Nindo: I'll tend to the flame, you can worship the ashes Personality: Mano is a young boy filled to the brim with a sense of superiority and (his own kind of) honor. Never the type to let things go, he is steadfast in his loyalty to those who he believes share his beliefs. Stoic and stonefaced, if you shoved coal up his a**, Mano would poop a diamond in two weeks. He tends to hyper fixate on one or two things at a time. Merciless in his technique, and cold hearted in his execution, Mano is not a man to be messed with. Which, due to his lithe body betraying immense power, happens to him a lot, unfortunately for the guilty parties.

Biography: Mano Chiasa Raiu used to be a part of the main clan of Raiu, in the city of Zaishin. Filled with hate over the Seiryu clan and the yokai, he was in full support of the man whose actions casued the destruction of Seiryu castle. However, when Seizo started a war with the Shinobi World on behalf of the worthless Seiryu, Mano found his dedication starting to falter. And it wasn't until the new Shogun, Musunde, took over that Mano decided that Zaishin had truly lose its honors, and thus, the war. Splitting himself away from the Raiu Clan and from Zaishin in its whole, Mano rejected samurai life to travel on his own.

First Class: Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Brawler → Your taijutsu is just one side of your skill, as you are also versed in utilizing ninjutsu as well. Your Speed and Agility are enhanced by [+1] and you gain an additional [4] ninjutsu slots per rank. Once every other post all three of your actions in a post can be used for offensive taijutsu. Additionally, the user gains a keystone technique and two additional custom slots for taijutsu. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information.
Signature Style: Lightning Breath Style
Second Class: Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Battlefield Presence: → The user's powerful presence on the battlefield strikes terror into their foes. Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no action for that specific instance of kai. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Taijutsu – Taijutsu: Master of Many: The user sets out to learn all of their class's style available to them in their studies. The user gains access to an additional style every other rank [ D Rank, B Rank, S Rank ]
Third Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Bloodknight: → Your bloodline techniques possess greater power, allowing them to overwhelm techniques of the same rank and preventing them from succumbing to elemental weaknesses. You can cast bloodline techniques through one-handed seals. {The Overwhelming Trait does not apply to anything above S} In addition, Blood Knights are able to Korabo bloodline techniques at varying cool downs depending on the technique ranks for a single action. Modifiers: • Clan techniques can be performed with one-handed seals. • Requires Lightning Element. • The Raiton Techniques the user performs appear the same color as the user's chakra. • All primary members of the Hatake Clan are automatically contracted to the dogs/canine summons of Inusekai Park and are able to summon them once they learn the summoning technique. Must travel to Inusekai Park to become a sage. If you sign any other contract then you lose access to the dogs.
• Clan Members have a genetic affinity to the lightning element. • Clan members gain stat increases in the same manner as any standard Taijutsu or Bukijutsu. • Complex techniques performed gain the same bonuses as simple techniques. • Lightning based techniques may be used in the same manner as Mystic Hero allows. If the user is of Mystic Hero discipline, the user's Lightning/Buki Korabo is decreased to once every two posts. • Clan Members must have Lineage or loyalty to Zaishin upon creation. Loyalty may be shifted post creation.
Personal Attributes: ▱▰▱ Crashing Thunder | Augments all of the users bukijutsu, even those outside of the Raiu bloodline, with a basic amount of lightning chakra. By applying this chakra collisions result in a pressure wave similar to a thunderclap. For each rank of the technique, the pressure wave throws the opponent back five feet unless the Act of surface Walking is used at equal rank and potency to the user's parent technique.
▱▰▱ Ionic Blade | The user's bukijutsu Taijuts and basic combat weapon strikes may be made complex to add their lightning element to the attacks. This causes tiered paralysis on contact equal to the rank of the technique it is paired with.
▱▰▱ Stubborn Defiance: Because of Mano’s rejection of Samurai culture, they have learned how to fight without a sword. Raiu techniques can be used without a sword and is considered Taijutsu. In addition, any instance of a bloodline technique, ability, or PA utilizing ‘Bukijutsu’ can be applied to ‘Taijutsu'
▱▰▱ Genetic Palette | With intensive genetic therapy and strong blood, this character is able to possess more than one transplant. This allows the character up to two transplants total, of any of the three categories.
▱▰▱ Loyalist's Devotion | Upon creation of the character, the user may select a Village, Group, Organization, Person, or other affiliation and swear fealty. This may not be changed once declared. Any missions done in service to that selected group yields an additional 50% Ryo and EXP. If a person is selected, the user's defensive techniques are treated as overwhelming when defending them. ▱▰▱ Supersonic | The user receives an extra 200 to their Sonic chakra reserves. The user is able to break the sound barrier while using Sonic techniques causing a concussive chakra blast that is [2] ranks lower than the sonic technique used (minimum of D-Rank) and the deafness status is inflicted. This blast costs no combat action or resource and can only happen once per post.
▱▰▱ Hatake's Fury | Bloodline and Raiton techniques have their chakra cost reduced by five per rank of the technique and gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu slots per body rank for raiton techniques. Additionally, the Hatake can now use their Raiton based techniques with single handed seals.
▱▰▱ Fanatic Devotion | When defending a member of the group picked by Loyalist's Devotion in combat, Mano's defensive technique used to protect any member is granted Overwhelming up to S rank (The Prophets)

