on, walked in with a slight smile and golden locks that bounced ever so gently as if being carried with the wind. Her body was covered with tattoo's as she looked around the office. Tribal spirals danced around her pale almond milk colored flesh with only a single imperfection of freckles that were light brown in color that contrasted against her fair skin. A button nosed wrinkled up as she looked around the office, bright green emeralds danced brightly as she would peer around and smile. "Hello everyone. Isn't today simply dreadful?" She muttered in an eerily cheery tone that seemed devoid of actual entertainment while clasping a yellow umbrella with a black hilt and red trimmings. Lillian, who, had recently been promoted to jounnin was still slightly under suspicion for killing her last squad, although it couldn't be proven and only higher ups would be aware of this. They were all up for the second position until the last mission where only she returned.

• Denied: Any Bloodline User who look at, or Touch your skin or tattoo's will be forced to Deactivate their bloodline for 2 posts. This Debuff is reapplied for every post they remain looking at, or touching the skin or tattoo of the user.

Quickly closing his eyes until his chakra mixed properly, he placed a hand over where Lillian stood in his vision and spoke again. "Lillian, please tuck your tattoos in for meetings. Feels like hell when that happens." With a sigh, he looked over at Cecil, who would have his hands full with a squad. Lillian, besides, wasn't built for team combat given her... disposition. In fact, along with that disposition, she might be a more capable person for that job he'd given Cecil. "Cecil, cutting you off of that A-Rank mission, your new B-Rank mission is training the rascals. Lillian, congrats, you get to take a trip to Otogakure for recon! Don't get caught." Honestly, he enjoyed Lillian, but she was likely the only person in the village he might have actual difficulty defeating.
Well that was a bore. At first the Kage threw a little hissy fit that she was showing off her beautiful tattoo's. That was rude. Did he have no class for art? She groaned at the lack of culture she was being subjected too. She turned and began to walk out before suddenly stopping after hearing she was getting an A-Ranked mission, this perked her interest and she turned ever so slyly before curling her finger around a golden lock.
"You know. Traveling costs money. So does inns, food, entertainment. If I am assured my costs will be reimbursed then I would be less apt to take enthusiastic walks through the woods." Her eyes slightly narrowed with a hint of glee at the Kage hinting at something unknown, "and I do enjoy taking enthusiastic walks. Very. Enthusiastic." She shrugged, "So will my costs be covered or not?" Ultimately this decided how she would go about the mission. She was never really one for listening to orders but she could be bribed to be more orderly but even with that character default she always did get the job done sufficiently which is why she had never failed a mission. Her cane struck the ground ever so lightly and began to tap very slowly.

Every post of contact Drains the target of 5/10/15/20/25 chakra, with half this value being given to the user (Rounded up). The user can use this chakra to Either Add to their supply, or use it to Heal minor wounds to their person. (Cant heal Fatal wounds, or Broken/missing limbs)
• Denied: Any Bloodline User who look at, or Touch your skin or tattoo's will be forced to Deactivate their bloodline for 2 posts. This Debuff is reapplied for every post they remain looking at, or touching the skin or tattoo of the user.
• Your tattoo's are in effect, a Hidden weapon, able to call them forth to aid you in battle as you see fit.
• You can Counter Any bloodline user your encounter You can also choose to counter their clan. It varies from opponent to opponent.
• Sharingan Perception While the Sharingan is active, the wielder is able to see even the slightest movements made by their targets, making them near impossible to trick with a sleight of hands move; this includes being able to see chakra, even underground.
• Jutsu Mimicry While in battle, the Sharingan can let the wielder mimic a jutsu that was used in the previous post as long as the wielder may use that jutsu for an additional 50% chakra. The user may mimic a jutsu that is not of an element they possess, as long as it is below their rank, for double the chakra cost. Any jutsu mimiced lose 1 rank in power
• Jutsu Copying While observing a jutsu be performed, the Sharingan may copy the chakra patterns used to perform the jutsu, allowing the wielder to gain instant knowledge of how to perform the jutsu. In order to learn the jutsu, it must be a jutsu the user is normally able to perform, meaning only jutsu of their element, clan, or bloodline. Uchiha are able to copy one element outside of the ones they know, but it must be within the five main elements.
• Genjutsu Identification Due to the ability to see one's chakra flow, the wielder of the sharingan may see when one's flow is being disrupted by a genjutsu or tell when they themselves are under one, allowing them to break out of them easier.
• Genjutsu Genjutsu may now be cast using any part of the body as a substituted trigger instead of the original. Eye-based Genjutsu may also be used, but with an additional 20% chakra cost added to the original.
• Heightened Perception, Reaction and Reflexes
• IRRESISTIBLE GENJUTSU -- Not a single ninja in the guild can ever be fully immune to a Genjutsu user's genjutsu. Although they can be resistant, it's never the point where they'll be able to instantly recognize your genjutsu upon them.
• CHAKRA CONTROL -- Your field genjutsu (such as Bringer of Darkness) may be activated on targets you select. You can choose to not infiltrate the system of certain shinobi.
• Enemies of lower rank than you cannot Kai out of your genjutsu

On that final note, he opened his eyes, staring straight at Lillian with a murderous look on his face. He had a short temper already, and it was only getting worse with all this rebelliousness gathering in his office. In fact, he meant to have a meeting with the Shogunate about thirty minutes ago, and definitely needed something to hit about now. Not a good combination of events. "Everyone. Missions. Leave. Now."
