Day # 75 Theme: Can not use an Eraser or the Undo feature / Marriage
Comments: Someone special has asked me to design some things for their Wedding so this is me practicing! (hence the Marriage reference) Did about half an hour on the quick sketches (didn't use a rubber or the undo!) Then painted the two larger leaves but I wasn't happy with the results so I had a go a lots of smaller leaves.
Once again my scanner is having a wobble, so sorry for the blurry images!
Comments: In spoilers because it is a bug. It's a nice green, shiny bug.
I was going to draw a drone bee and ended up getting lost in loads of google information about bee sex. Apparently drones live for a maximum of 90 days and just basically fly about looking for a lady bee to poke. When they meet a lady bee they basically explode to pop their little bee-willies (which literally turn inside out and make a pop loud enough to be heard by the human ear) into the lady bee and then their winkie falls off and they die.
I'm super glad I'm not a bee.

Day # 80 Theme: Finish/improve an earlier work from this event and April’s Fool
Comments: So I've spent most of the day playing with CSP. I made a picture for the April Fools prank on DA of Hoofs the Wonderhorse. i left out the hand hooves though, creepy!
And I worked for a couple of hours on the extra piece for our first auction winner Kaderach. I wont quote because it's not finished! But I am very happy with the progress.
Comments: A diya, diyo, deya, diva, deepa, deepam, or deepak is an oil lamp usually made from clay, with a cotton wick dipped in ghee or vegetable oils. Diyas are native to the Indian subcontinent often used in Hindu, Sikh, Jain and Zoroastrian religious festivals such as Diwali or the Kushti ceremony.

Day # 85 Theme: Pick a previous theme : Day 84 Skeleton
Comments: Been meaning to do this for a very good friend of mine for months and just haven't had time! Bit cheeky sneaking it in for one of the themes but, it fits so I'll sit xd
Not posting this in the main thread until my friend has seen it!

Day # 86 Theme: Finish/improve an earlier work from this event : Day 55
Comments: Finally finished it! biggrin
I did draw a finished piece for Kaderach first time round but I really felt it needed to be digital! And I've struggled with it but I got there in the end. I'm really happy with this, I hope Kaderach is too! heart
Comments: Developing a small character for a project I have planned after 100 days is over. Turns out drawing kids is WAY harder than it looks. I can't get the proportions right. Constructive criticism and handy hints would be appreciated! Happy with the over all idea for the character though, just needs lots of tweaking.
Pencil only today; I overdid it in the garden today and it's my crappy no medicine week so I can barely hold a pencil this evening! Normal service should resume tomorrow.
I have been arting off topic for a good cause and I'm pooped and the themes aren't inspiring me today.
Anyhow.
Here are some rainbows I made to go on thank you cards to go with special uniform wash bags which my gorgeous friend is making and sending out to our amazing NHS workers