▰ Earth Military Movement Technique [ Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu ] | Rank E The user sinks into the earth and is able to move up to ten foot distances while underground. This technique requires an upkeep cost of five chakra per post to continue this movement under the earth.
▰ Swift Earth [ Tsuchi Tou Tou ] | Rank X The user slams their hands on the earth below them. Doing so causes the earth to move as a conveyor belt measuring five feet and ten feet in length per rank of the technique, doubling at S and S+ Ranks. Advancing upon the user during this time negates all stat bonuses to speed and agility while upon the technique's surface.
▰ Rock Hill Creation [ Sekkai Saka ] | Rank X With a simple stomp of their foot the user creates a steep slope that measures ten feet in height at it's lowest level and increases it's height by ten feet per rank until S Rank where it doubles it's size to one hundred feet.
▰ Stone Shuriken Skill [ Doton Shuriken no Jutsu ] | Rank D The user forms the required hand sign which causes the dirt around them to rise and mold into up to four shuriken. These shuriken all require D Rank Techniques to destroy and have no duration. These shuriken do not freely levitate around the user without use of another technique.
▰ Mud Interceptor [ Geigeki No Doro ] | Rank D The user forms the required hand sign, causing the before them to spew up to four balls of mud that impact targets, throwing them back twenty feet upon impact while coating them in mud. This coating of mud hardens quickly, reducing their agility and speed by [1] for the next four posts.
▰ Dust Clone Technique [ Koujin Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank D Forming the required hand signs, the user forms a clone of themselves composed of dirt and debris from the surrounding area. This clone remains active up to three posts and is destroyed by technique of it's rank and potency or higher. Upon destruction, the clone releases a concussive blast of dust and debris in all directions spanning twenty feet wide, inflicting tier one blindness to those within range.
▰ Mud Moat [ Gou no Doro ] | Rank D The claps their hands together as the ground surrounding them twenty feet in all directions is transformed into a ten foot deep mud pit, leaving them standing upon the single solid bit of land. The mud begins to harden after four posts, making it easily traveled over. Until this occurs, the walking on water technique must be used to travel within the area effected.
▰ Double Suicide Decapitation Technique [ Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu ] | Rank D While beneath the earth using another technique the user reaches up and grasps a target with both hands by the target's ankles. The user then pulls the target beneath the earth up to their necks. This causes tier one petrification to the areas beneath the ground.
▰ Ground Shaking Technique [ Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu ] | Rank D The user slams their open hand into the ground, sending chakra outward in order to cause tremors within a twenty foot range from all sides of the user. As the ground shakes about, the target is denied all reflexive bonuses within it's range and required to activate the Act of Surface Walking in order to retain their balance.
▰ Rock Bump [ Iwane Banpu ] | Rank D The user forms the required hand signs, forming and launching a rock by throwing it at the earth near a target within twenty feet. Upon impact with the ground, the earth within ten feet of the stone's location blasts upward, slamming the user with a five foot pillar of earth that stuns the target, costing them an offensive activation their following post if successful and causing light bruising upon impact.
▰ Earth Tremor Sense Technique [ Jihibiki Kansei no Jutsu ] | Rank C The user touches the ground with the desired hand, allowing them to sense vibrations within the topic and a targeted topic within the subforum they currently reside in. If sensor class, the target may sense all movement within the subforum.
▰ Earth Mound Creation [ Tsuka no Tsuchi Souzou ] | Rank C The user slams their palm on the ground which causes the earth to rise up in a thirty foot mount that gradually slopes upward beneath the user. This mound is able to absorb any water from techniques up to C Rank potency. Once done, this technique turns to mud.
▰ Underground Fish Projection [ Dochuu Eigyo ] | Rank C | Augment A supplementary technique that augments the user of techniques that allow the user to sink into the earth. By paying the cost of this technique alongside the activation of a parent technique, the user is able to freely move beneath the earth and breathe without restriction. This ability requires an upkeep of twenty chakra every three posts.
▰ Ant-Lion Technique [ Arijigoku no Jutsu ] | Rank C-S+ The user forms the required hand signs, causing a sink hole to appear at the user's desired location within the topic, measuring fifteen feet wide at it's lowest rank and expanding five feet per additional rank. At it's lowest rank, a thirty foot area to each side of the sink hole begins to draw in towards the center, drawing targets to their doom as they are buried, the pit measuring as deep as it's width. Those trapped within the sink hole require chakra one rank above the technique's executed rank to escape it's hold. Utilization of the Act of Surface Walking is impossible upon this surface.
▰ Mud River [ Doryuu Taiga ] | Rank C In this common stone jutsu, the user converts part of the ground that they and their opponent are standing on into a raging avalanche of mud and earth. The opponent, if caught, quickly loses their standing and starts sliding wherever the mud river takes them. This technique requires a single hand seal to use, and may be continued for half its standard cost, rounded up if not a whole number, per post.
▰ Stone Avalanche [ Iwa Nadare ] | Rank C A technique designed to augment the Act of Tree Climbing. The user applies the chakra cost of this technique to the parent technique when scaling walls for no activation. While running along the rock formation the user is able to scatter a barrage of thirty boulders that are one foot in size a piece, falling to the earth below. Defending these boulders requires a cost equal to this technique's rank, even if defending only a single boulder.
▰ Ground Shock Wave Technique [ Rikujou Shougekiha no Jutsu ] | Augment | Learned as C An upgrade of Ground Shaking Technique [ Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu ], this technique unleashes larger amounts of chakra into the ground to cause a more violent shock wave. The force of the wave is enough to knock a few opponents down and perhaps even toss them [30] feet. This technique is activated by simply landing on the ground. As an upgrade of Ground Shock Wave Technique, this technique takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. -Requires knowing Ground Shaking Technique [ Rikujou Douyou no Jutsu ]
▰ Explosive Stone Body Replacement [ Bakuyaku Iwa Kawarimi ] | Rank C A supplementary technique that has it's cost paid alongside the user of the substitution technique. The user substitutes with a boulder that is up to ten feet in width. Upon switching with the user, the boulder detonates, exploding and sending broken stones and shards of minerals out with concussive force thirty feet in every direction. These stones and shards bruise and shred anyone within it's range, requiring two activations to defend against it.
▰ Earth Release Shell [ Doton Kaigara ] | Rank B The user forms the required hand signs, causing a dome to rise up just large enough to surround them that is three feet in thickness. This dome protects the user from attacks one every side up to A Rank potency.
▰ Ten Thousand Ri Earth Style Wall [ Banri Doryuuheki ] | Rank B The user forms the required hand signs and expel mud that quickly hardens into a stone wall formation that stands twenty feet tall and forty feet wide. This technique requires techniques one rank above it to break through. When Korabo'd with this technique from another user, even shadow clones, this technique triples it's size for each participant.
▰ Rock Avalanche Technique [ Dosekiryuu no Jutsu ] | Augment | Learned as B A powerful technique, the user molds their chakra to cause an avalanche off the side of a mountain, destroying everything in its path. Obviously, the user must be near the side of a mountain or a cliff face, either natural or created by another Doton jutsu. There is also a chance that the user gets caught in the avalanche as well. Requires several hand seals to perform, a large grouping of rocks will fall, dislodging those underneath, until ground level is reached. - Requires knowing Iwa Nadare [Stone Avalanche]
▰ Earth Style Rampart [ Doryuu Jouheki ] | Rank B The user forms a series of required hand signs, creating a stone formation of forty feet and can take any basic form the user desires while standing upon it. The user may utilize two activations to double the size of the technique for no additional chakra cost.
▰ Earth Style Wall [ Doryuu Heki ] | Augment | Learned as B After the shinobi performs the necessary hand seals, they spew a line of mud onto the ground from their mouth. The mud then grows into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attacks. The wall is thirty feet tall, eighty feet wide, and is a permanent structure unless destroyed. This wall blocks up to S-Rank suiton techniques and up to A-Rank techniques. This is a mud-based version of Earth Style Rampart [ Doryuu Jouheki ] and takes the same slot as the original. Either version can be used. The mud is very slick, making the wall hard to climb.
▰ Pulsating Earth [ Chikyuu no Myakuhaku ] | Rank B The user places their hand upon the ground and send strange pulses of chakra into the earth within forty feet of the user in all directions. Those in contact with the effected earth are unable to mold chakra without paying an additional rank per technique for the next two posts. Should contact with the earth continue, they find themselves losing consciousness and stay out for up to three posts without assistance.
▰ Earth Style Split [ Doryuu Katsu ] | Rank B The shinobi performs the necessary hand seals, then places their hand to the ground. The ground rumbles and splits in half to reveal a forty foot long divide in the earth that measures thirty feet deep. The fissure remains open until the user removes their hand from the ground, then closes and swallows the target, crushing them. Foes trapped beneath the fissure have their entire bodies crushed, suffering tier three suffocation upon the first post and their four upon the third if not escaped.
▰ Earth Dragon Projectile [ Doryuudan ] | Rank B The shinobi performs the necessary hand seals which forms an oriental styled dragon composed of mud from the ground. This dragon measures forty feet in length. This dragon carries a significant amount of momentum and will knock back a target twenty feet on impact. The dragon can perform basic combat biting techniques with an equivalent chakra cost paid by the caster. A D-Rank amount of chakra is used per post in upkeep if the dragon is sustained. Up to three additional doton techniques can be cast through the dragon as its "breath" for one rank less in cost.
▰ Stone Guard Creation [ Sekkai Keibou ] | Rank B The user forms the required hand signs, creating eight soldiers standing approximately ten feet in height. Each soldier appear almost statuesque, equipped with any tier weapon the user desires to each of them individually. Each head of the creations may appear beastly or human. These creations share their activation count with the user and must remain within forty feet of their creator to remain active. Each guard is able to withstand up to a B Rank amount of damage without breaking and can be repaired passively for a C Rank amount of chakra. Each post of this technique requires an upkeep cost of twenty chakra.
▰ Earth Holding Technique [ Tsuchi Shouaku no Jutsu ] | Rank B The user forms the required hand signs, causing hands formed of the earth to rise up and grab the target by their legs. To break free of this grasp, the target must combat the action with a technique of A rank or higher. For evasive purposes, this technique is considered C Rank. The target is submerged within the earth, causing tier three suffocation upon the first post. If the user is below ground after three posts they suffer tier four suffocation.
▰ Volcanic Earth Clone Skill [ Karyoku Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank B The user forms the required hand sign, forming a clone that requires the user have access to the fire element as well. The earth around the targeted area molds into a perfect replica of the user. This clone can withstand up to A Rank damage without dissipating and is treated as a Shadow Clone with it's offensive and defensive capabilities as well as activation, drawing resources for it's techniques from the user. Upon contact with this clone, the target will simultaneously begin to suffer petrification, burning and burns at tier two.
▰ Rock Clone Technique [ Sekkai Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank B The user forms the required hand sign. The earth around the targeted area molds into a perfect replica of the user. This clone can withstand up to S Rank damage without dissipating and is treated as a Shadow Clone with it's offensive and defensive capabilities as well as activation, drawing resources for it's techniques from the user. Upon contact with this clone, the target will suffer tier three petrification.
▰ Swamp of the Underworld [ Yomi Numa ] | Rank A After forming the required string of hand signs, a vast swamp forms that covers up to a fifty foot area the user targets. Trapped enemies find it hard to move through the thick goop that comprises the surface, reducing anyone within the swamps agility and speed by [2]. The sludge of the swamp negates the Water Walking jutsu within its bounds, and persists for five of the user's posts. By paying an S+ amount of chakra, the user can morph an entire topic into a swamp.
▰ Earth and Stone Dragon [ Dosekiryuu ] | Rank A An advanced variant of the Earth Dragon Projectile. The shinobi performs the necessary hand seals which forms an oriental styled dragon composed of mud from the ground. This dragon measures fifty feet in length. This dragon carries a significant amount of momentum and will knock back a target forty feet on impact, it's hardened body shattering bones and causing hemorrhaging, requiring medical treatment within four posts if unblocked. The dragon can perform basic combat biting techniques with an equivalent chakra cost paid by the caster. An upkeep cost of twenty chakra is used per post in upkeep if the dragon is sustained. Up to three additional doton techniques can be cast through the dragon as its "breath" for one rank less in cost while the dragon is treated as a shadow clone for it's activations. This dragon can endure S Ranked techniques without being destroyed.
▰ Earth Dragon God Blast [ Shindoryuudan no Jutsu ] | Rank A Another advanced variant of the Earth Dragon Technique. The user stomps their foot, using the chakra pushed into the earth to reach deep into the earth and draw molten minerals from below to form a fifty foot dragon's neck with a ten foot head atop it. ▰ Burning Ash Accumulation [ Haisekishou ] | Rank Null Burning Ash Accumulation is a variant of the Nenshou Ha techniques. Rather than use typical blinding ash the user can replace said cinders with explosive ash by increasing the rank of the Nenshou technique being augmented. The user then either clicks their teeth together or snaps their fingers, igniting the ash within. This snapping or clicking action can be done within the duration of the ash's four posts without paying an activation cost. Doing so ends the blindness effect of the ash but applies tier three burns to those who are effected by it, the concussive force causing small bone fractures and deep bruising. The user is not immune to this explosive force and should remain outside the ash for it.
▰ Oil Fireball [ Abura Endan ] | Rank X A technique where the creates oil within their mouth with their chakra while expelling a fireball technique that mixes with the oil as it burst to life. Utilizing this technique costs no activation but must match the parent fireball's chakra. The fireball technique this is combined with cannot be affected by water based techniques that are less than two ranks higher than the user's technique.
▰ Flame Sphere Technique [ Kyuuka no Jutsu ] | Rank X The user forms the required hand signs and releases a sphere of flames that surround the user's body. If used to flee a combat situation, the technique releases a twenty foot wave of flames and allows the user to escape to the next topic.

For each post this is done, the user is required to pay an upkeep of ten chakra per post. Posts following the original post do not consume an activation for this technique. Opponents caught by the flames are engulfed, causing tier two burns and burning.
▰ Fireproof Technique [ Taika no Jutsu ] | Rank C | Passive After learning the Fire Resistance Technique, the user's mastery over self protection from their own element has become more refined. By passively circulating chakra over their skin, they are able to negate burns upon their own body. Additionally, the user is able to increase the chakra circulating their body to match the rank and potency of a fire based technique directly impacting them in order to nullify that technique. This can be done for no activation cost once every three posts.
▰ Aerial Explosion Technique [ Kita no Jutsu ] | Rank C Releases the same combustible composition in the [Bed of Fire] technique, this Jutsu releases is as a gas into the air. This is an odorless, colorless gas that can be ignited with any spark or flame. This gas will rapidly ignite, causing it to expand and create a strong wind in all directions. The outer gas is shot out, and ignites when it has expanded at a range of around 20 feet. When the cinders are emitted they are emitted in a burning cloud that spans thirty feet. These burning ashen cinders if entered inflicts Tier 2 Blindness so long as the target remains in the cloud and remains active for three posts. The user is immune to the blinding effects. Additionally, fuuton techniques must be B Rank or higher to dispel the ash.
▰ Great Fireball Technique [ Gōkakyū no Jutsu ] | Rank C After forming the necessary handsigns the user inhales, holding their handsign at their lips before releasing a fireball measuring ten feet in size. This fireball travels up to thirty feet or until impacting a target. Upon impact, the fireball explodes, causing tier two burning and burns to those within a thirty foot radius.
▰ Mythical Fire Flower Technique [ Housenka no Jutsu ] | Rank C The user performs the necessary hand seals and then releases a small two foot fireball. When ignited, the oil covered surface area suffers burning at tier two potency. Those caught in the fire have the status transferred to them for the duration of it's length as well as tier two burns applied.
▰ Dragon Fire Technique [ Ryuuka no Jutsu ] | Rank C A technique with two variants. The first of which requires it to be used in combination with a Basic Combat Art or other technique that snares the target with steel wire. ▰ Crimson Earth Spider [ Benjigumo ] | Rank B The user expels flames from their mouth that take the shape of spiders in quantities that vary on the number produced. A single spider can be created at the rank of the technique and each time the number is increased in multiples of two, creating eight spiders at maximum, each having E Rank potency. These spiders have sentience and seek to attack any target the user wills within the topic. If a target is bitten by the spider, they suffer tier three burns upon contact. This technique demonstrates the finest of chakra control in it's manipulation of resources.
▰ Shatter Force Technique [ Kudakasei no Jutsu ] | Rank A Mastery of the technique Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu has developed this technique. Manifesting their chakra in the form of flames that dance around a ten foot area surrounding the user and then are focused into a small baseball sized red orb with a white core that radiates with intense heat. The user then slams the orb into the earth, triggering an intense explosion of heat that does not create flames, but a wave of heat. Those within twenty feet of the user feel the most impact of the technique while the ground craters and crumbles, taking a concussive wave of force that causes tier four burns, deafening them and causing tier one blindness from the light emitted as they are blown away, suffering rib fractures in the process. Those between twenty and fifty feet from the impact will suffer tier three burns and tier one dehydration as water based techniques and bodies of water within range are evaporated that are B Rank or lower.

▰ Great Fireball Shower Technique [ Gōka Hitoame no Jutsu ] | Rank S The user expels a mighty flame from their mouth, directing their aim to the skies as seven ten foot fireballs manifest up to fifty feet in the air. These fireballs hail down upon the field, carrying a concussive blast of force behind each impact that cause tier four burns and a field that ignites for the same tier measuring fifty feet each. This technique can alternatively be used at S+ Rank to produce fourteen fireballs and their sizes and burning radius are doubled. If the user desires, this technique can be upkept the following post for both offensive activations but consumes half it's original cost in chakra. Both ranks of this technique are infamous for evaporating bodies of water containing less chakra than it within the range of it's burning.
▰ Fierce Flame Fist [ Moushou Kaseiken ] | Rank S The pinnacle variant of the Flame Fist Technique. The user expels chakra from their entire body, cloaking themselves in flames that gives them a devilish and fearsome appearance while granting a [2] point increase in strength. Physical impact between the user and any target creates a large explosion of flames that bursts rapidly over a ten foot area while inflicting tier three burns. Additionally, the user's melee strikes are given additional knock back for five feet per rank of the parent technique upon impact. Genjutsu class ninja using this technique inflict tier one insanity on targets who witness this form. This technique has an upkeep cost of forty chakra per post.
▰ Fire Release: Great Flame Rasengan [ Katon: Gōen Rasengan ] | Rank S Requires the Maruton Rasengan Technique be known. The user gathers chakra within the palm of their hand, creating an orb of chakra that rotates rapidly beneath the surface of the orb which is roughly the size of a baseball. After doing so, the user exhales fire upon the sphere as it turns red in color and releases ambient flames from it's spiraling motions. The user is able to pay a C ranked upkeep in order to maintain this technique as long as needed to make physical contact. Upon contact, the orb rotates rapidly, applying a drill-like effect to the target, allowing it to shred through techniques, treating spiritual and ninjutsu techniques as one rank lower. Alternatively, this technique is used to cause a target to go flying upon contact, spinning in the direction of the orb's current. With the application of the flame element, this technique causes tier three burns to those directly contacted by the flame and degrades armor and weapons as though the collision occurred twice.
▰ Hellfire Gale [ Jigoku no Hi Kyōfū ] | Rank S A technique requiring the wind element in addition to the fire element. The user forms the required hand signs, creating six streams of flames that jettison out forty feet in a star shaped pattern surrounding the user. These flames cause tier three burns upon contact. After expelling the flames, the user manipulates the wind with an additional hand sign that causes the star shaped burst of flames to become a cyclone of flames that reaches one hundred feet in height with a forty foot base, expanding upwards as it rises. Targets caught within the burning cyclone have tier four burns applied. Both the star shaped burst and the cyclone require separate activations to evade, both at A Rank minimum.
▰ Extinguishing Curtain Field [ Keshimakuga Hara ] | Rank S A technique that requires the user have access to the Earth Element. The user forms the required hand signs, ending the string of signs by stomping their foot. Upon impact, the earth begins to crack at the user's feet and open up the earth that leads up to the target within one hundred feet. The earth opens up a fifty foot drop that is immediately ignited by intense flames that rise thirty feet above the crevice, causing tier four burning to those caught within it. If the target falls into the crevice, the user may form an additional hand sign and pay an additional C Ranked amount of chakra to slam the earth shut with the target ablaze.
▰ Blazing Clone Technique [ Homura Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank S Forming the required hand signs, creating a clone of themselves from any existing flame within one hundred feet.This Burning Clone mimics the user's current descriptives and has access to the user's entire technique set while withstanding damage accumulating it's rank in power and potency. When physical contact with this clone is made, the target suffers tier two burns. Additionally, upon destruction, the clone erupts and releases an explosion of flame that covers a one hundred foot area. This action causes tier four burning and burns.
▰ Jade Severe Gale Wind [ Suiranreppuu ] | Rank X (learned as B) After forming the need hand seals, the user infuses an item (normally a weapon) with fuuton chakra, subsequently allowing them to control its movement while it is away from their body. With this technique, the user can cause weapons to hover in the air and move in any direction. After it’s used, the ninja may alter the winds currents to allow for maximum cutting potential and thus allowing the blade to keep both strength and speed stats it would normally have while performing techniques. This however, comes at the cost of the user needing to pay the rank of the technique performed after these stats as the cost of this technique.

It's power being equal to that of the rank of this ability and may be done at any point during the thrown weapons trajectory.
▰ Wind Levitation: Current Control [ Kaze Bunshin: Denryū seigyo ] | Rank X (Learned as C) The users fine control over wind currents allow them to lift much heavier in exchange for more chakra output. Each increase in rank allows for fifty pounds heavier to be lifted and manipulated.
▰ Wind Levitation: Advanced Art [ Kaze Bunshin: Kōdona geijutsu ] | Passive Allows the user to no longer consume an extra activation when pairing this ability with [ Projectile Control ], and allowing both to be used in the same post for a single activation.
▰ Wind Levitation [ Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu ] | Rank E Utilizing fuuton chakra nature, the user is able to direct wind beneath an object in order to force it up off the ground and move/throw it in any direction. The effectiveness of this jutsu is dependent upon the weight of the object it is being used on. The weight limit for this technique is twenty pounds, and anything ten pounds or heavier takes a full post to lift and throw.
▰ Projectile Control Technique [ Tobidougu Soujuu no Jutsu ] | Rank E A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control, this technique allows the user to a direct thrown weapon while they still in flight without altering the original power behind the technique.
▰ Retrieving Wind Technique [ Toridashi Kaze no Jutsu ] | Rank E This technique utilizes wind to pull objects toward the user. After creating a small gust of fuuton chakra, the user manipulates it to pull nearby small objects towards them to either grab and use themselves or to combo into their own jutsu. This technique has a weight limit of five pounds.
▰ Wind Clone [ Kaze Bunshin ] | Rank E Nearly exactly like the academy variation technique except this one applies the wind chakra nature. Upon it’s creation a user may pair another wind element ninjutsu along with paying the cost for both, if they do then after it’s destruction the clone’s body will rupture and release the sealed technique. This sealed techqniue may not exceed up to C rank in strength.
▰ Wind Release: Vacuum Blade [ Fūton: Shinkūjin ] | Rank D The user exhales fuuton element chakra onto any held weapon, increasing its sharpness, range, and lethality by adding a gust of cutting wind to their weapon. This gust not only doubles the range of the weapon but is very hard for normal eyes to follow it’s exact length. Weapon attacks that follow it’s creation treat the opponent's agility as being [1] point lower for its duration. Lasts for [5] posts before an upkeep of E-Rank per post must be paid.
▰ Wind Explosion [ Kaze ] | Rank D The user gathers fuuton element chakra into a swirling ball that is invisible to any who cannot sense chakra. At any time after it’s creation, the ninjutsu may be thrown, and while it may deal no damage to opponents, the force of its explosions is easily enough to knock back a target fifty feet.
▰ Bursting Air Pockets [ Happa Shinkuutai ] | Rank D Focusing on the air around them, the user creates sudden bursts by compressing and decompressing small areas rapidly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, as its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. This technique is able to stop one attack activation from a previous post by disrupting the concentration needed to cast it. May only be created within a twenty-foot radius of the user and only at spots they are able to see.
▰ Decapitating Air Waves [ Zankuuha ] | Rank D Gathering chakra in their arms, the user releases any number of crescent shaped blasts of wind directly from the palms of their hands. While the total strength of the projectiles cannot exceed D rank in strength, each of the blades of wind are able to be controlled by the projectile control skill. Beware that the more airwaves created the more divided the chakra between them is.
▰ Wind Release: Instant Movement Technique [ Fuuton: Shunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank D Nearly exactly like the Maruton version of Shunshin no Jutsu, this iteration lifts the user into the air, allowing for flight over the same distance as the technique it's based on, as well as releases a small burst of air upon use that acts as back current preventing airborne poisons and wind release ninjutsu from impeding the users movements. Usable up to three times per battle, including the other versions of Shunshin.
▰ Wind Release Stream [ Kouryuu ] | Rank D A multi-function jutsu, the user releases a large gust of wind capable of either slowing their descent or changing their direction mid-air. It’s third and much more useful function however is its ability to blow up a large cloud of dust in the surrounding area. All those in the area are then forced to suffer from tier two blindness.
▰ Spinning Shield of Winds [ Kaze no Bouseki Tate ] | Rank D The user expels chakra from their hands, using their fuuton element to create a spinning shield. Instead of deflecting attacks, the shield reflects whatever was thrown at it back toward the enemy at the same speed it was fired. Only works on projectiles and ninjutsu of C-Rank and under. Last for three posts before the user must pay an E-Rank amount as an upkeep.
▰ Gale Wind Palm [ Reppuushou ] | Rank C After forming the needed hand seals, the user sends a strong gust of wind towards their target. The resulting gust is roughly palm-sized, and capable of severely injuring an unarmored foe. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon or ninjutsu, the wind can increase its power and deadliness, but where this jutsu truly shines is against any projectile, ninjutsu or otherwise. As long as their rank is lower the opponents attack may be overturned with this jutsu and forced back at them automatically being korabo’d with this jutsu. This technique requires both attack activations.
▰ Tornado Trap [ Tatsumaki Wana ] | Rank C The user creates a large tornado about ten feet high directly around their enemy, just wide enough to trap them but not enough that they can freely move without touching the technique. While trapped in the center of the tornado, the target remains unharmed by the winds. If the target attempts to escape the swirling winds push them back inside the center, making it impossible to leave without an equally strong effect pushing through. However, just as what’s inside cannot leave what is outside cannot enter; any attacks or projectiles its rank and below are simply deflected around the tornado by its winds and launched back at their creator at no cost, allowing the technique to be used in a defensive manner in a pinch. The tornado can be korabo'd with a katon technique to increase the fire technique's rank by [1] and scorch the prisoner alive. The tornado lasts for three posts only.
▰ Wind Riding [ Kaze Nori ] | Rank C The user forms balls of rapidly swirling air beneath their feet. These balls then act much like roller skates rapidly propelling the user along the ground gaining them a [1] point increase to speed and agility for the duration. Additionally, while in the air the user may use this jutsu to create a slow fall effect for themselves to prevent injury and can even readjust their direction while doing so.
▰ Cutting Whirlwind [ Kamaitachi ] | Rank C Creating a blast of Fuuton chakra the user launches a tornado at the target. If making contact with the target the tornado not only does its rank in damage but will also lift the target thirty feet into the air and leave them trapped in its winds for up to two posts. The winds may be overcome with same rank amount of chakra, however, targets will need to use some kind of slow fall or suffer broken legs when making contact with the ground. While trapped in the winds and for up to one post after the target suffers from the vertigo status.
▰ Great Breakthrough [ Daitoppa ] | Rank C After bringing a hand to their mouth, the user blows a large blast of wind while simultaneously using their chakra to greatly increase its oxygen count. The result is a highly flammable wind ninjutsu that, when paired a katon ninjutsu, gains a two-rank increase when used in a katon korabo instead of the normal one. Conversely, this jutsu also suffers a two-rank strength loss versus katon ninjutsu when used by itself. May only be korabo’d with up to a B ranked katon jutsu. When used with a katon technique this technique does not cost an activation to use.
▰ Explosion [ Bakuhatsu ] | Rank C The user gathers a large amount of wind into the lungs and expels a highly explosive three-foot-wide ball of wind. This wind forms a torpedo shape when launched and is nearly invisible and denies opponents their agility stat when attempting to dodge it.
▰ Wind Dragon Technique [ Furyuu no Jutsu ] | Rank C This technique creates a dragon formed from wind that can launch concussive blasts of wind. The dragon resembles a traditional Chinese dragon in shape but is made entirely out of wind. Once formed the creature is capable of flight and any physical attacks the creature makes are treated a wind element ninjutsu equal to the rank of the dragon. Lasts for three posts.
▰ Low Air Pressure Technique [ Teikiatsu no Jutsu ] | Rank C This technique forces the air pressure in a thirty by thirty-foot area to drop dramatically. This, in turn, raises the temperature in the area forcing enemies to sweat profusely and pay [20] stamina a post due to increased exhaustion and endurance is reduced by [1]. E-Rank upkeep must be paid per post or the technique is dispersed and normal temperature returns.
▰ High Air Pressure Technique [ Koukiatsu no Jutsu ] | Rank C This technique forces the air pressure in a thirty by thirty-foot area to rise dramatically. This, in turn, cools the temperature in the area forcing enemies to pay [20] chakra a post in order to stay warm and agility is reduced by [1]. E-Rank upkeep must be paid per post or the technique is dispersed and normal temperature returns.
▰ Extreme Decapitating Air Waves [ Zankyokukuuha ] | Rank C This technique is a variation of the Zankuuha and may occupy the same slot on your profile. Like the Zankuuha, the user sends out a large gust of air pressure from the palms of the hand, capable of destroying sturdy structures and large boulders.
▰ Flowing Wind Fist [ Furyuuchou Ken ] | Rank B A skill where the user gathers a great amount of wind chakra around their whole body. The wind flowing around the them is continually condensed and can be released at any time or held onto. Firing off a powerful, explosive bursts when released. While active, in addition to their normal effects, formless and taijutsu now release a blast of cutting futon chakra. This damage happens after the physical technique and breaks the normal ‘one activation per activation rule’. Meaning that for as many punches/kicks the user releases that many blasts of wind may be created. However, each of these blasts of wind must be paid for separately. (i.e. a taijutsu that throws three punches for one activation may launch up to three B ranked wind blasts per punch, but the total cost of this technique will then be [120] chakra). Lasts for four posts.
▰ Executioner's Air Waves [ Shikei shikkō hito no kūki no nami ] | Rank B During their creation the user may impart a dosage of a carried poison into their waves to be released on a successful hit. Because this jutsu changes the area effect of this poison to such a small area, when used this way the poison is released in gaseous form but is instead applied as if it were a liquid. (Meaning if you strike a target they are infected with it on that post). This also means however that on an unsuccessful hit the poison does not spread through the air and is dispersed.
▰ Assassin’s Rush [ Kyoushu no Tokkan ] | Rank B Expelling a great deal of chakra, the user forces a vast amount of wind out of their hands. This blast of wind has few effects: first, anything in the direction the technique is pointing is knocked over by the force of this technique, second, it propels the user extremely quickly in the opposite direction. During this movement user may make continual adjustments to their trajectory and can cover around one half-mile, thirdly the wind from this technique is completely silent and potentially allow for greater stealth in missions.
▰ Summoning: Execution Whirl [ Kuchiyose: Kirikiri no Mai ] | Rank B After a set of handseals the user creates a chakra construct, while this chakra creation may be anything the user desires it will most commonly appears as a weasel riding a long pole with a sickle blade at it’s end. Regardless of it’s appearance the summon gains a single activation and may unleash sweeping crescent shaped blades of wind at the target. While these blades are B ranked in strength the futon creation requires only a E ranked hit to disperse it.
▰ Wind Release: Maximum Cutting [ Fūton: Saidai katto ] | Rank B In addition to it's normal effects, while preforming any physical technique with the weapon the user may add in an extra B-Ranked worth of damage to their attacks that applies first in collisions at no cost to them. This effect may only trigger once a post.
▰ Wind Return [ Kazegaeshi ] | Rank X (learned as B) This technique is used to counter a projectile based attack launched against the user (chakra or otherwise). Utilizing air currents the user is able to redirect the attack and choose it’s new direction all by paying the same cost in chakra as the rank of the technique. If of the ninjutsu class and able to apply statuses to their attacks, then any attack directed this way Carrie's with it gusts of wind that apply vertigo to any that it hits for one post. The stage of this vertigo is dependent on the redirected technique.
▰ Violent Whirlwind [ Ressenpū ] | Rank B The user performs a simple hand seal and blows across it to produce a powerful stream of wind from their mouth. If this stream of winds lands, in addition to dealing it’s rank in damage the resulting attack is capable of lifting people or similarly-sized objects up into the air and preventing escape for a single activations worth of time and allowing for a follow up attack to find it’s mark. It is important to be noted that the opponent is by no means paralyzed and is capable of preforming ninjutsu to defend themselves. As with most techniques the body flicker is also able to escape this technique.
▰ Wind Clone: Stealth Bomb [ Kaze Bunshin: Suterusu bakudan ] | Rank B Allows the user to upgrade the strength of their created wind clone and increases the amount of sealable techniques up to S.
▰ Furious Wind Serpent [ Mōretsuna kaze no hebi ] | Rank B Allows the created wind dragon to cast wind ninjutsu up to B - Rank by drawing from the users chakra pool.
▰ Twin Furious Wind Serpent [ Tsuin mōretsuna hebi ] | Rank B (Passive) The user may create as up to two dragon for a single activation although the strength of this jutsu is divided equally among them for collision purposes. The created dragons are now passively able to korabo with themselves, the user, and any the user has trained with.
▰ Pressure Damage [ Atsugai ] | Rank B The user inhales, and then releases a massive projectile made of compressed Fuuton Chakra. When the projectile makes contact with anything, it explodes in to a swirling vortex of wind powerful enough to scatter gusts of wind in every direction in about a twenty by twenty-foot square. If the user wishes, they may hide a sub effect in the center of the jutsu that is released upon the wind blasts destruction. These effects may range from anything to poison to be spread though an airborne means, or to a katon or suiton jutsu that releases it’s effect upon impact. Jutsu that are placed within the wind shell are clearly visible as a small ball in the center and are increased by [1] rank in potency.
▰ Pressure Damage: Explosion [ Atsuryoku sonshō: Bakuhatsu ] | Rank B (Passive) The blast of wind created by the after effects is can now be automatically korabo'd with the 'seed' effect to either increase it's rank where applicable, or to give ranked damage to a usually non-ranked effect. (i.e. poison).
▰ Wind Creature Explosion [ Kaze Ikimono Bakuha ] | Rank B A deadly attack formed by modifying any wind created construct, clone or dragon as long as it is semi sentient and can act on it’s own. Upon its destruction, the wind that is used to create the construct suddenly explodes outwards with great force. The results can be deadly, especially to those around the clone, as only those with analytical doujutsu are capable of noticing the technique before its activation. In the case of multiple creations of a construct this jutsu may affect all copies that it is paid for. (i.e three clones require paying the chakra three times over for each). Because this technique releases the wind used to create the clone this effect also has the added potency of potentially disorienting the target. If used against an airborne target this wind explosion may cause vertigo based on the original techniques rank as opposed to this techniques rank for up to two posts.
▰ Kaze o shōhi suru [ Consuming Winds ] | Rank B As long as the attack deflected is within korabo range, when the user catches the opponents attack they may korabo one of their wind element ninjutsu with it before sending it back.
▰ Tornado Barrage [ Tatsumaki Rendan ] | Rank B An unusual jutsu as it does nothing the activation it is summoned, but still consumes an attack activation. Once preformed the user will use that activation to use their fuuton chakra to cause four large tornados to touch down onto the ground. Each of these four tornados, despite only having a B ranked amount of chakra for their creation, are all B ranked in strength. Once all four tornados are created the user may use one of their activations to direct them. Regardless of the amount of attack activations no more than two of these creations can assault a single target at any given time.
▰ Beast Wave: Gale Wind Palm [ Juha: Reppushou ] | Rank A Using their hand, or a bladed weapon, the user launches a sharp burst of wind Chakra from the tips of their fingers towards the target. After traveling more than thirty feet, or if the technique collides with an object, the burst of chakra explodes in a concussive blast.
▰ Beast Wave: Vacuum Wind Palm [ Bīsutou~ēbu: Bakyūmuu~indopāmu ] | Rank A Like other vacuum jutsu, this augment turns the wind palm technique into a vacuum one that creates suction loss of air at any area it makes contact with. If striking a target the user may interrupt their last action taken in a post. In the case of a collision this effect happens first, as it can negate any concentration required to sustain a jutsu, and will then collide with the target second.
▰ Beast Wave: Palm [ Juha: Shou ] | Rank A This augment is capable of splitting the blade of wind into as many as the user wishes (to A ranks maximum split of sixteen) and are launched towards an opponent. The user can control the path of these blades and because they are made of fuuton chakra, they are easily capable of cutting through objects and enemies in their path. All blades benefit from the previous vacuum effect if learned.
▰ Dragon’s Big Job [ Tatsu no Ooshigoto ] | Rank A This technique requires a fan to perform. The user swings their fan into the air, causing the sky to grow dark and stormy. The resulting clouds create a cutting tornado that drops down on top of both themselves and up to twenty other targets, lifting all into well over a hundred feet into the air to battle it out in the eye of this massive wind creation. If the opponent is not capable of the fuuton chakra nature or under the effects to [ Solo Flight ] will find maneuvering here to be almost impossible, causing vertigo for as long as enemies remain trapped in the winds. The walls of this super tornado are as sharp as any blade and deal A ranked damage to those knocked into them. The user who created the technique is also able launch any wind element ninjutsu from the walls of this tornado as well. Finally, while both parties are in the tornado the user is capable of both controlling and dispersing the tornado at any time, allowing one to readjust their arena as high, low, or in between as they want. Last for [10] posts.
▰ Wind Release: Wind Awakening [ Fūton: Kaze kakusei ] | Rank A An augment of the previous variation that expands on it's power. In addition to it's previous effects the user now gains the ability to preform an extra attack activation that immediately follows a physical based one with their sword. This effect does not use one of the users offensive activations in a post but is lost if the first technique fails, meaning you must be successful in your strike. Can trigger once a post and is equal in power to an A-Ranked ninjutsu.
▰ Wind Stream [ Kaze no nagare ] | Rank A The user forms a single hand seal and blows a continuous stream of wind that can blow event he largest opponents back. Because of the power of this technique combined with it's constant assault, it's power is often enough force to immobilize larger summons and severely damage, or potentially even destroy, unfortified structures. Bijuu sized living creatures are stricken with tier four paralysis while anything smaller is blown in the opposite direction a hundred feet and applies vertigo to the target for two posts.
▰ Solo Flight [ Tandokuhikou ] | Rank A This technique grants the user the ability of controlled flight, while flying the user is considered to be using an evasive technique and can outrun any ninjutsu it’s rank or lower than this technique. The flight effect from this technique lasts for five posts before an upkeep of half it’s chakra cost must be paid to keep the jutsu going. When used against [ Flower Scattering Dance ] it loses a rank’s worth in strength in it’s collision against it.
▰ Low Air Pressure: Sudden Drop [ Teikiatsu: Totsuzen no rakka ] | Rank A Greatly decreases the amount of air pressure in the area so much that the temperature begins to rise to obscene levels. Techniques that cause dehydration now apply one stage higher then their ranks would normally allow for.
▰ High Air Pressure: Sudden Rise [ Takai kūkiatsu: Totsuzen no jōshō ] | Rank A Greatly increases the amount of air pressure in the area so much that the temperature begins to drop dramatically. Techniques that cause frostbite now apply one stage higher then their ranks would normally allow for.
▰ Turbulence [ Fuon ] | Rank A The user creates a small airless pocket around a target enemy's head causing suffocation. Any movement from the target during this time will disrupt the jutsu meaning it is best to use on a target who is already unable to move. If held for at least three posts the victim is losses consciousness and placed into a permanent coma state until healed by a medic.
▰ Air Current Sense [ Kiryū kenchi ] | Rank A The user spreads their Fuuton chakra throughout the air around allowing them to sense subtle changes in it's pattern. This affords a psuedo-form of sensing any attacks that could disturb this aura in a fifteen foot circle around themselves. Unlike sensory jutsu this effect is crude and relies on physical disturbances and not a form of chakra sensing, which leaves it weaker than it's derivative techniques. Lasts for four posts.
▰ Supporting Flight [ Sapōto-bin ] | Rank A (Passive) Allows the user to cast [ Solo Flight ] technique on up to two target individuals (the user and another they choose) per a single activation.
▰ Solo Flight: Gale Skating [ Tandokuhikou: Geirusukēto ] | Rank A (Passive) With a finer control over the air currents the user may opt to use this techqniue to grant them a more powerful dodge effect. While this ability still costs a A rank amount of chakra to allow for flight, it is during this flight that the user may spend any amount of chakra to dodge incoming attacks by paying their rank in chakra. This unnamed dodge effect may be used as far up to S+ in rank but the flight ability can no longer freely dodge those it's rank and below and instead requires a cost and defensive activation for it.
▰ Chaos Theory [ Ranmyaku Setsu ] | Rank A The user forms a series of hand seals and exhales a sideways wind vortex at a target. If captured in the initial part of the technique it becomes impossible to escape as the vortex spins the target around inside, causing disorientation and preventing concentration needed for techniques, with vertigo applied thereafter for three posts. Once traveling forward twenty feet the winds disperse leaving open cuts along the opponent’s body. Unless treated by a medic the blood from these collective wounds drains [15] stamina a post.
▰ Chaos Theory: Multiple Advancing Blades [ Ranmyaku Setsu: Fukusū no zenshin burēdo ] | Rank A Altering the technique just slightly with the chakra shaping manipulation, the user may create hundreds of thin blades of wind within the vortex. The purpose of which is to allow the user to forgo the damage of this technique to instead apply even more superficial cuts along the opponent’s body. Stamina after the technique ends is now increased to [40] stamina per post until healed by a medic. A use of the D ranked healing hands technique may cure the bleeding from all of these these wounds.
▰ Spiral Shuriken [ Rasen Shuriken ] | Rank S An advanced variant of the Rasengan that requires it's parent technique be mastered. The user applies their wind element to their perfect chakra molding, causing a high pitched noise to fill the topic, forming a spinning shuriken like pattern around the orb as they hold it in hand. The technique in hand measures approximately three feet at this point. The user then thrusts the orb into their target. The Rasen-Shuriken expands upon impact, canvasing a one hundred foot radius as it's impact throws the user safely out of it's reach just in time. Anything within the one hundred foot range of this detonation is shredded mercilessly as all within it's range also have their chakra networks severed, nullifying chakra manipulation for five posts in any contacted area while reducing the targets of eighty chakra. This technique ignores armor, berserker discipline and treats simple defenses as two ranks lower. This technique's shredding effects however are not lost on it's user, applying tier one paralysis on the arm it is executed with, increasing it's tier each time it is used without seeking medical treatment.
▰ Technique of the Three Calamities of Fire, Flood and Storm [ Sansai no Jutsu ] | Rank S Complicated in it’s creation the user will shot forward a gust of air, forming a tornado capable of taking on effects from another elemental chakra nature or a naturally occurring instance of them. If the user has the corresponding chakra nature then they may impart it upon the tornado’s creation, alternatively the user may also spend the chakra cost of an opposing technique in order to consume it within the tornado and grant it whatever element the absorbed technique had. This technique requires two attack activations but is treated as an S ranked attacked followed immediately after with another S ranked attack. When combined the tornado itself gains all the elemental weaknesses, strengths, and counterbalancing of both elements.
- Suiton: If the tornado hits a body of water a massive whirlpool-like tornado is sent towards the victim. When it hits the ground or target a large flood is sent forward capable of crushing or drowning those hit. - Katon: If the tornado hits a fire it picks up the flames and shoots forward towards the victim. If it hits the ground or target an explosion occurs, leaving a large fire in its wake. - Raiton: If the tornado absorbs electricity it turns gray, and lightning begins arcing across its surface. Once it impacts the ground or target the lightning discharges across a wide area.
▰ Giant Falcon Blast [ Kyojin Taka Bakuha ] | Rank S The user projects a great spiraling mass of wind from their body, forming it into a large falcon. This falcon has Bunshin-level intelligence and is capable of fighting on its own will by using wind element ninjutsu A rank and below that do not involve the creation of other wind constructs (Augments included). This technique can take damage totaling a rank lower than the amount of chakra used to create it before dissipating and any dodging attack the falcon takes must be done with the soft formless style. Lasts for ten posts.
▰ Twin Dragon of the Storm [ Arashi no tsuindoragon ] | Rank S Using their mastery of fuuton ninjutsu the user creates a massive hand hang of storm clouds in the area. Upon their creation the area surrounding the battlefield becomes so quiet that one would almost think that the build up of chakra was for nothing at all, while in reality they are in the eye of a hurricane. From the clouds descends a massive Chinese dragon made fully of wind. The brother of Kirin and twin dragon of the storm, unlike other fuuton jutsu this creation is not made of the users chakra but of the natural wind created by a F12 tornado. The dragon will then slam down onto the battlefield dealing it’s rank in damage to a massive two hundred by two-hundred-foot area.
▰ Brothers Great Destruction [ Kyōdai dai hakai ] | Rank S Becoming as one with the storm brothers with casting this parent jutsu the user may now korabo it with Kirin for a single attack activation. Additionally, when used against Kirin, instead of attacking each other the two meet in the sky as brothers. This secondary effect is treated as korabo with the opponents jutsu, that costs the user neither and activation nor an increased chakra cost. Instead the two dragons will ignite together in their refusal to attack one another and create a massive S+ explosion that is harmful to all in the area, user included.
▰ Giant Falcon: Bond of the Spirit [ Kyojin Taka: Rei no kizuna ] | Rank S (Passive) Using their fuuton chakra the user will create a bond with created Falcon spirit. For as long as it is in the air and flying the Falcon may benefit from the user’s agility stat for the purposes of dodging. However this close bond is now also a source of weakness for If either Falcon or ninja suffers from a status effect that would otherwise lower this agility stat, then both parties are affected. (i.e. if you are on the ground and get poisoned to lose [1] point of agility then your Falcon loses it as well. Abilities that hit both you drain double the amount of agility from you).
▰ Orb of the Storm [ Arashi no Kyuutai ] | Rank S This jutsu causes wind to spin and condense within the hand, forming an orb with various bumps on its surface and contains a powerful storm within it. The strength of this jutsu comes purely from the release, sending a powerful storm of wind out to the opponent, casting them back within its wake. May be either thrown and used in a similar manner to rasengan. If thrown the user may detonate it at any time along it’s path otherwise it will explode on first contact with any object. If used like rasengan the user will be thrown backwards out of it’s range of effects while the intended target will be consumed in hurricane, applying vertigo for two posts.
▰ Dragon’s Final Breath [ Doragon no saigo no iki ] | Rank S At any time during their tornado the user may end their technique early and for a brief moment in time create a free fall in which it is possible for the target to escape. The creation of momentarily weakness is well worth the effect as those unable to escape during this time are left unable to escape for it’s duration. During this free fall the user will usually position themselves above the target, though it may be done from any angle, and create a thin tornado around the target. Aside from an increased strength the difference between this and it’s original technique is that the wind becomes more like a tunnel shape that leaves the opponent no room to move without being lacerated by the vortex. In addition to this the target is left so rag dolled by the tornado that they become unable to respond to any follow attack made by the user. After which the tornado will disperse fully and leave the target catapulting to the ground. Escape effects used against this augment must equal it in rank or will fail before the wind tunnel forms.
▰ Water Sword [ Mizu no Yaiba ] | Rank E-B Creates a sharp sword made of solid water reinforced with water chakra in the user’s hand for a single-use. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size they want the sword to have, from a side sword to a massive two-hander. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to at most make simple cuts in flesh while at its strongest power can cleave a man in two. At E-Rank, the water blade is at the length of a Wakizashi and procedurally grows longer in length per rank invested in this technique: E-Wakizashi, D-Katana, C-Nodachi, B-Zanbanto. This technique holds the strength of a technique equal to the amount of chakra invested in it. The Water Sword dissipates after it is used in an attack [May persist if a sustain of two ranks below the initial chakra cost is paid]. E-Rank at a minimum in all cases.
▰ Water Gun: Spitfire { Mizudeppō no Jutsu Kushiyaki } | Rank E-C An augmented version of the Water Gun technique. Weakened is typically used for chortles or penetrating weaker techniques. ▰ Water Manipulation [ Mizu Soujuu ] | Rank E-X This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) An S+ jutsu always requires a water source, even if the shinobi in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of basic combat manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5]. Freely manipulated water in these cases are treated as though they were simple for interactions.
▰ Black Clouds Technique [ Kokuun no Jutsu ] | Rank D A black mist will emit from the body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto targets. The cloud is approximately twenty [10] feet across and is capable of soaking anyone under it in oil, including allies. Highly Flammable if the cloud is Korabo'd with a fire technique a resulting explosion one 1-rank higher than the fire technique used to ignite the clouds occur within the clouds ten-foot radius.
▰ Beach Crab [ Isonagi no Jutsu ] | Rank D A Jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If the victim expends one [1] rank higher than the technique in stamina, then the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. ▰ Breathing Underwater Technique [ Suimenka no Kisoku ] | Rank D Passive The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and requires no hand seals. This technique is passive in that it activates automatically when the shinobi's head is submerged underwater. However, it requires an upkeep of an E-Rank amount once active to continue past the first post - can be canceled at any time, and does not require an activation.
▰ Water Clone Technique [ Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank D Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly E-rank in strength. The water clone can perform one Suiton Jutsu that the user knows once. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

At the basic requirements, it gives protection against spiritual skills and advanced protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects. As well this armor can nullify some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it draws out small amounts of the user’s chakra over time. Capable of blocking Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques of up to B rank if simple, and C rank if complex. For an upkeep of E-Rank, the technique can be continued after the first post.
▰ Evil Windmill Water Shuriken [ Fuuma Mizu Shuriken ] | Rank C Instead of creating multiple smaller Shuriken made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shuriken made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The Shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water Shuriken and can easily parry other Kunai and Shuriken that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single Shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist Shinobi to create multiple Shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the Shuriken are hidden until they actually emerge from the water. [When standing atop a body of water. The user can spend an extra C-amount of chakra and activation to create an additional Water Shuriken that remains idle until activated. These Shuriken are launched from the water itself]
▰ Waterfall Basin Technique [ Takitsubo no Jutsu ] | Rank C The Shinobi will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water. When this technique is used in conjunction with Earth Style Doryuu Jouheki a large waterfall is formed. Without the earth technique, it only summons natural water from the ground. Creates an A-ranked amount of water. This water can be drawn from for additional techniques and lowers their cost by one rank.
▰ Water Chains Technique [ Suikusari no Jutsu ] | Rank C Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. Decreases speed by [2] for the duration of the technique. Technique lasts three [3] posts, or until the opponent breaks free, using a B-rank or higher amount of stamina.
▰ Water Prison Technique [ Suirou no Jutsu ] | Rank C This technique utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which cause the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a clone technique, the Shinobi can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. An imprisoned target suffers from the suffocation status and may drown.
▰ Water Reflection Clone Technique [ Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank C A Jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, capable of possessing Chakra equivalent to 1/3 the user's, and intelligence and physical abilities equivalent to two [2] ranks below the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow.
▰ Water Demon’s Appetite [ Mizu Oni Kuike ] | Rank C While the target is upon a body of water deep enough to submerge them the user forms the required hand signs, causing a formation of water that resembles a demon's head with razor sharp teeth to rise up and attempt to swallow them. Those swallowed by the being have their flesh shredded by the teeth of the demon as tier two suffocation is applied as well as tier two drench. If the target evades the attack, the user may hold this hand sign and apply an additional C rank amount of chakra to cause the demon's head to shoot a tongue that ensnares the target that is treated as B Rank for evasive purposes. If snared, the target is drawn back into the demon's head. This technique has an upkeep of five chakra per post.
▰ Water Pistol [ Mizuteppou ] | Rank C After forming the needed handseals, the user will emit a jet of water capable of slicing its target into many divisions. Collaboration greatly increases this technique's power. Strength of technique is increased one [1] rank for each additional shinobi korobo'd with the technique.
▰ Great Exploding Current [ Daibakuryuu no Jutsu ] | Rank B After performing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. Costs a B-Ranked amount of Chakra per human-sized entity. Does not deal damage but will without fail suck down a target below the water. A B-rank amount of stamina needed to resurface thereafter to compensate for the depth. Requires a deep water source. Applies suffocation status.
▰ Water Blade Barrage [ Mizu no Yaiba Rendan ] | Rank B A skill which can only be used when the opponent is underwater. Within the water, blades of water are created all around the opponent. As soon as they are created, they are sent from various sides in order to tear through the opponent, leaving terrible wounds upon their body. .If the target is underwater the stirke is treated as [1] rank higher to evade.
▰ Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death [ Sensatsu Suishou ] | Rank B The user will hold a single hand sign, and then gather water from existing bodies of water or molecules in the air in preparation. The water will then rise into the air, where it will take the form of long senbon needles. The senbon can be held stationary in the air for as long as the user sees fit until they are quickly launched. It should also be noted that the user may create any number of senbon, from one [1] to one thousand [1,000], using this technique. The strength of each individual senbon weakens as more are created, totaling B-rank in damage regardless of number.
▰ Water Encampment Wall [ Suijinheki ] | Rank B The Shinobi will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a forty-foot water barrier from incoming attacks. The barrier can repel Shinobi, as well as Ninjutsu A-Rank or below and up to S-Rank Katon. This water wall also has no weakness to earth.
▰ Bursting Water Collision Waves [ Baku Suishouha ] | Rank B Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of Jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves. This is a water creation technique, and produces enough water to fill a large pond. The water can be further manipulated through Formless Ninjutsu or other Suiton techniques.
▰ Water Replacement [ Mizu Kawarimi ] | Rank B The user can turn their body into water giving themselves an immunity to suiton, fuuton, and taijustu and bukijutsu techniques of up to B-rank. However, Doton techniques of two [2] ranks lower can harm the user. Katon can harm the user if of A-Rank or higher. The user may use their body as a source of water for Suiton techniques but the user is explicitly limited to Suiton techniques while in this state.
▰ Scalding Water Cannon Technique [ Sukēringu Suihou no Jutsu ] A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone. For an upkeep of D-Rank, the technique can be continued past the first post, for as long as the user can hold their breath. This technique may be treated as a combination of Katon and Suiton natures. If the user applies a D-Rank amount of katon chakra to the technique then Tier 3 burning is applied.
▰ Water Decapitation [ Mizu Funkei ] | Rank B A small jet of water powerful enough to cut off a limb. The jet’s strength gets weaker the farther away the target is, but at close ranges can continue after hitting its target. Technique becomes one [1] rank weaker for every ten [10] feet from the user. However is treated as [1] rank stronger within point blank range.
▰ Drilling Water Spears [ Doriru Suiyari no Jutsu ] | Rank B-X Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water come forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them, in the case of ninjutsu or deflect them high in the case of projectiles. Creates [5] large spears. The Chakra spent to create said spears is divided among them. Each can be controlled respectively to launch themselves linearly toward a target and disappearing on collision with a hard surface. After performing the technique the user can delay when the spears spawn until the following post.
▰ Water Fang Projectile [ Suigadan ] | Rank B The Shinobi does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill that shoots straight up from its origin up to [40] feeet. This technique is unaffected by the Earth Weakness. The Water Fang can cause a deep impalement wound through the target's body.
▰ Water Dragon Projectile Technique [ Suiryuudan no Jutsu ] | Rank B The Shinobi does a long string of hand seals which then causes a [40] foot column of water in the form of a dragon to strike their target. This dragon carries a significant amount of momentum and will knock back a target [20] feet on impact. The dragon can perform basic combat biting techniques with an equivalent chakra cost paid by the caster. A D-Rank amount of chakra is used per post in upkeep if the dragon is sustained. Up to three additional suiton techniques can be cast through the dragon as its "breath" for one rank less in cost.
▰ Water Gun { Mizudeppō no Jutsu } | Rank B A secret technique where one points their finger like finger guns. By concentrating water at the tip of the fingers a small highly penetrative projectile is produced. The user compresses a drop of water in their index finger, firing it with tremendous force and speed similar to a gunshot. Required for other {Water Gun Variations} {Requires no hand signs.} {Penetrates techniques of its rank or lower and does not defeat them in collisions unless of equivalent size}
▰ Multiple Windmill Water Shuriken [ Tajuu Fuuma Mizu Shuriken ] | Rank A Requires a water source at least the size of a small lake. Creates several hundreds of thousands of water shuriken which will surround and begin to fusillade a target. The technique can be sustained maintaining a double hand-seal for only half its cost there after and allowing a third offensive activation dedicated to [Multiple Windmill Water Shuriken].
▰ Water Body Clone Technique [ Mizuhada Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank A A powerful enhancement of the Water Reflection clone, this technique creates any number of full-powered water clones and does not require a body of water. These clones have are capable of possessing the full Chakra and Mental abilities of the user, as well as Physical ability. A solid hit will destroy the clone. Chakra pool is shared between all clones & the owner. Using a technique detracts from the available chakra to all involved, of course. ▰ Water Gun: Water Spirit Wave { Mizudeppō no Jutsu : Suireiha } | Rank A-S+ An augmented version of the Water Gun technique. By cupping both hands together and forming a thicker finger gun, the two points of concentration fuse to create a larger condensed projectile. This technique like the prior {Water Gun} does not defeat techniques in collisions but penetrates them. The firing of this technique will also cause a slight recoil in one's hands as if firing a magnum. Alternatively, by maintaining this cupped hand possession the user is granted a third offensive activation for use solely for any of the other water gun techniques. The penetrative power of this technique is often considered unrivaled.
▰ Toad Bullet [ Gama Teppou ] | Rank A A Self-Korabo technique which requires the wind element. Combining their inherent wind nature and the high pressures of water the technique fired is treated as both these respective elements capable of causing massive structural damage. The projectile is roughly about half the size of a boss summon. Requires B-Ranked Korabo Ninjutsu training.
▰ Water Gun: Twin Bullet { Mizudeppō no Jutsu : Sōtan } | Rank A An augmented version of the Water Gun technique. The user fires two projectiles from the fingertips of both their hands. These water bullets, however, do not penetrate and burst on impact causing severe concentrated concussive force at the impact point causing a target to reel additionally this impact variant allows the technique to defeat opposing techniques in collisions rather than penetrate them. These two shots can be made penetrative if desired as by learning this technique allows for the use of Two instances of {Water Gun} in the same activation.
▰ Water Gun: Sure Fire { Mizudeppō no Jutsu : Tashikana } | Rank S An augmented version of the Water Gun technique. By concentrating the chakra further in one's fingertip launches a single water bullet with an immense penetrative force which can travel up to 5 miles from the firing point.
▰ Great Typhoon Technique [ Idaina Kamikaze no Jutsu ] | Rank S A Jutsu which creates a huge cyclone turned on its side, which is sent toward the opponent or group of opponents. This technique creates its own massive body of water and is devastatingly powerful, both in the force with which it strikes and with its tendency to catch people and objects and slam them into other objects. It can easily rip large trees and masses of rock from the earth. The water that remains from the devastation can flood an entire topic with up to five feet of water.
▰ Water Collision Destruction [ Suishouha ] | Rank S Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a short while before draining into the sand {2 posts}. The depth of the water, once the wave has settled, is up to 10 feet.
▰ Depth Charge [ Shindo Futan ] | Rank S A lethal move when used correctly, the opponent must be underwater. After the opponent is fully submerged, the user channels a large amount of chakra into their hands, and using this chakra, creates a large burst of energy, compressing the water momentarily beneath themselves. Due to the non-compressive nature of water, this compression will disperse throughout the body, crushing anything unlucky enough to be near the source. This force can entirely crush even the strongest of opponents, and must be used carefully around wildlife, or it can destroy entire ecosystems. Creates a crushing force underwater about 100ft in size that sucks inward then erupts outward causing essentially an implosion
▰ Grudge Rain [ Uramiame ] | Rank S The user creates a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The high amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Requires four [4] or more people, using [50] chakra each post. Clones can be used. The flood drains [100] chakra from everyone trapped in it per post per user. The cloud can only be destroyed with Ninjutsu.
▰ Water Dragon Whip [ Suiryuuben ] | Rank S To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale the target up to [100] feet away so long as either visual or sensory contact can be maintained. For an upkeep of B-Rank, the technique can be continued past the first post. The sphere can be held in the air with one hand or created at a set point. For every whip that is created, the S-Rank chakra amount is halved.

She may seem hyperactive and irresponsible at first, but it’s just because she has a lot of energy and gets excited about doing things. She’s a quick study, usually preferring to read at her own pace than sit still and listen.

Biography: Mina lived in what would seem like a loving household. A caring dad that gave her what she wanted, and a mother that loved her to death. But her mother's love only came when surrounded by others. At home and alone Mina's mom continuously strung her daughters emotions along. Forcing her to constantly work harder and harder, while showing no sign of love or support or affection. She constantly told her she wasn't good enough and a disappointment, compared to her sister, Momoe. Mina was told that if she didn't measure up, no-one would see her as anything but a failure and a mess. Even going so far as to use the affection she showed in public as an ever hanging carrot over Mina's head: that maybe some day she'd be loved and it was her fault she wasn't.
Her father, however, loved her like a normal parent. But his job as a shinobi kept him away from home often, so he could never see the abuse Mina endured. As such he was the light of Mina's life growing up. Helping her learn to garden, calligraphy (fuuinjutsu), and even play sports with her. He made Mina happy, as his love was unconditional. Mina's mother only used this as further fuel for her fire, going so far as to "test" Mina with Genjutsu: various scenarios of her father dead, dying, or (arguably) more: rejecting Mina's love and abandoning her, too.
It wasn't until Mina was nine or ten did her father find out about the abuse and try to escape with his two daughters. Momoe fought against him and stayed with her mom, so all he managed to take was Mina. Using the Flying Thundr God technique, he managed to teleport his youngest daughter to safety, but not before he was killed right in front of Mina's eyes by her mother, who claimed Mina and Momoe belonged to her and her only.. When she was teleported, Mina found herself in the streets of Konoha and was taken in by a woman named Zakaki Takatuski.
Mina has long since repressed these memories, and thought for ages she had been an orphan due to the last war. She was "raised" by Zakaki with a loving and happy life, like any child deserved. In order to make her new mom proud of her, Mina joined the ranks of the Shinobi.

First Class: Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Battlefield Presence: → The user's powerful presence on the battlefield strikes terror into their foes. Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no action for that specific instance of kai. Signature Style: Mirror Image Art Second Class: Genjutsu ▱▰▱ Lasting Hypnosis → The user's genjutsu prowess has achieved a heightened level of potency and lingers for longer. The primary sense of any genjutsu that was released using Kai lingers for [1] additional post. This residual effect is minor because the manipulation of the target with the technique has ended. For example, a complete darkness sight genjutsu that was dispelled may leave the lingering feeling that the world is still a bit darker than it is in reality. If a genjutsu used a mental status effect then it will linger for [1] post longer at one level below what it was before at a minimum of level one. Originally level one mental status effects are too weak to linger. The base duration of your genjutsu are increased by [1] post at E-C, [2] at B-A, and [3] at S and above. Instance genjutsu are not affected by an increase of duration but instead cannot be dispelled by kai and only by pain. Genjutsu upkeep lessens by [5] Chakra per body rank and non-Instant are applied with overwhelming, requiring lingering genjutsu to use [1.5x] the resource to Kai. ▱▰▱ Taijutsu/Genjutsu: → Can choose to use the kai technique to release genjutsu with stamina instead of chakra at one rank higher. In addition, the user may pay the cost of a genjutsu at any time without casting it upon the opponent. The technique cast has a trigger of physical contact with the user applied. When contact with the user is made, the target will fall under the effects of the genjutsu. This is limited to two genjutsu simultaneously and genjutsu cannot be retained after combat ends.

This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally.
▱▰▱ Martial Magnetism | After establishing direct physical contact and using the Magnetizing Technique on an enemy, the magnetic attraction between the Jiton user and the enemy becomes so strong that the enemy's agility is reduced by [1] point per body rank of the user for a maximum reduction of [6] points at S+ rank. Physical contact can include using a melee weapon. You also learn [2] additional taijutsu or bukijutsu styles, one at D-Rank the other at B-Rank.
▱▰▱ Signature Explosion Style | The user gains access to one additional taijutsu slot and may choose one Taijutsu style as their signature style as though they were Taijutsu class. The custom techniques gained in this way must be used in conjunction with that style and the Ignition Release. If the user is already Taijutsu class they recieve the additional custom slots for their current signature style and those must be used for the combination of bloodline and style.
▱▰▱ Mysterious Circumstance: Gain use of the Fire Element
▱▰▱ Genetic Palette: With intensive genetic therapy and strong blood, this character is able to possess more than one transplant. This allows the character up to two transplants total, of any of the three categories.
▱▰▱ Wil-O'-Wisp: Mina's Katon and fire based ninjutsu can be used as a trigger for her Genjutsu.
▰▰▰ Seinaru Enjo Traits: • The user must have the fire element. • The user is able to add their active flame type to their fire based techniques. Doing so requires five additional chakra per rank of the technique affected. This chakra spent counts towards a techniques strength during clashes. • Clan techniques are effected by water techniques as normal Katon would be. • User learns an additional Katon technique per body rank. • The user's fire based techniques may be the same color as their chakra.
▰▰▰ Seinaru Enjo Bloodline Sage Mode: The Seinaru clan has a deeper connection to nature's flames and has access to Nature Chakra. They can gather 150 nature chakra per post if they meditate. This results in a natural specialized sage mode granted through five posts of training at B body rank. The amount of Nature Chakra they can maintain/gather is equal to 1/5 of their combined maximum chakra and stamina. Once activated, the sage mode can be maintained for 10 posts. After which, to reenter the user must have fully replenished their nature chakra. Fire based techniques overwhelm if not already possessing the property. If overwhelming is possessed, the techniques are treated as one rank higher. The class stat cap of the user is increased by [2] points. Sage mode will increase all stats to reach this cap. This sage mode follows its own rules, and gives the user three custom slots to use for clan techniques. Incompatible with another sage mode simultaneously.
▰▰▰ Flame Types: Note: These are not bloodline attributes and are automatically obtained if the requirements are met. • Flames of Strength | This flame burns hotter than other traditional flames. The user's flames have the ability to create concussive blasts that either throw targets five feet per rank of the technique or can propel the user five feet per rank of the technique. • Flames of Entropy | This flame has the ability to deteriorate certain objects and materials it interacts with, causing them to crumble away while not actually burning targets. Ninjutsu lesser in rank and chakra composition than the user's effected technique are disintegrated and allow for the flames to continue by paying an additional difference between techniques to retain strength. Objects which include weapons and armor not containing chakra may be disintegrated by flames equal to that weapon's rank. • Flames of Conductivity | The user's flame techniques gain the ability to 'conduct' through one successfully stricken target and strike at another target for no extra cost by lowering the technique's strength by one rank. Alternatively, the flame can be enhanced with an activation and paying the difference in ranks for the technique to remain the same strength.
▰▰▰ Ignition Traits: • Requires the Fire Element. • The user may convert 5 fire ninjutsu per body rank to bloodline techniques, removing their consumption of ninjutsu slots. • Ignition Release is the official name of this kekkei genkai. While it does fit under Bakuton as a category (formerly physical method), users rely on the katon element to utilize it and thus do not have access to the doton-based Explosive Clay Art version without an implant. The opposite is also true. • The explosions created by the Ignition Release are inert against their own body, meaning the user is not directly harmed by them, nor are they subject to being blown back by them unless specified by the user during the technique's execution. • Any Taijutsu or Bukijutsu styles learned grant an additional 1 point to spend for a total of 3 stat points per style. • The user's fire based techniques are highly pressurized, doubling in size and range while adding a knock back effect of five feet per rank of the parent technique. If the parent technique already produces a knock back effect the user's fire technique gives a knock back of ten feet per rank.
▰▰▰ Jiton Traits: • Jiton users have Doton [ Earth ] and Raiton [ Lightning ] as chakra elements. • Jiton users learn 1 extra Doton [ Earth ] and Raiton [ Lightning ] ninjutsu per post. • Jiton users can manipulate all forms of earthen metal, not just ferromagnetic ones, including gold. • Sand made from earthen material and techniques based upon it can be manipulated by simple somatic gestures but take just as much time to form as would handseals. • JIton users can freely convert the earth and their Doton techniques into any magnetic material that they can control for [5] chakra and no action cost. • It is common, although not required, for jiton users to carry iron sand in gourds or even make clothing out of it. • Iron sand can be freely sculpted into weaponry or defenses using chakra without a specific technique. Any amount of chakra that the Jiton user has access to can be applied to iron sand while shaping it. Doing so consumes a combat action. • Iron sand techniques can be korabo'd by an ally or the host with Shukaku's techniques to increase the power of the demon's attacks by [1] rank. The iron sand can even take the place of Shukaku's sand.
▰▰▰ Jiton Abilities: Note: These are not bloodline attributes and are automatically obtained if the requirements are met. • Deconstruction | While the Magnetic Manipulation technique is active, basic metal items like kunai and shuriken from an enemy can be broken down into iron sand for an E-Rank amount of chakra. Armor, shields, weapons, and puppets can be broken down into iron sand for an equivalent amount of chakra. For example, an S-Rank amount of chakra for heavy armor, A-Rank for a large shield, S-Rank for a legendary weapon, S+ Rank for a tier four puppet, etc. Deconstruction requires an offensive action. However, the opponent may expend the same amount of chakra and a defensive action to protect the metal item against the deconstruction. In addition, after the battle is over the enemy may expend the same amount of chakra to restore their custom item. • I've Got No Strings | Jiton users of the puppeteer class are able to completely manipulate their puppets with the Magnetic Manipulation technique. They are even able to transfer their chakra into chakra-based mechanisms using their magnetic field, forgoing the necessity of chakra threads entirely. • Iron Maiden | Puppeteers of this clan are renowned for their ability to engineer powerful metal mechanisms. As a result, they receive [1] extra unique custom metal-based mechanism per marionette that does not count toward their mechanism limit. • War Gears | Using magnetic chakra, puppeteer Jiton users can expend an extra amount of chakra depending on the tier of the puppet to increase the resiliency of their metal mechanisms in a collision. D-Rank for tier one, C-Rank for tier two, B-Rank for tier three, and S-Rank for tier four. When this chakra is applied before the collision post, a one rank higher technique is required to destroy the mechanisms. This ability has a 5 post cooldown.

Biography: Dokai started as an orphan, abandoned on the streets of Tanigakure. As she learned to fend for herself, her own desire to become stronger put her in the face of her would be mentor and would-be adoptive father: Kenichi Shinoda. Dokai would spend her life, then, as a lieutenant of the Shinoda family Yakuza, until they were all massacred by a rival gang except for her. Having gotten her revenge, Dokai now works as a Shinobi for Tanigakure, under the invitation of Usagi, with her own adoptive son Rori.

Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no action for that specific instance of kai. Second Class: Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Berserker → Your external training and devotion to taijutsu has allowed you to have a [+1] stat increases to Strength and Endurance. Your hardened body naturally is as protective as Heavy Tier armor without its drawbacks. Degradation of the user's natural defenses applies in the same manner as armor. Once depleted, any damage the user takes, no matter the rank of damage applied increases the user's strength and speed by 1 stat point each for two posts up to 9 points. Should the user take additional damage before the end of the second post, the increase stacks, refreshing it's active time. ▱▰▱ Taijutsu Specialization: → Dedicated Disciple: A disciple who chooses to specialize in a small number of their class's arts. Limiting themselves to three of their class's styles, granting overwhelming in all three styles up to S Rank. Any additional slots that would be awarded for their class's styles are converted into a 2 point increase in any stats of their choosing. In addition, these masters of their arts are able to have a 1 point increase in their stats cap of 8 making it 9. Styles granted from rewards may be learned but do not carry the overwhelming property and the user is capped out at 5 styles.

Their resourcefulness in beast form translates into their anthro/kemonomimi form, allowing them to use bukijutsu for one rank less cost (does not stack with other bukijutsu reductions). ▱▰▱ Pack Animals | For every ninja pet, animal summon, or fellow Kemono Shinzō on the battlefield, the clan member receives +2 stats (of their choice) up to their maximum. ▱▰▱ Unleash the Beast | The clan member is unforgiving in their strikes. Taijutsu techniques of the user may apply one tier higher trauma status at the following ranks. E-C Rank: Tier 2, B-A Rank: Tier 3 and S-S+ Rank: Tier 4. The user may use clan techniques through animalistic vocalizations but this takes just as much time to mold chakra as handseals.

Additionally, the user gains a keystone technique and two additional custom slots for taijutsu. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. Second Class: Ninjutsu ▱▰▱ Elemental Mastery → The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. Finally, the user's two chosen overwhelming elements can be combined into [1] advanced nature kekkei genkai that counts as a free implant. This blast costs no combat action or resource and can only happen once per post. ▱▰▱ Tempest | For every body rank, starting at D, the user may choose three [3] fuuton jutsu. These jutsu may be added to the bloodline list and no longer consume slots. Their effects are identical to their normal counterparts and are performed by accelerating air particles as opposed to manipulating wind chakra. They are also treated as if they are bloodline jutsu for the purposes of determining cost and relative strength, rather than spiritual they are treated as Complex but are only affected by Speed techniques. Sonic chakra can be applied to all wind techniques for half the jutsu's cost to imbue it with vibration. Sonic wind vibrates at a bone-breaking frequency that shatters metal making them one rank stronger against armor. ▱▰▱ Tempting Fate | Shunshin techniques can be used [5] times per battle rather than [3]. Additionally, the temporary speed boost stat ability that grants an extra offensive action can be performed [6] times per battle rather than [4].
